This is a small Dillions store. It has a lot of merchandise for its size. The bathrooms were not the cleanest. The aisle were somewhat tight. The employees were doing work or talking with each other, we did not have one employee out of the approximate 6 or 7 we were in close proximity to ask if we were finding what we needed or if we needed assistance. The cashier appeared to be annoyed that she had to check us out. 😥

Great selection, high quality, friendly associates, great service. They also have great sales and perks.

I usually enjoy this store, while it doesn’t have quite the selection I’m used to from its parent store, Kroger, I’d rather shop here than Walmart. The stock has been a little lackluster and produce has been on the not so great end. But today took the cake when I went to the deli. I was ignored by the girl behind the counter until she was done doing whatever she was doing, no greeting, and looked annoyed at having to help someone, when I asked for the bonfire chicken (which in the picture will show, was supposed to be at my store) she rudely said “we don’t carry that” and looked at me like I was stupid and when I said “oh well it was online” abruptly and brashly “yea. We don’t carry that” she was extremely rude about the entire situation. I get that there isn’t always an item available and you can’t make something appear that isn’t there. But the rudeness was uncalled for. The dillons website already is extremely flawed, crashed constantly and has issues with loading certain aspects of its site,, the least they could do was accurately display what’s actually available.

No help... So rude... On rhe floor... I was there early...730.... I understand they have things to do but answer a question or say you cant... At least try ... I ran into the same person 3 times and rude ... Sheryl... Had to explore the store myself for one item... That I never found...Cashiers were really kind and friendly

They send u great coupons on top of it they havevso many digital deals on the app as well as in store and they apply to ur ebt card too... u can buy five times more food at Dillons than any grocery store in Pittsburg

My mom placed an order for pickup and we had a very positive experience. Their app told us which items they were out of and let us select a substitute or skip it. There was no charge for the pickup.

I had the absolute worst experience they put my cleaning chemicals with my food when I complained to the store manager I was told I didnt have to shop there thats not how anyone should ever be treated!!! Never again will I shop there!!!

NO RESPECT FOR THE MILITARY !!! I ordered a cake almost 5 days before my sons deployment party to South Korea. I found out at 7pm the night before the party that there was no cake ready and it was too late to make one. The worker Noah informed me that Deni the original decorator had left on vacation for the next week and a half and called the manager Kathy who said she would call me, she never did despite my repeated attempts to reach her. She finally told him she would do it but it wouldnt be done until the next night, after the party. Luckily, Rons Supermarket came through and out of respect for our military and my son, they came in and made the absolute best cake. Dillons should really be ashamed of themselves.

Excellent service, as usual, right upto the very end. They really should teach new workers how to sack groceries. I usually have nothing but praise for their professional staff but that cannot be the case on this trips survey.

Nice shopping experience. Love the store after the remodel. The recently added self check out is handy as well. The system could be faster but its better than it was a few months ago. Very good deals here and I like the free Friday downloads for shoppers. I like going here to see the clearance prices for yogurt and salad items as well.

Im used to having many great stores with great selections of food being from Nashville, TN, so since moving to Fort Scott a couple of years ago- trying to find foods I love has been a challenge to say the least!I worked in Pittsburg for a short period & Dillions was by far the best store around with better selections & varieties of food.This includes any stores in Fort Scott, Nevada, & Pittsburg. My favorite store in Nashville was Kroger which had EVERYTHING, & had all types of foods with different brands.Dillions IS basically a Kroger!I am more than happy to drive from Fort Scott to the Pittsburg Dillions/Kroger just to get my groceries because they BY FAR have THE BEST selection of food around these areas!

This Dillons is the only one I know of down here in Southeast Kansas! We moved from the Wichita area this summer and were so excited to see that we didnt have to give up our favorite grocery store! They have great sales, their produce is always beautiful and plentiful, and the staff is helpful and friendly. Its worth the 38 mi. trip we take to get here!

Very nice Kroger affiliate, reminds me of home. I still miss fresh produce and a decent sized store (this one is a little small and limited on selection.) But its waaaaaaay better than selling your soul by shopping at the big W!

This is a busy store so...if you dont go at the right time, the store can feel picked over. But the people who work there are super nice and theyve done a great job with some of their improvements, like the produce section remodel - its great. They also usually have pretty good sale prices, which probably leads to the busyness and that picked over feel. All-in-all, its a great place to shop.

My most favorite Dillons store and pharmacy. The staff is kind, smart, and helpful, even though its one of the busiest supermarkets in my area.I do the majority of my food, pharmacy, and plant/flower shopping here. There is a great customer service area where I can buy stamps, cash checks, and get questions answered.

This store is the very best grocery store that I have EVER been in. The prices... Holy cow. $1.99 for a gallon of milk!!! The store is so clean and the staff..... Great people

The cashier cancelled my transaction for gas and now I have to wait 24 hrs to get my money! They get their money instantly but I have to wait 24 hrs to get mine back! Wont ever get gas there again!

This is a fun place to shop. They have some options not available in other stores, such as heritage grain flours.

My aunt was already been helped and there was no problem until it was my turned. Cashier rang everything up and as i was ready to pay, an employee, mananger wanna be came and told the cashier to canceled everthing and start all over again because we were using coupons.. I know he was doing his job, but for him to come and canceled everything without explanations, was not rude. I know hes not a manager cause i get mostly my groceries from over there. I liked shopping over there cause i love their mega sales and more. Now i dont remember last time i was there. Employees over there are rude now

I never have problem with employees, or finding things, but prices are getting way too high. Plus they discontinue stuff when we, or pets like it. Its something that sells well too.

Good store for grocery shopping, but theres not enough parking for the busier times of day. Go at off hours.

Went to get flowers for a funeral. They had an excellent selection and the flowers were very nice but I delivered them myself because they wanted nine dollars for delivery.

Very clean, nice people, and good prices. Purchasing goods inside helps at the pump outside with their plus card.

Some people may prefer the larger competitors, but I like it that Dillon’s can still offer prices on some items like milk way cheaper than its competitor as long as you watch for them. I shop at Dillon’s first.

Dillons is the only grocery store in Pittsburg that offers a very large selection of things like specialty coffees, teas, yogurts, probiotics, OTC drugs etc.. If you cant find it at Dillons, Pittsburg doesnt have it. The produce is very fresh and competitively priced with Wal-mart.

This place is a joke my husband comes in to get my sons medication and they can only fill a part of it then give him a hassle about the insurance saying it wont go thru then change their minds and say it will go thru then I come back today to get the rest or the medication and I stand here 20 min while they say his insurance wont go thru and then finally they figure it out really after 30 min of standing waiting for them get their heads out of their ass was will not be coming back here again
