This place is ran by thiefs. I bought a case and screen protector. Got home saw it was they wrong one went right back. Try to exchange and was told no if used now . The sales guys called mall security before he would even talk to me. Which says to me they do this alone. Ask for owner number and the guys gives me a wrong number . Never go here .

We ordered a battery for a phone there only to have them send the wrong one. When we returned it, we were told theyd send for a replacement with the right one. Nothing was ever done and the owner refused ro replace the battery or give a refund. So we have the reciept but he wont refund the money. So we have no battery and no money now. The man is a theif and a scammer. I would never recommend this store to anyone.

Retailers were very friendly and great with helping choose a phone cover thats best for my work enviroment and everyday life. They even cleaned my phone before installment of my case. Overall they were awesome and I definitely recommend Tech World for phone accesories and speedy amazing service

I brought the part to fix my charging port. Paid up front. Suppose to be a 4 hour fix They had my phone for 29 days. They sent it off to another company in California to microsolder without my knowledge. Didnt inform me at all that I was going to pay more money or I couldnt have my phone Phone is a usb-c but will only charge if I put the cord in one certain way. They didnt fix it completely and made me pay more. When confronted about being charged for something I didnt consent to, Adam, the owner, said Ill fix my communication with the next customer and you can have a free phone case.I want my phone repaired correctly and not gouged out of more money, not a free case. I also want to feel like Im just as important to them as the next customer.They need some customer service training, desperately.
