A sign outside saying that there are disabled bathrooms inside. But when you come inside and buy your diet coke, you learned that the bathrooms are closed. There is no valid covid-19 related excuse for closing a public bathroom in a gas station except for pure laziness on the part of the owner.

I use this gas station because it is near my work. Over 2 years I have found that they often have outdated food, dirty restrooms, and unfriendly staff. Mgmt has never been there to talk to.They rarely have receipt paper at the pumps(I need paper receipts to be reimbursed for my work vehicle) but today I waited in line behind 8 people to get it and decided to write this review.There are plenty of gas stations and other Chevrons to choose and I will go out of my way to avoid this one going forward.

Customer service is great, car wash not so much the air dryer cuts off half way through after car wash. Dont recommend this car wash for smaller cars the scrubbers cant reach the middle & roof of your car if you have a lowered or smaller car heads up.

Hello to who this my concern... I shop here everyday, I wake up super early I live in Antioch n there r other 24 hrs gas stations but I am very particular on where I spend my money. Today Sunday June 23 I went at 4:44am the lights were off n it looked closed, this is not the first time either I understand 3 to 330 is lunch n the doors don’t open til 5. I thought it was 24/7 n there is window service, that’s why they don’t post hours of operation. I drove away headed to another place. Then the lights came on so I turned around. I ask “are u open when do u open?” One women said “I dont know” the other said “we shut the lights til we get customers” that makes no sense, u r going to make it look like it’s closed n say we r waiting for people I never have issues when Jimmy is there n want to talk to him about this... unacceptable unprofessional business practices I spend about 10 dollars a day here n one more issue I will spend this 280 dollars a month somewhere else I hope the right peeps read this n correct this issue

I am a loyal chevron customer for well over the past 20 years but i always receive horrible customer service here. i only go to this station when im very low on fuel and have no other choice. went to fill up & get a carwash prior to hitting the road. code didnt work, went back in to request a refund and the clerk kept my receipt even after i explained i needed a copy for tax purposes. she simply shrugged & stated i have to keep it. no ability to think outside of the box. not every situation is the same & some deviation from established guidelines are necessary. asked for a manager & she lied, stating there is no manager. so i guess shes now the owner & ceo of chevron texacco.... DONE with this location, NEVER again will i spend my money here. canceling my credit card & will DEFINITELY go else where from this point forward. good riddance.
