I needed hard to find parts for a gas clothes dryer from the 70s. The manager, Ryan, went above and beyond to help me. He found the parts in their sister store, which is a little closer, and offered his experience over the two days it took to successfully repair the dryer. Ryan accepted multiple calls from me to pick his brain, and even researched the Internet to find helpful info. As a retired service engineer/ manager for a company that supplies scientific instruments world wide, I recognize and appreciate knowledgeable, conscientious employees. V and V is well represented by Ryan!

Excellent service and help! I had an issue with an online order that sent me the wrong product and when I called to report the problem all they would do is accept the return and required me to make a new order. I called V and V the following day and spoke to Ryan and he was a great help on the phone to confirm what the problem was with my oven. They did not have the exact product number, however they had a universal product, he spliced the ends together and matched the lower price of the exact product that I needed. I should have went to V and V first! I highly recommend!

These guys are great. I needed a part for my GE refrigerator which was going to take weeks to get through GEs website. These guys had the part in stock and were able to help me on the same day.When I arrived with two kids, the gentleman that helped me gave them both little baseballs branded with V&Vs info.Thank you V&V! Amazingly helpful, regardless the parts type you need. Id call ahead with any weird/obscure needs, but the counter folks always give honest, helpful advice & options. So mad at myself for only recently discovering V and V!

This company has been in business at this same location for more years than I care to remember. Recently called them about replacement belts for a 20-year old Maytag washing machine. Maytag themselves couldnt tell me the P/N. When I called V&V they said Oh yeah... its such-and-such. We get calls for them all the time. Yes theyre in stock. If they dont have it - it generally cant be had.

If you need Appliance Parts this place probably has them. Must be patient when youre at the counter that are usually busy especially in the mornings. They will even try to help explain to you how to fix something giving you pointers on the parts youre buying. I definitely recommended place

I woke up the day after Christmas with no heat in the house. I assumed it was the furnace ignitor, but when I brought it in, Tony tested it and told me it was still working and not the problem. We had some issues looking up the model number, but Tony kept trying and believed the issue was the limit switch... unfortunately, that was a product not currently in stock! He gave me the part number, and more importantly instructions on how to troubleshoot... which I did, and immediately got the heat up and running. I ordered the part I needed, but in the meantime, the house is warm for the kids. Thank you for finding the real problem and not just selling something I didnt need.
