I shop with Diaper Depot all the time! They always have shipping confirmation pretty quickly, 90% of the time same day. And have a ton of great sustainable home products to choose from on top of a great cloth diaper and jellycat selection. Whats not to love?!

I’ve ordered from this stores online shop several times and have had nothing but good experiences each time. Site was easy to navigate. Shipping was free if over 5$ was spent. Shipping was fast. Packaging was perfect. The rewards system is nice also! I highly recommend shipping here for cloth diapers and all of babies needs!

Response to seller: This seller has exaggerated to the point that it is not even true: here is the copy from all 3 of my emails to show at no point did I accuse or ever become rude with the seller- let the customers see who is telling the truth.Initial email:Hello,I received my order yesterday- both the fox and kitty were packaged in the same bag. I have severe asthma and when I lifted the fox out I hadA bad asthma attack. My asthma is often triggered by essential oils and similar things. I’m not sure if the person packing it had something on them that got on the animal or if came into contact with something that is an irritant to trigger my asthma. I would like to return both since they were packaged together. Please let me know how to proceed. I would like a prepaid label please as I do not feel I should have to pay return shipping g on something g that jeopardized my health.Thank you very much and I appreciate your attention to this serious matter.Response to seller’s email-Thank you for your response. My asthma is triggered by many everyday products so it could be an ingredient in a product being used- even a hand soap or sanitizer. I was told I could return them but I had to pay the cost of shipping to return them back in order to be considered for a refund. I sent 3 subsequent emails that the seller could not be bothered to respond to. I was concerned having these items that caused a severe breathing problem for me in my house (I had to put them out in the garage in a separate area) and was trying to contact them to get the return arranged. I have purchased many Jellycat stuffed animals from other retailers and never had a problem before. I would definitely not recommend this seller.

I’m new to cloth diapering. I love that there is a detailed product description for people like me who aren’t sure where to start and what to buy. The selection here is great too, and I appreciate that because I’m still trying to find the right brand and style that my baby and I love. The items I want and need have consistently been in stock, and shipping is incredibly fast!! I will continue to use this place through my baby’s cloth diapering journey.

If youre a new mother, please reconsider giving this company your money. I had my partner order some of the All in Ones, and I was terribly disappointed from start to finish (product, service, delivery, packaging). As a Mother with a young baby, things are tough enough. I did not need the extra stress during COVID of this horrible customer service experience. Although I am huge in sustainability, and supporting local businesses - this one is just not worth it. Please note many of the reviews are from a year +. I thought that I could trust them, but my only explanation is that the owners have let the business go & their integrity followed. 0/10.

We have been cloth diapering for over 3 years, and shopping here for about the last 2. In this time I have placed dozens of orders and have only had once instance where the wrong sized item was shipped. I emailed them upon arrival, received a quick response and it was resolved immediately. Which is more than I can say for many companies both big and small that I have dealt with over the years. They have free shipping at $5 which is unheard of and I usually get items in 2 days on the west coast.
