Amazing customer service, great tire care, and full inspection with pictures and suggested repairs sent to your email. I have been a customer for years and have never had a complaint. Free rotations and flat repairs when you purchase your tires from them compliment one of the cheapest oil changes in town.

I want to thank Jeff Lovell, Michelle, and the technician who found a less expensive way to take care of the problem with my SUV. With money being as tight as it is these days its a great feeling to get that call saying Hey, we have figured out a less expensive way to repair your SUV. That tells me something I have always known about Neptune. They really do have the customers back when it comes to automotive repair. I just want to give Neptune a shout out and say Thank You for caring.

They checked my truck as I was waiting for that diagnosis they didnt think to call me for three to four hours after they were done to tell me they couldnt do anything for me without charging extremely high bid. Really think they have a small place so they have to charge higher prices to make their payroll. Didnt have a very good experience staff was not cordial and was a bit defensive when I ask to talk to a mechanic and the girl out front told me.... I can help you. Wont be going back because my time is just as important as theirs.

They charged me $2K to fix a misfire in my car, which took 3 days. Give my car back, car is still misfiring.

Superb job, done on time and car runs great. i had a neighbor come with me to pick up the car, he drove it and said it was so nice, he wanted to keep it.

My son attends Pitt St and is approximately two hours from home. So I was very pleased with and appreciative toward the staff of Neptune Auto for taking care of his car. It was also nice to get the detailed breakdown of what needed to be done. While there was some initial confusion about the estimate for the work, I was able to get clarification from Michelle later. Well continue to use Neptune Auto for work on the car if any is needed while my kiddos away at school.

Called in the morning for a quote and was told they would call me back with my quote that afternoon. That was a week ago and I still have not heard back. Went to a different shop that was responsive to my request. They might be a great shop and great to work with but if you dont do what you tell me youre going to do then Im not going to do business with you.

Rude and unprofessional but that is just my opinion they could have been having a bad day and just took it out on me but still if youre having a bad day you still shouldnt take it out on a customer

Very nice and welcoming company me and my kids was passing through and just to be on the safe side we got our car checked out while waiting one worker went and bought us donuts during this time with the virus they cleaned our keys and just was polite and kind thank yall so much and we made it home safe

Extremely helpful. We have only one vehicle and expected to wait for our oil change and tire rotation (which was very reasonably priced), but they gave us a free courtesy car while we waited. It was only the cost of the fuel we used.On top of that, the management was very kind and helpful. This is my go-to shop, now!

Radiator repair is why I use Neptune and they knew what they were talking about. Test the radiator and informed me it was bad at no charge. The place is highly professional and it give off the vibe of quality workmanship.

Always had a good experience here. They do a an inspection and gather information and pictures then send it out to you on what could be an issue down the road and needs fixed immediately. I like that they are more tech savy than most auto shops around. Great service and nothing has gone wrong for me with them.

This place is a magnificent place to have repair preformed on your vehicle. My experience was nothing but pleasant. Im currently a student at Pittsburg and when I brought my truck in I informed Eric that because I am a college student I do not have much disposable income. I also asked him to inform him as soon as he knew anything about my vehicle so I wouldnt have unexpected fees. Not only did he do that he had exact prices for every bit of work that was needed and kept me very informed along the way. The company as a whole is wonderful and I have nothing but good things to say. If you need any work preformed on your vehicle I would definitely recommend neptunes!

1st visit was satisfying

Went for an oil change before I drove 800 miles home to Atlanta after the holidays, but Jeff noticed a problem with radiator, added 1 1/2 gallons of antifreeze, so we made it home safe.....otherwise would have probably blown the motor! Thanks for checking everything out for me!!

AWESOME!! Were not from the area and my daughter broke down and had to be towed in to here from the highway. I didnt know what to expect after driving the 2 1/2 hours to get to her waiting in a strange town at an unknown garage. The people at Neptune were very nice and amazingly friendly. Its not a big flashy place so dont expect a dealership waiting room experience. They just seem like family business trying to earn an honest living. They took care of my daughter until I could get there as well as they repaired her vehicle in the quoted time frame. I know if I lived in the Pittsburg area they would get top consideration for taking care of the maintenance needs for our cars.

Best repair shop in town!!

I took it in for an exhaust leak and it was fixed promptly and the labor charges were fair. However, they charged me $23 for each exhaust clamp, something that cost $3 tops at any auto parts store. I would recommend Malle over Neptune any day.

Came in for broken brakes, left with a fixed pickup. The people at Neptune fulfilled their promise to the letter, all with friendly and satisfying service.

Brought my vehicle in to be diagnosed, they quoted me a price thats double what this type of job costs and then they also said that my head gasket was bad. I went and got my car repaired at another shop in that town for half of what they quoted me and there are no issues with my head gasket. They are just trying to rip people off by quoting too high and mis-diagnosting. Dont trust their diagnostics.

Dont take ur car here if its to get it tested for something they will not tell u weather if not u will have to pay something or not. Until u pick up ur vechical

Would rather do the work myself.

Theres nothing good about this place. Theyre a bunch of crooks. I took a car in for a vibration and they came back with a leaking valve cover that was dripping onto the spark plugs causing it to miss. Apparently they think people are idiots. Spark plugs are sealed how could this be the case? So just for giggles I took it to another mechanic and low and behold no miss and valve cover gaskets were fine. Thats just the funniest part of their diagnosis the total amount they tried to rip me off for was $2900. The real fix only cost me $140
