One if my favorite beauty stores

This is the first time that they had what I was looking for. Even though they didnt have any colors, Im still satisfied.

My experience at ebony beauty supply was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had in my life. When I was walking down each aisle to look for products there were two women who kept rotating and following me down each aisle. They act like they were the police rotating back-and-forth watching me the whole time .....it got so bad that it distracted me from shopping I just wanted to drop everything on the ground and leave. I was so disgusted!!!! not the place to shop or to buy anything. They don’t even deserve one star.

Theyre not the biggest hair (wigs) supply store but theyre the nicest, most helpful ppl. Theyre product is very good and good price I recommend them highly. The ppl that work there are extremely helpful, whatever your need theyll help you with it. Check them out.

Didnt have what I wanted

I have been to this store numerous times and always buy at least 2 wigs everytime if not more. Never had an issue until tonight. Arrived about 10 minutes before closing. I already knew which wigs I wanted. I asked the store clerk if she could please get down a specific one that I wanted that was up on a shelf shes stated no I cannot because we are closing in 5 minutes. There was no other customers in the store and there was another sales clerk there they just stood there and say anything either when I went to check out I was using my Visa gift card and she told me that they do not accept that type of payments when Ive used that type of payments there numerous amount of times I just feel that she was too worried about getting up out of there instead of making the store money which is why the store is there she had a major lack of customer service in my opinion she was just lazy I highly doubt Ill be taking my business back there anymore and if she was my employee she would no longer have a job

I don’t like going in this store. I HAVE NOT BEEN BACK. They follow you around like your going to steal something. They can’t help you with the products they have. What’s the point of running a store if you can’t tell me about a product. BAD BUSINESS ALL THE WAY AROUND. I wouldn’t give them any stars if I can help it.

Customer service here is very good. Store has been reorganized and is very clean, nice array of beauty products and other hair care products.

Loooots of good things in here. Love the nail polishes. Tons of hair care products etc. Be prepared to spend a lot of time in here looking at everything.

Regardless of how much money youve previously spent in the store, they always, ALWAYS follow you around like youre going to steal something. And they dont honor the price tags on the hair sometimes. They change it when you get to the counter because it was a mistake. I generally dont leave reviews.. But Ill never, ever go back to this store. Ever. Their customer service stinks, and theyre prejudice. No thank you.

Small business great prices

Shop is small, prices are slightly different from other Ebony stores, looking for braiding hair is tacky with the cubby. Its m mixed with hair that looks used/returned.Plus is its open on Sunday

..even when they ask you did you need help finding something they still stand by you ...and act as if your going to steal something anything ..n some say all hair is good hair...when they can barley speak English or not enough or any experience with hair...you know !!!!!
