Great service and they dont try to sell you stuff you dont need
Ive been dealing with the parts and service departments about 4 or 5 times and without fail Im put on hold and/or Ive even had to leave my phone number to which I dont receive a call back for 3 days if at all. These few people working are clearly under staffed and obviously need at least another person if not more to help them out. For this reason I will no longer be using the dealership in Pitt and would rather drive an hour to a dealership with better and quicker customer service who can actually help me the same day I call in.
You walk into setvice department and they, Zac or Bill. call your by your name. You are not just a number three. You are a known customer. Same goes for sales. Outstanding place of business. This is true when Pittsburg. Ford. Thanks. Jim

Im not too happy with their service department. I purchased two key fobs (none remote start) and was charge $150 per key. With my two keys and a program fee, my bill was almost $400. Later I looked online and seen the same exact key for $60 each.
The best experience I have ever had at a dealership service department. From the front desk to the technicians, all the way through to the billing department I have never been so impressed. Being a technician by trade, my expectations are set high and they exceeded them. If I have anymore warranty work they have won my business. Thank you.

Changed my review from a 3 to a 1 im very upset that my car is even worse then what i brought it in with i knew that was going to happen as soon as i brought it in AVOID AND GO TO JOPLIN! The guy who worked on my car doesnt even know how to bleed a clutch properly my clutch loses pressure of about 30-40 minutes of the car sitting. They did a horrible job!

Immediately pleasantly greeted as soon as we got out of the car. We came over from Joplin as we are in the market for a new vehicle & wanted to see some new Fords. Several salesmen greeted us during our time there & were all friendly. We were able to look inside the vehicles as they were actually unlocked and Ryan showed us the sweet new Raptor. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle & appreciate the small town way of doing things, you should definitely stop by here. And did I mention the sweet old Lincoln Continental out front? 😻
I really have enjoyed my new 2020 Ford Explorer. I did read the owners manual and that really helped. Chuck was very informative at pick up to explain things to me as well.

Pittsburg Ford is an outstanding dealership. We have purchased three vehicles from them and have always been satisfied with their team. I recently had some repairs made on one of our vehicles, Pittsburg Ford got our vehicle in quickly without an appointment. They completed the repairs sooner than expected and the cost was less than the estimate.
Brought my truck in for repairs that have not been corrected by at least 3 other repair shops. Contacted Zack in the service department who handed it off to his diesel mechanic. It was corrected that afternoon. Great job! Thanks
Am very much satisfied with all the services that was done on my 2008 Ford Taurus on Tuesday October 1, We bought the car there when it was Pittsburgh Ford, back in 2009, Have always had Great services done to the car each time I bring it in. Nathan Hosier (My Grandson) has always been the mechanic that has worked on my car.

Brett in Pittsburg Ford is not only extremely nice and respectful but he will help you in any way he can. I went in for a routine oil change and the guy working on my car noticed that my back breaks were just about shot, well being a full time college student working part time I did not have the extra money to replace them but it was a huge safety issue. Brett told the man to change the breaks and told me that i could pay part of it then and part of it later. Since I was driving 400 miles over the holiday break this worked out. I appreciated them being willing to help me out as well as being as nice and respectful as they were. I love my Ford but now I love my Ford dealership just as much..

Im a broke married collage student. I own two vehicles both over ten years old. They always been the friendliest and most helpful mechanics Ive ever met. Plus I didnt think my truck was worth the repair cost so I started looking at vehicles they bent over backwards trying to help me find a safe car I could afford. In the end the service department found a way to make it work on my budget and still be safe. So thanks a bunch guys. Ill see in 2 months for my next oil change.

We made an appointment over a week ago to have the recall issue fixed on my husband’s F150 Lariat. I told them we would drop it off Wednesday night, and pick it back up Thursday. I was told that was absolutely perfect, they’d get to it Thursday morning and we would have it back by close of business. I even called this afternoon and spoke with Karen who said if they had any issues they would call. So imagine my surprise when it’s an hour before service closes, and I haven’t heard from them to come pick it up. I called them to check and make sure everything was okay only to be told “oh we didn’t have time to get to it today”. I told the man on the other end of the phone that it was completely unacceptable, because I had verified when I made the appointment that we would have it back Thursday. Now they’re scrambling to have it finished by close of business, but probably won’t be able to. Save your time folks, and head over to Joplin or any other Ford dealer and don’t let their incompetence become your problem.
Not only did I get the car of my dreams in the Ford Edge, but I got a pre-owned car that was just within my budget. It is pristine and a real beauty.The salesman, Joe OMalley, treated me like royalty. Being a senior citizen and a female I was worried about being taken advantage of. Well, let me tell you after working with Joe and the warranty staff I was convinced that I got the best deal ever! And, get this, it has heated front seats, Im in heaven! This is strictly with the parts department. Every time I go in, the workers just stare and dont say anything. Finally after about 5 min or so they ask what I need and say to move over to the other window. Luckily I caught a guy on his way out that would actually help. Definitely not a place I tell people to go to if they have other options.

My car had a recall so I called to get it in to the service department. I was told parts are on order for 3 weeks. Finally after several phone calls back and forth I was told to bring the car in because parts have arrived. Appointment set up, i took the car in and had a taxi take me home to get another vehicle to drive to work. I called to check on car to see what time it would be ready and was told the parts are not in.My thoughts are someone forgot to order the parts and just wouldnt tell me and was trying to smooth it over and hoped they would be in before the date of the appointment and wasnt.I wont be back after this!
Drive 4.5 hours to see a vehicle that had few scratches and dings, which we knew about and were willing to deal with, but salesman must have missed the huge dent above the drivers window. I guess I have more respect for people who are interested in something.....dishonesty equals no sale!!!
Had a battery that was under warranty when I bought it from Pittsburg Ford and now they wouldnt honor it
I received a mailed out scratch prize ticket from Pittsburg Ford and they told me the tickets were mail late and do not wish to pay the winners. If you know they were mailed late why not give applicable time to make up for the event?If I could give you no stars I would scammers
My only experience with them was met with dishonesty. They had a sales event where you scratch off and win one of several items including a SUV. I won a smart watch, for which they were out of. They advised it would be in next week and took my name and address and advised it would be mailed to me. I waited a month. When I called they said I had to drive down (30 miles) and get it. When I said they took my name and address and told me it would be mailed, the manager I talked to got huffy with me and just said come and get it. When I told them I dont think Ill be doing business with someone that lied to me he said Thats fine with me and hung up on me. Be careful. Your experience might vary.
