Came in to upgrade my phone ! The Salesman was Knowledgeable, Professional, Courteous, & made me feel at Ease .Also gave me the Best Deal for Me !!Would recommend that this employee receive a Raise & Letter Of Commendation

I’d rather go to this At&T store than any other! Very clean store and welcoming staff. The girl who works there, Samara is super sweet and knowledgeable. We came to pay a bill & she greeted us kindly and was really engaging with conversation, most people don’t even want to talk to you if you’re not there to buy something! Came back a couple days later and she helped us get a great deal on some new phones with accessories and answered all my questions. Great customer service from her! The manager Roberto is also a really cool guy. 10/10!

I been a regular customer at this location for 3+ years, on 5/28/2020 I went to inquire about internet services and pay my phone bill. I asked some young lady name Andrea for my regular rep & she began to tell me that “Everyone who used to work there got fired”, she even went into details not only that But she also started blabbing negatively about them. I told her that she shouldn’t tell customers stuff like but she said she didn’t care. I have never meet such an unprofessional employee in my life. Her attitude made me not want to purchase anything anymore. I will not be going back and will tell all my friends and family to stay away from that location HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE .

I’ve been with At&t for a few months now & I’ve added about 5 lines with new phones and a watch. Even convinced my nephew to switch over and get some lines. All because of how good Samara always takes care of us. This child goes above and beyond to always get us the phones we’re looking for & if there’s ever a problem she will always try her best to resolve it she will be on the phone with customer service for a cool minute for us, like wow. Recommend coming to her if you’re curious about AT&T services, she will take good care of you!

I walked into the store as soon as it opened and the gentle man Alex couldn’t be more welcoming. He helped relentlessly and even with the demand of the other customers he made me feel prioritized while he multi tasked.I really couldn’t be any happier. First awesome experience visiting a phone store, ever!!!!!I think he needs 10 Star ranking

The people here are so friendly and welcoming, didnt waited that much, and gave us a good deal with the network plan weve got...though the network coverage where we stayed at only 2 bar signal still fast connection...but hope soon AT&T do something about it soon:)

The place and customer service are on point. My family and I came in 30 minutes before closing to purchase a new phone, most places hate when you do that and the employee will not treat you kindly. But Samara was the absolute best, she was kind, patient and really helped me understand exactly what I was going to be paying for and taught me everything I should know about the phone. 10/10 I definitely recommend to ask for her whenever you go.

Rude, disrespectful and borderline harassing. The conversations the employees were having while we were in store we absolutely disgusting. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. The big guy is supposed to be the person in charge, but hes completely oblivious to what his staff is saying or doing. The girl who assisted me was nice, but she was completely clueless. Very disappointed.

Very helpful and friendly had to wait cause but the tall skinny guy helped me i think his name was Alex, he moved my information to my new phone and set up my email while helping everyone else he was very patient and knowledgeable just need more people like him and the other guy thats always there who makes it a joy to pay my bill in the mornings

Alex was a great help. my phone stopped working and alex upgraded me and some how transferred all my information over to my new phone with it me remembering ANY of my old information. thank you for all your help and i will send anyone i know to this store

Had an issue with my phone not working & I came in here with little hope anyone would actually be willing to help, as I wasnt trying to purchase anything. But much to my surprise I came across Roberto in this store and he was willing to HELP me, not just sell. So I will for sure be going back to this store for all of my cell phone needs in the future. The manager Robert scammed me. He told me about buy one get one but failed to tell me I had to change my plan (which went from $90 to $150+) and add a line!!! Now, according to att I have to keep the plan as a family plan and I’m stuck with 2 phones which I didn’t need!!! ATT is “investigating” but it all sounds like b.s. to me. I will be filing a complaint with better business bureau.

I pre order 1200 dollar phone an they were suppose call me when they have it in today ive been att costumer since they were pacfic bell a long time im dispointed that the sales rep for samsung just drops off new phones an dosent tell the floor sales ppl what the phones all about or anything sucks that i have utube

Two of our phones are locked couldnt get them unlocked, Wrong phone attached to wrong number. lines we canceled still active, Customer Service is absolutly atrocious. They are completely incompetent keptes transferring me to another dept and I had to start over each time. We had tv,internet, and 5 wireless phone lines. We are in the process a switching all of our technology to another company

Phone out of order.. no calls n or out.. they have no idea why.. hello they are 1 of the biggest oldest phone comp in america. Plus I wanted to by a new Galaxy S9 they dont have any phones is stock at that location.. they sent me to Antioch which closes at 8 pm i got there at 7pm well after traveling back n forth from Antioch to Pittsburg and back to Antioch 1 employee started to show interest by saying the only diff in new phones are and I quote size, camera, and processor neither employee showed any interest in helping me buy a new S9 or order the S10 the heavy set employee was more interested in stuffing his face as he joined his coworker and I to reiterate they were completely unknowlagable regarding the S10 and S9 GALAXY differences since the display model was clearly out for customers to inquire about. Well I asked how can they sell a product they are completely clueless about well according to the heavy set employee informed me that the phone is not out yet.. I then explained the demo is here in the store shouldnt you know at least the difference between or know T least 1 thing about a new item. He then repeated himself by saying its not out yet. Worst customer service ever.. so fyi never go 1-2 hours before closing because they certainly have better things to do then work.. longer eat or walk around swinging there arms and twiteling there thumbs.. way to go Antioch and Pittsburg ca u are the reason everyone has to drive extra far to concord or Brentwood to get anything done out here. I will never return

Then i came and pre order Then he saying the promotion is expired already . And he never say about it when i came to store .
