This is by far, the cleanest Walmart I have ever been in. The employees are actually polite and willing to help. I usually never have trouble finding a place to park. The location where I used to live fit the negative stereotype, where it was impossible to get help when needed and an overall unpleasant place to shop. Im very pleased that I cant say that about this branch.

Just picking up goodies for the track, didnt really find everything we needed but close enough.

Im writing this for an employee not the store. Paxton was very helpful to my sister and me today. I would like to recognize him as an excellent employee, but your store sucks.

The greeters are awesome. It is always very clean. The associate are helpful and friendly. Need more cashiers.

This was such a great living history experience. The staff were super friendly, knowledgable, and interactive. It truly still is a working farm. One of our favorite historic sites yet.

Ok. Lot of empty shelves. Walmart employees filling orders stand in middle of isle and don’t assist or move out of way for ins tire shoppers.

Its the only store in this town other than g&w. So for convenience, is the only reason for the 3 stars- I can shop for the whole house in one stop.

Fairly cheap, good pharmacy, wide variety of groceries. You can pick up all you need with one stop. They are dropping prices!!!

Extremely understaffed. CONSTANTLY have to wait for far too long to get into any locked cabinets, and specialized store areas such as electronics, automotive, etc. If they would hire some people and fix the staffing issue, then I would change this rating to a 4 star.

Ive been in atleast half a dozen Wal Marts in the past week. The Pittsburg store is by far the worst

The only downside about Pittsburg Walmart is they never seem to have what Im looking for in stock. But other than that the staff is very friendly and its always really clean.

The staff are very helpful.....when theyre around. Also, lately their shelves have been bare of their Great Value brand, making me pay for name brand. I am a self checkout queen and will walk up to self checkout with $300 worth of groceries and the staff usually greet me with another cart, which is very thoughtful and helpful

Loved the security officers. Some of the staff friendly, some great with customers, while others great with management. Not so much on cleaning up

Worst Walmart I’ve ever seen! They need new management or to be shutdown and I’ve been to Walmart’s that are so busy there are lines to get into the grocery section and they are much more efficient and organized than this one seems they have a very lazy staff or bad work atmosphere cause they don’t seem to do anything can’t even get them to answer there phone

I just dont like the the way the food is set up. It just seems to be too tall. My three star review says nothing about the time that I spend there. I am often at Walmart. If there were a choice, Id take it.

Well I hate to say it but I almost always make a daily trip to Walmart and I hate it worse everytime. They barely keep any employees and the ones they have are not knowledgeable and the past few times I had to go to dillons to get what I wanted!!

Locked out of north doors even though not posted, and had to walk farther.....plus, no plants left and didnt find other items on my list. Sam Walton wouldnt have allowed that to happen.

Their deli workers start working when the store opens. But they dont serve deli for 4 hours. It does not take 4 hours to make a pile of chicken and fries. Super disappointing cause the deli is about the only good part of our walmart, and they cant even do that right, and just have people standing around being useless for 4 hours.Dont advertise a deli, if it isnt going to available during store hours.

Employees dont have the knowledge if they carry the product or do they want to help you find it if they do carry it!

Went in a break here while on a work travel and I loved seeing the different items it had compared to the Walmart’s in Topeka.

First time I have used the pick up service, I will never have to go into the store. Did my order online, waited for it to be ready, drove to the pickup area. checked in, and my groceries are at my car. It was Great!Even ordered paint and paint supplies.

In and out found what was needed quickly...until self check out could not figure out the code for bananas...4011...same code forever.

Great store except i wS there Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. and the dog food isles were bare. No explanation anywhere., otherwise great place to sho.

As usual when shopping there it is very hard to find what you need due to the merchandise constantly being moved around to different places in the store. The employees however are helpful and friendly!

I came to the store looking for button batteries for my camera. When I got there the battery selection was completely wiped out, so I went to electronics to ask for help. The guy there directed my to the jewelry counter where I waited for over fifteen minutes for help. Once the associate arrived I was told to check amazon. Walmart has really gone down hill.

Pittsburg Kansas Walmart is top-notch. I locked my keys in my car and they helped Paul the Pittsburgh Police department and Nelly have the sheriff help me get into my car and save me hundreds of miles of driving back and forth to get my car unlocked. A big thumbs-up to the sheriff for doing a hard job and helping a guy that was in a tight spot A+++++

This is your typical wal mart. Clearance is usually pretty wiped out. Set up is counter to my usual store so a bit disorienting, usually they try to keep on a pattern but this one deviates a bit. Staff generally seem like they dont have a care in the world which is a breath of fresh air sadly, before covid they were constantly up your ... never the less it is what youd expect.

Always low on merchandise or not at all. Poor checkout time; only one lane open early.

Everyone, working and buying, was wearing a mask. Essential workers were cleaning the carts, handles, etc. That was very helpful. There were physical choke points with crowds, but they could be avoided. Only stayed in the store for 15 minutes.

I’ve been to better Walmarts and this one barely has some things stocked there was a time where I had to go back and see if they had the thing that I wanted stocked and they didn’t it’s really disappointing 🤦🏽

Last 3 times Ive been in there Ive had issues with self check instead of someone asking if I needed assistance they just watched me then harassed me about seeing a receipt I know its about wearing a mask which is still my right if I do or dont

Came here to do a grocery pickup. It was pouring down rain and I felt so bad for the guy that brought the groceries period he was very nice considering the fact he was getting soaking wet and he did a great job I told him thank you and I wish I could give him a tip! Great service

Walmart is pretty much the same everywhere. They are a reflection of the city or neighborhood where they are. Ive had the privilege to shop in two different Wal-Mart stores in my life. I frequented the one on hegenberger drive in Oakland. And i now shop often at this one in Nevada. They each have great selection and prices. They each have employees that are dynamic and that arent worth a rats a**. The one in Nevada is always clean a most every time have the items i search for a reasonable price. All the employees are friendly and helpful also. Its a good store to shop.

We actually used the Vision Center inside Walmart. The young man, was very helpful! My son picked up his new glasses and he made sure my son was completely satisfied with the fit of his glasses. He also changed the nose pieces on my glasses. I would recommend this office to anyone that has optical needs.

Very disappointed in the customer service. We were standing at the jewelry counter for at least 10 minutes, with 3 associates that made eye contact - then walked on, without even acknowledging us, or asking if we needed any assistance. Finally resorted to calling the store - from the jewelry counter - to request some assistance. At this point, I wasnt likely to buy the wedding set we were looking at, anyway, because of the lack of customer service, but the band wasnt the comfort fit that I thought it was, so it was irrelevant. We wandered the rest of the store, still out of the other item we were looking for. Passed at least a dozen associates, & not a single one could be bothered to interrupt their chatting with other associates, (& yes, they were just chatting - we could hear the conversations), to even acknowledge us, or ask if we needed any assistance.Since I know this store is - or was, until recently - an Academy Store, I find this disgraceful. Also, the entire store was in serious need of zoning!And, because I used to work at this store, I find this even more disturbing. I didnt care much for the store manager that was there, then, but whoever the current store manager is, has not made any improvements.

Naturally like most of us, we are all too familiar with Walmart. Im completely blown away by Mr Harley helms a worker/laborer who tirelessly stalks the shelves. The other day I was in electronics, he heard my voice as I was speaking to another attendant, he walked over to see if I needed any help and just to say hi, so refreshing!

Fast service. Great products. Clean store. Friendly employees.

What can I say its walmart

Went to buy a gaming pc and a tv. Called ahead to see if they had one in stock. Yes we have 2 desktops in stock. Got there and neither PC was in stock and the tv I bought had no power cable. All the tape had been cut and the box anchors were loose so it was either a return or used as a display.
