Toilet/Sewage line broken!! Black and Brown Young Ladies Forced to stay and work!!! Spoke to Manager who is Asian, refused to close the store because its slow on Sunday. This is an OSHA violation!! Its already hard enough to breathe with mask on, but to add Shawshanking to the equation is a GROSS Labor Violation. Wish I could give Negative Stars.

I walked in and was not even acknowledged. I wasnt offered a bag for my purchases and neither was I thanked. I got exactly what I needed but the service quality is lacking. This isnt the first time either, this is a trend. I shop here often; I dont shop here for the service but for the products.

I came 10 minutes before they close, and an associate locked the door as soon as she seen me walking up. I told her I only wanted one thing which, I literally only wanted ONE THING! I knew exactly where it was located as well. It was 7:50pm they close at 8:00pm she could have let me in. I’ll never return here because of that!

Amazing customer service! We went into Sally’s across the street and they barely had what we needed and they didn’t ask if we needed help, but luckily we passed by Ebony! We walked in and were immediately greeted and asked if we needed help finding anything! Then were asked by 2 other associates if we needed any more help! So nice! Thank you Ebony! Never going anywhere else for hair supplies!

When you shop somewhere you want to feel welcomed. You want to feel like you want to come back after you leave. I have never experienced such ignorance and horrible customer service. Being followed around and asked do you need help every minute and a half is out. Literally every aisle me and my daughter went to we were followed and watched like thieves. Planned to buy about 30 packs of braiding hair and beads as well as other accessories but thats their 200 to 300 dollar loss! I will never patronize them again, only reason I went is because the one I usually go to is closed sundays! My fellow Black people: we have to stop giving places like this our money! They treat us like sht and im tired!

I would like to first explain that I had just gone in there to get some $1.99 Lashes. I had 20 pairs of Lashes in my hand. That equals $40 plus tax. Then me and my friend saw the wigs. We were told it was a dollar to buy a wig cap. So we got two. Thats an additional two dollars. My friend was trying on her first wig and I had moved onto my second wig. We were laughing and having a wonderful time . All of a sudden this older lady who apparently works there came around the corner and said hey!! do you need help??? With a super nasty undertone. I said no we are fine we are just trying on wigs. She the said youre only allowed to try on three wigs per cap I looked at my friend and my friend said this is only my first wig. I was on to ignoring her and looking for my second I looked at my friend and my friend said this is only my first wig. I was on to ignoring her and looking for my third wig as I heard her mumble something rude to my friend. I then turned around and said what did you say to her. She had said Never mind. And me being me who was about to buy two wigs 20 pairs of Lashes and two caps said no what did you say to her??? She told us that we were having too much fun because we were laughing too much and I had already tried on too many wigs. When truthfully, I had only tried on two. She had a terrible attitude with me and I just dropped just dropped the lashes and got out of there. We were both treated like some 15-year-old shop lifters when we both are each our own successful business owners . Apparently no one here knows anything about customer service. lost out on a minimum of $250 just because of a rude employee who said she didnt need our money.

Nice greeting from clerks when you walk in. Workers circulate to help you when you need it. Willing to take back merchandise and give a credit when you are respectful and courteous.

This supply store is a joke! Their items are overpriced and their customer service is non-existent. Ive only visited this place twice and I can honestly say that there will NOT be a third time. I refuse to ever patronize such a business. Clearly no ones taught the employees about professionalism and customer service. Its rude to me when I see employee just loitering around on their phones and there are several customers in the store. Also, when the store was closing at 7:55 p.m., the employee who I assume was responsible for closing the store had did everything but tell the customers to get out. Never have I encountered such rudeness.
