Came too late on a Friday, but David was very helpful and told me I needed 4 new tires!! Going back after Labor Day to have them replaced.

This has been the best car mechanic and repair center I have ever been. Very professional and friendly staff. Also very honest too. I took my car for tire rotation and repair. The tire needed a patch and it cost me $0 for the patch and rotation which normally costs money if you do in other places. I will definitely take my car there again and will definitely recommend it to everyone.

Nobody likes a flat tire...Gave them a call to find out if it was necessary for an appt. Mike was pleasant over the phone & told me walk-ins were welcome. Once I got my tire sealant in I drove over & was out in about 25-30mins with a few people ahead of me. My assumption was correct & I had a nail in my tire. I didnt get the repair guys name but he was great! Dave took care of the rest & I was out the door. Great experience via phone all the way to me getting my car back. First time customer & will be back when I have to! Thanks fellas!

Just got my tire patched today, we called the place to ask if needed an appt and said they don’t; Dave was very friendly with our questions over the phone too. When we got there they accommodated us really well and started working on the car; we got the car after 30-45 minutes (since there was a lot of people in) and was about to pay when the staff suddenly said there was no charge and that it was on them. I’m still pretty amazed at how they didn’t charge me as I am writing this review!! Will come back for sure when needed! Thank you!!

Great shop, have been using them since we move here in 2000.

We take multiple cars here for service. One shop told my mom they needed to repair all 4 tires and not just the flat one on her civic. She could only afford to change the 1 at the time. She then decided she’ll change the other 3 at tred shed and the guy told her he’d love to do it, but her tires are still in good shape. She loved the honesty and will be going back and thanked me for the recommendation.

I take my car there to see what was going on with my suspension and they check something else and when I ask what was going on with my suspension they said oh didn’t go over that so I don’t what it’s going on and i still have to paid them for a job that didn’t ask for never going back to that place it sucks

I hate getting flat tires but love going to this place to get em fixed. Also courteous and kind.

Wow! Wow! And triple wow! Patched my leaking tire and (drum roll please) THEY DIDN’T CHARGE ME (what?!). That’s right, they didn’t charge me. I insisted on paying but they wouldn’t take my money. Excellent, friendly customer service. 100 stars! Highly recommend.

I have to say, to the point of my phone call and getting a quote to out the door, the customer service was excellent and Mike was very patient with my questions. Mike gave me a quote and I was there in 10 minutes to have my news tires installed. Called at 1:30 p.m and they close at 3 p.m on Saturdays. They knocked out the job in less than 40 minutes while waiting at their waiting room. Mike and Dave provided great customer service. The prices are great compared to competitors in the area. Will definitely be back for all my tire needs.

Had no problem with the price I paid, however I paid for a modified alignment and it didn’t look like they knew what that meant. The camber on my front tires is completely off and the suspension I have, has camber plates and the guys at Tred Shed definitely didn’t even try to straighten them out as shown in the results I got back.Also the guy who was explaining the results seemed to be in a rush and avoiding to be asked any questions. Honestly my first and last time coming here for anything. I suggest if you have a modified car to take your business elsewhere, because it doesn’t look like they know at all what they’re doing when it comes to that. Although they’ll very much charge you extra fees for it being modified. Very displeased and unsatisfied with these peoples work.

These people are awesome! We drove over a bolt or nail on the freeway, and they were the closest place that looked good. Turns out they were about to close early for the holiday, ten minutes after we got there, but they still took care of us, repairing the tire and getting us back on the road in no time. These guys are absolutely incredible. Amazing. I will be making the trip here from anywhere I live in the bay area for as long as I live here.Heres my most current experience (Im actually sitting in their waiting area, making this a VERY current experience): My wife bought her new tires about a year ago from a great shop in Reno while we lived there. Over the past month, she started to have to fill up her tires all the time as they were running close to flat.This morning, she saw that one of them was completely flat. Hoping that they may be patchable, we slowly drove her car down here and dropped it off. No appointment mind you. I, however had an appointment scheduled for an oil change a bit later. Upon returning a few minutes ago for my oil change, I noticed that my wifes car was out front with healthy looking tires. I asked what the problem had been, and it turned out to be a nail in two of the tires....and thankfully patchable.I then asked for the bill and the gentleman at the counter said, Oh, theres no charge for the repair. I returned with a, What? But we didnt even buy theses tires from you. And his reason was simply, You guys bring your cars to us for service.!!!Such a mind blowing experience in light of the average American consumer/customer service experience...I hope this review does their service adequate justice.

This is the place the stealership doesnt want you to know about.Its a great place to get tires. It costs a little bit more than the amigos, but its well worth it.They patched my tire over a year later out of warranty for free. Another year after that they balanced all four for me for free as well.Not a single scratch on the rims or random mixed matched lug nuts with these guys. They didnt even touch a wad of cash I forgot about and left in plain sight, which was more than a months pay.Very honest and enthusiastic dudes.

Id have to say this place exceeded a negative reputation Ive had of this place from 1999 lol. Im assuming the old crew from my negative experience has left?? Anyhow I have lots of good things to say now 2019 experience.They ordered a peticular tire for me that I requested that they normally dont get requests for, they literally shipped them asap! I had my new tires on the next day🙌🏾. There customer service was on point & werent annoyed directing me with my car & what I needed to the task done. If I had a question they were able to explain naturally the answer.What was a huge plus that made me feel comfortable waiting there was their cozy wait area. They had it partially sectioned off inside the building. They also had a ton of great magazines, a flat screen with cable on 😄, a charging post for your phone against the wall, fresh coffee/water & even a popcorn popper like the theaters lol.After they did their service, they informed me of additional services I might be intrested in for now & the future if I decide to come back and get them. Thank you.

Took my car in for alignment, hour later guy called me telling me my car needs camber bolts, now I know camber bolts are 20.00 but I approved the work because I needed my car aligned, when i came to pick up the car I asked the guy if I could see the part he put in my car and he gave me a look and said I dont think you can see it but if you get under the car you might be able to, well I did just that when I got home, took wheels off looked right at the bolts and those were my old bolts. so if they tell you that your car needs new parts you have the right to ask them to show you the part they installed. In my case they charged me for parts they did not install and for installation they did not performed, about 180.00 oh well, if that s the way they run their business, its a shame.

They are a five star automotive and tire shop. Great mechanics and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this shop. I have been using them for all of my familys vehicles service, maintenance, and tires.

I come to Tred Shed because its a locally owned company and their prices are competitive with the larger chains. I always get service with a smile and the sticker monster in their lobby puts a smile on my face. They have checked my tires for free, even when they werent purchased there, like when my truck was new. They have a tv, popcorn machine, and snack machine in the waiting room and they also have a small play area for toddlers.

Wonderful. Trust them to do only what ie needed and do it right. Extremely friendly and treat people who know nothing about mechanical stuff like friends who need help.

Have been going there for 10 years now. the entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly. really check your vehicle out. they found the license plate light out and replaced it for $1.60. always give free tire rotation with oil change. no high pressure sales, they tell you if something is wrong with your car but do not twist your arm. kyle and mike are especially professional and friendly.
