Great service! I spoke to Cody throughout my 2020 Toyota RAV4 work. Usually you may think of Big O tires of just tires and alignment but I got internal work done (hub & bear, axel) at a reasonable price compared to Toyota Dealership. The speed of the work done was amazing!!! 2 days! And it would have been one day if we didn’t have to wait a day for the parts to come in. Cody kept me informed on every update regarding the progress and even stayed late on a Friday to allow me to pick up.

I have been a customer of Big O Tires for years, will not change them any time soon. Great service and all the personnel are friendly!!! Highly recommend them :)

Very friendly and professional. They were able to check my tires for a potential leak and all four of the tires were fine. One tire may have been a little low on air. It was great to know that Big o Tires has my back.

Went in for an alignment, they told me I need new control arms because my cars slightly lowered and manual my bushings were blown. I literally just replaced the control arms 2 weeks before this visit. 😂 They said it was going to be $1200 without warranty. This is a typical shop that will try to upsell to people with a lack of knowledge.

Went in over the weekend to get work done on my brakes and suspension. I was assisted very quickly by a gentleman named Cody. After speaking with him for about a few minutes i decided that I no longer wanted my car serviced here. Although nice, his breath smelled of alcohol and it took him an extra second to answer my questions. I did not feel comfortable leaving my car with someone in that condition... Made me question what condition the mechanics servicing me car would be in. I Will not be returning to this location and I will be reaching out to the corporate office.

Good service. In and out in about an hour. Everyone inside wore their mask. Overall, great experience. Been going here for a couple of years now.

This place has taken a real nosedive. For my entire adult life Ive always bought tires at this Big O and took my car there for related services, but my last few trips have been plagued with all kinds of problems, from trivial to major.For starters, even before the quality of work went downhill, they were always pretty slow. I drive a ton, so I bring my car in frequently for rotations. On most days I was the first person in line when they opened (I always try to beat the rush at businesses), but on average it would take them 3+ hours just to rotate my tires, often more if I also needed an oil change. No biggie though, I have time to spare and Im willing to wait for work to be done right. Unfortunately, long wait times are now the least of my concerns.A few months ago, I needed a new set of tires. I have no idea what happened because I was never given an explanation, but Big O had my car that day for more than 7 hours. They also called the wrong number, my parents home, when they were done. I was 18 when I first brought a car in, so my account still has the old home number associated with it despite me giving them my cell multiple times over the years. My mom had to call me to tell me my car was done.Upon pickup, I noticed huge stains on my rims. Its common for them to leave my car really dirty after working on it, so I didnt think much of it. I figured I would just wash it afterwards like always. I decided to go for a drive, but when I got on the freeway I noticed intense vibrations and shaking once the car got to 60 MPH, and the steering wheel would wobble like crazy. I determined the tires were balanced incorrectly, so I took it back the next day. They fixed the balancing, and then I set about cleaning the rims.Unfortunately, whatever chemical solution they used was not coming off. I took my car to two different car washes and bought a few speciality rim products, but nothing worked. After two weeks of trying, I brought my car back in and they were able to clean the rims. They missed a few small spots during the cleaning, but I didnt feel like pushing the issue since I was rapidly losing faith and just wanted to move on.A few days ago on 9-4-20, I brought my car in for a rotation, oil change, and a brake inspection since I noticed some rumbling during braking at higher speeds (probably just a rotor that needs to be resurfaced or replaced). I walked home and was prepared for another long wait, so I was shocked when they called just over an hour later. The person I spoke to said my oil change was done, but didnt mention anything else. I asked about the brakes and he simply said, Oh, theyre fine, without giving any details. This has been another ongoing issue. The first few years I went to Big O they would tell me how much of the brake pads are left as a percentage and other helpful info, but now they just say theyre fine and leave it at that, even when I try to ask questions.Just like last time, when I took my car on the freeway it became shaky and the steering wheel wobbled. It wasnt as pronounced as last time, but clearly the balancing was wrong yet again. Fed up, I made an appointment with another garage to get the tires balanced.However, the very next day I was driving when my front driver tire suddenly lost all air. I hadnt hit or run over anything. It just simply deflated on Railroad Ave less than 2 minutes after I started driving. The tire didnt appear low when I got in the car. I was in an area where I couldnt just pull over (the underpass heading downtown), so I managed to get the Valero station down the road. The tire is now screwed after just two months of use and my rim is slightly damaged. My guess is they didnt inflate it properly, but I cant tell yet. Ive had to wait all weekend to go back since theyre no longer open on Sundays and today is a holiday, but Im considering just calling it a loss and never going back. Im pretty diligent about car maintenance, and Id rather pay another business to get it right the first time than continue to go back and forth with Big O.

I had an appointment and went in to get an oil change, they were finished quickly, but not really. They called me up to pay for it and give me my keys back but I noticed that my car was still on the lift behind the window. I was trying to tell the guy but he was more concerned with telling me that I needed to have my back breaks done immediately. I tell him that I cant get them done right now so he hands me my keys and tells me to have a good day. I ask him if they need my keys to get it off the lift. He then realizes that the technician accidentally put the keys in the wrong spot. Not a big deal, mistakes happen, I get that. The car overheats during my regular weekday commute, because the radiator cap wasnt on securely. I take the car to my regular mechanic the next weekend to have him check my breaks and there is nothing wrong with them. They lied to try and make more money off of me.

Me and my girlfriend stopped there because we have something in our tire. It was a little bit less than an hour before they closed. We were told they had to cars before ours and I couldnt do ours but they took a young lady right before us that had the same problem.

Went in for a new tire and alignment; No one waiting. Great! 7 customers and over 2 hours later, I ask wheres my car? They quick retrieve my car and say its going to get the alignment and in under 10 minutes my car is finished??? Im an old white woman! Could it be thats the qualifier??

Everyone was nice and friendly but I checked my oil filter after the work was complete and it was not changed and has now been on the car for a year. I also asked to rotate my tires and they did not. At this point, Im not sure they even changed the oil and took my $100 (synthetic oil requested).

I am a good customer I got some wheel an lock for my truck i couldnt find my lock so i took my truck over to get the locks removed he told me $40.00 just to take off the lock and another $60.00 to replace them no thanks Ill take my business to American tires you lose me big rip o ff tires

Cody was really helpful and kept us up to date on the work that was being done. Reasonably priced for services offered. I will definitely bring in my car here for tire and oil work moving forward. Just a tip for customers, call ahead of time and see if theyre busy with oil changes (dont try to make an appointment, they dont do that). Especially, on a weekend. Save yourself the drive if they are too busy.

WARNING, DO NOT COME HERE !! These people tore my car apart, caused numerous new issues and claim it has nothing to do with them. I start by getting my front right strutt replaced do to hitting curb in the rain. A simple shock and right arm replacementAfter spending $2,000 manager told me everything came out perfectly and was amazed how well it all came out.YOU ARE A LIAR, HAVE ZERO BUSINESS ETHIC AND CHEAT PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY.Let me continue, so i take my car into get smogged to transfer ownership in my name to my new car, and mechanic tells me my subframe has sheered bolts off and is coming apart.I take car to a different big o and they confirm, subframe is destroyed.I never needed a subframe until now! Your Manager assured everything was perfect and you put myself and my wife in a dangerous vehicle!So now i come down and explain, they agree a new subframe is needed and will be replaced at no cost.I think to myself, great, at least they took ownership and are fixing their problem...WRONG!!!They now instead of putting new subframe they went to a pick and pull and put in a used rusted subframe that Squeaks( yes literally my new lexus is squeaking down the road now) and continues to tell me its a new one.LIARS, you should go to jail for this!!I ask for the used subframe receipt of purchase, and they continue to tell me they cnt find it.Have fun talking to my lawyers as I own my own business and am coming after you for everything you own.DO NOT COME HERE, I WARN YOU DEARLY!

If you are looking for a Quality Certified Automotive Service Center, look no further, I took my daughters car in for an oil change. the Service Person was very Attentive, he listened to my concerns and suggested that I change the filter as well for better fuel efficiency. They checked out everything for me, as my daughter drives back and forth over the freeway for school and work. they understood why I wanted to make sure that the car was in good condition for my daughter. Negligent!!!!Last month I took in my Suv on 12-14-2019 to get an oil change done and tire rotation. On 12-16-2019 I took my suv back because the could not find the lug nut lock key to do the tire rotation on 12-16-2019 which was in the truck. On 12-20-2019 (Tires had not been torqued correctly and tire pressure was way too high on all tires.I had been driving my suv around like that and it was not until my Fiancé drove on the freeway that we realized something was not right when our suv started to lock it self and tire felt like it was going to fly out as it was wobbly. He pulled out of the freeway and noticed the tires were not secure. My kids were scared and crying because the way the truck felt and felt unsafe! My Fiancé was able to make it back to the shop and he was told that a new guy worked on our truck and they were sorry about what had happened. My fiancé was told everything was going to be okay now with the tires since they had checked and torqued tires correctly . My Fiancé took their word because we have taken our vehicles to them for years but soon realized something was still not right as the suv started doing the same thing again. My kids were horrified while riding in the truck. So the next day 12-21-2019 I took it back and demanded it be looked at again! Which they told me that something had been damaged because of their neglect of Not securing the tires probably. My problem is that I took it back to you and you assured me my vehicle was OK & safe to drive the day before and it was Not! If I hadn’t spoken up my vehicle would have not been give back the way I took it to you! Now I was told they would they were going to change the part that had been damaged and I would have my truck repaired by 12-23-2019. On the day of 12-23-2019 I received a call letting me know that the part was going to take a few days to come in because of the holidays and that if I wanted I could pick up my truck and drive it if needed to. Which I declined because I am not going to put my kids at risk! After you told me the first time the problem would be corrected. We had plans to go to Tahoe those days for the Christmas which was Screwed up thanks to Big O tire in Pittsburg because we couldn’t use our suv. I told Eric I wanted a rental because this was an inconvenience to our family. He laughed and said no. We finally got our Suv back on December 27 2019!

I had never been there before and I am so happy that I did! My daughters tail light went out of her car so while she was at work I took her car in to get it fixed. Brad was so sweet and friendly. They fixed the light and made sure they were all working properly - no charge! They made me feel like a neighbor, a friend, not a customer. I would HIGHLY recommend Big O Tires in Pittsburg.

This place advertises a conventional oil change for $29.99 but when I went there I was told that they dont do conventional oil changes at their location only synthetic or synthetic blends at a much higher price. I suggest that you stay away.

Had a nail in my tire. I wasnt sure they were going to be able to repair it because of the location of the hole. These guys were able to fix it for $25. Thank you so much!

$450 for four tires, oil change, rotation, and service with labor. This place, it took 3 days to get in, it gets so busy! Not their fault, not many options around.The front desk was nice, and they took me in and gave advice on the best time to arrive. I wonder if the tires that were given are high quality, but they did work with me on price. Took 4 hours. But, like I said, it gets crowded. Be the first one here when they open.

They are very helpful when I ask them to check my tire pressure which they do for free.

I just went here today, they just opened at 8AM, its only 830am, i know its first come, first served, but I am just there for TIRE ROTATION. Guess what, the guy told me if I can just drop off my car, because it will take 5-6 hrs..HOLY SH*T, for tire rotation, and they just opened, really now. I say NO STARS AT ALL.....knowing that I bought new tires from them and they offer free tire rotation for life, i guess, if u buy from them. I say just rotate somewhere else...

I was ready to buy four new tires for my vehicle. After a vehicle accident my front tire (or possibly my car-it was never clear which my repair shop sent to Big O for the work) was in for replacement at Big O from my repair company. Don had called my husband and my husband sent me to message to give him approval for a 2nd tire. I tried to call, was left on death hold, called back and left a message. By the time he called me back I was ready to discuss purchasing 4 tires of a different brand. Don was short with me saying tire was already done and was no longer there - therefore not even giving me the chance to answer the question if I wanted to replace the other front tire - Which, by the way, the price continued to increase with each phone call made. This was my first and LAST experience with Big O. Coulda had an upsale guys....

I brought my truck in on my only day off, a Sunday to get an tire rotation and alignment. Guess what day they dont have a guy to do an alignment? Sundays. Figured my wife could bring it in on her only day off, Wednesdays. Guess what their only other day is they dont have an alignment guy? F***ING WEDNESDAYS!

What can I say about Big O Tires in Pittsburg that hasnt already been said. Friendly staff with poor customer sevice you being to wait 6 plus minutes to receive help. When you do receive help you spend 2 to 3 hours just for a balance and rotation of the tires. Place is dirty and falling apart the Pittsburg stafff brings the company name to shame compare to other Big O Tires.
