I like going to this specific Target location because they have a huge parking lot covered. In raining and snowing days, that’s crucial when you need to walk to store and put groceries in your car. Other than that, I feel that this store has a good layout, and its staff does a great job at organizing items.

Had a pickup order that was misplaced. Very helpful employees found it and gave me a gift card for the wait.

I think Target is declining in quality and professionalism. I am no longer impressed with Targets goods and services. The Target in the East Liberty neighborhood in Pittsburgh does not make much effort to provide a variety to its customers. When I have mentioned my concern to Customer Service, I basically was told theres nothing they can do.

This is one of the bigger Target stores, so no problem in finding most of the stuff you might need. I find that labelling and sorting of items at the store is not upto the mark, and it might make navigation quite difficult, they can make a map and guide people better. Some of their barcodes wont work and they charge you random amounts for such stuff which was unprofessional.

Target is a wonderful place to shop. It has everything that shoppers want to buy (Groceries, Clothes, Electronics, etc). This Target store has been in East Liberty since July 2011.

If I could give this target zero stars please believe I absolutely would. Your establishment is disgusting, you have terrible employees who have god awful attitudes. I’ve never been to such a pitiful target. I will never be back again and I am informing all of my family and friends. Their toilets are missing half of their seats for Christ sake. Fix yourself and your employees.

I went in to get a camera for my stepson on Sunday. I stood at the tech desk for about 10 minutes and while the man working there saw me, ignored me the entire time while waiting on another person. He could have at least acknowledged my presence but rudely chose to ignore me. Thankfully I went up to the regular checkout and they were able to ring me up there. At the very least I wanted to ask a question but nope...incredibly bad customer service. I will not go back there to get an electronics in the future.

Always disappointed. They used to have nice clothes, now on par with WalMart. You can find things that seem nice online, but when you go to the store its not there (or any other store), all thats on the racks is trash.

I love having a Target so near to where I live, I grew up in a different area and they were always in rural, out of the way places. This one is really big, and always clean. The employees are really helpful, and I love the selection of stuff.

I shop this store a lot no matter. Target overall has products I want at reasonable prices. The customer service is definitely lacking. I have found the staff to be unknowledgeable and frazzled easily. My most recent experience they were out of a product that their website said was in stock. I asked if they would give me the next one for the same price ($4 more) they said no. Then when I realized I had forgotten my target card, I immediately went to the app and placed the order. When I went to customer service to pick up the order the worker told me Id have to wait 2 hours until they have time to go pull all the items that were sitting in my cart. He became frazzled and made such a scene, I just left. Again, its a great target, just has a mediocre staff.

Best drive up curbside pickup service ever. By far. All I just do is park, wait a minute, and my stuff is in the trunk! AMAZING

I love target and how they have a Starbucks in every store (I love Starbucks) I would like to see more items for teenagers like (-iPhones, tablets, etc) and More gift cards.

I was looking to purchase an electronic picture frame as a gift for a loved one and wanted to compare the frames that were not visible from the box. Target security was difficulty to identify as a staff member. She approached me with an accusatory attitude and was not empathetic to my concern. She would not open the box for me and informed me that I needed to purchase the item and could not see the item first. An electronics member was not knowledgeable of the flash drive I needed for the frame.. this member informed me that he did not directly work for target and could not show me the frame. He directed me to another electronics member who proceeded to use a knife to open the box, opened it upside down, and showed me the frame covered in styrofoam. I requested again to see the frame, at which time he showed me a corner, and i had to again request to see the entire frame. After checking out my items, I was told that they could not provide me with a gift receipt and that I would have to check out again at guest services. The employee at guest services was not happy to help me and was short and dismissive.I was thankful that my cashier listened to my experience and was just as surprised at the rude behavior displayed by two contractors and two employees. Neither electronic services nor guest services were busy at this time. I left wondering if it was worth the trouble and if I should have gone to a different location.

I dont know wassup with target man. I cant go on line to purchase anything while trying to use a new card. They beat me while taking away my discount points which I think should be on there forever NOT after 90 days. Who continuously orders something within 90 days to keep points. Best buy i never had to do that with them.

This is the second time in two weeks that Ive shopped at this Target and the shelves are nearly empty. Its like they forgot that its in a college kid area and that they are now always shopping at Target.

Friendly atmosphere and great prices!

Target does a great job in homogenizing their user experience. Everything was located where it would be in your hometown Target. The -1 star is due to a strange upcharge phenomenon Ive found in supermarket type stores. Certain products, in my case, an hdmi cable, see an upcharge in virtually any supermarket and Im not sure why. Its like buying a phone charger at a gas station. They know you need it to use your more expensive product, so youll pay more for the essential, cheap thing that lets you use it.

So cool! Lots of unique things about it that I havent seen in other stores, including underground parking, a carts escalator, and a laser game of ping pong. So fun!

Love this location. Most of the time everything I need here is fully stocked and available. Always looks nice and clean. Friendly staff.

Ive really gotten to like this Target. They have good sales on vegan specialty items. I end up shopping here often because I get my prescriptions at the cvs inside, which is superior to the one across the street.

The pickup process is easy and fast. Ordering online is easy, and the items are ready for pickup in a timely manner, sometimes within the hour of ordering!Everyone at the pickup counter wore a mask. My staff person was courteous and friendly.

It was very easy to navigate and there was not much of a wait time when I did curbside delivery.

They definitely need more cashiers the line was too long they were too many workers but not cashiers.

It is easy for me to shop at Target... The layout of the store seems logical to me. The associates who work at Target are helpful and friendly.

An item I wanted to purchase which was on the shelf with a shelf tag rang up as not able to be sold until the following week. In short, someone put the item out too early and I could not buy it. So, of course, you’d think they’d hold the item for me until next week. Right? Customer service, yes? You’d be wrong. I was informed they could not and would not do that for me. Basically, get lost. This isn’t the first time I’ve had extremely poor customer service from Target. It will be the last though.

The principal items I went to buy -- disinfecting wipes -- were listed as in stock, as were a number of spray cleaners. NONE of these items were actually in stock. I would NOT have assumed the risk of going to Target had the inventory for the store been accurate.

They are good at what they do

Its Target. Everyone loves Target. But why are you ALWAYS sold out of everything I come for? This is my FOURTH trip to the store over the past few months and the shelves are bare. How can you be COMPLETELY sold out of bread?! There is either an ordering/inventory issue, or a stocking issue.

Whichever tech employee was working 6/19 around 5-6pm was absolutely rude. Part of the job IS scanning and checking if items are in stock; this gentleman couldnt so much as scan a barcode without huffing and responding extremely rudely, See, I told you. We were on a search for a very specific item and were respectful until this moment, in which case we told him he did not need to be so rude before walking away.He also was not wearing a name tag so I can not give you his name. He was wearing a yellow face mask. The entire interaction with him made us feel like a burden and annoyance.Target is better than this.

Great products at competitive prices. Its a great stop if you need to make a general shopping run. However they are out of stock on many things sometime and customer service was just average.

I was impressed by the number of helpful staff available around the store, in some stores you need to search for someone to help. Good selection of products, only negative was the Taylor Farms organic vegetable tray. The tomatoes and celery were bad and the baby carrots didnt have much taste. The broccoli was okay but I expected more flavor from organic.I was also impressed at the checkout area where they have cashiers waiting to direct you to an empty line, very attentive and friendly service! Our receipt didnt give the name of our Muslim cashier but she was great!

They offer a large selection of vegan/vegetarian at affordable prices in addition to their already well known household items.

Always busy being near the college, barely stocked however this is by far the best Target. Friendly staff for the most part and great deals with target wallet and red card. Ive been to atleast 6 targets around the area this one is the best.

My bike was locked up at their bike racks and was stolen. The lock wasnt the best but it was locked and thats not something you should have to worry about when youre shopping. The security guard was very nice and helpful but I dont think Im getting my bike back

Prices not competitive enough with other groceries. too much plastic in the packaging. app less friendly than others: it takes one too many clicks to figure out the unit price, thus comparing the same product (for example cereals) across different brands becomes way too cumbersome.

The best store in town

Bought a bunch of home essentials from Target just before Thanksgiving. Rates were at least 10-15% lower than other online services. Most of the things that I was looking for were available for store pick-up in less than 30 min. At the counter, I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt and helpful service. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star is because their home delivery wait time was a bit longer than desired (I am guessing the delay was due to the long weekend).

This target is great! The grocery section is affordable and has a good variety. There are a lot of deals as well. Some items, especially the household section, can be pricey. You have to watch out for deals. Parking is never issue either.

This is the only Target within the city of Pittsburgh that i am aware of, so I do not have any other location to compare it to. This is a pretty small Target store compared to most, but the selection of products is great. The employees for the most part are pleasant. The neighborhood is safe and there is a large parking garage. Negatives would be that the carts and baskets are always filthy and the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting.

Great one-stop-shop in the city. Probably the most central store of this kind in Pittsburgh. groceries, clothing, furnishings, and just about anything else you might want is available here. Products here are of relatively good quality, and fairly decently priced. Parking here is really convenient.

I was able to exchange a car cell phone charger, which Id purchased in mid-October but hadnt tried until a couple days ago (and discovered there are 2 plug sizes for LG phones--regular and micro). The new one was less money, and they gave me a store credit for the difference. Glad I always save my receipts!

We live in Highland Park right down the road and pretty much use this target for the majority of our household, hygiene, and random misc needs. The food is priced fair but we have found the freshness of the fruits and vegetables to be if lower quality than other supermarkets in the area.

What can I say it is a target that was a part of gentrifying a beautiful community in East Liberty. Historically enough East Liberty was once the Center of Pittsburgh during the steel industry boom. Now it is being redeveloped and new businesses are contributing to its next evolution. This target is like any other Target, but it has erased a part of the original history of Pittsburgh. Enjoy

The visit was good, but not please the 20% coupon we had. The coupon was given in the baby registry bag but it was only good for one item instead of the total purchase of cat jack clothing. I feel that it should have covered all items purchased, since it was meant to be a gift

Rather large store, escalators are pretty cool and I shop here on the regular since existence. Personally I think the customer service is better than average. Ive always had friendly cashiers and customer service staff to assist me with fast service. Also I left a box of diapers on accident and they were very nice about resolving my issue. Rating stands as is!!! Will continue to be a consumer at this location...

Not allowing me time to pull open my target app for cartwheel offers and target credit card. Wanted to use my cartwheel offers and my target credit card and the employee checking me out informed me that there was no time for me to open my app there were 2 guests behind me and I would just need to make payment without the coupons and credit card!

I am used to shop at Target, my wife has the red card and i just applied for one. We visit the store at least once a week. The aisle are very spacious and in the store you feel invited.

We do our shopping here for non-perishables/brand-named goods and Trader Joes for everything else. Target consistently delivers a great shopping experience and provides multiple ways of saving some cash. Simply make sure to take advantage of cart wheel and their red card system, if you shop there a lot, and youll come out better than most other local establishments.The facilities are always clean and parking, while hectic during busy times, is always available without too much hassle.Overall, very happy to have this Target in the neighborhood.

Ordered a Bodum French press online for in-store pickup and the order was ready within an hour. There was only one person ahead of me in line on a Saturday afternoon before Christmas, the clerk was very friendly and efficient, and the item was on sale. What’s not to like?!

A modern Target. Has a huge attached parking structure. You take an escalator (and your cart takes a separate one) to the second floor to enter the store. It is huge, clean and well kept. A great addition to East Liberty.
