Old fashioned type neighborhood hardware. Go there when you need to get some paint, gardening stuff and just about anything else. A little pricey with some items but it is better than driving way out to home Depot sometimes.

Nice and local hardware store. You can find almost everything you need here when you need it. They have helpful employees that will help you find what your looking for. Keep in mind that they may not have everything your looking for so you should probably call them in advance. You can find parts here and tools. They offer a wonderful selection of paints and parts that you need.

This is a great hardware store. I live in Carrick and my husband come here all the time to get much-needed tools for our house and car. Its the only hardware store in the neighborhood and within a 5-mile radius. The staff here are always very friend. The only thing about this location is theres no parking lot so you have to park on the busy street (Brownsville Road), may have to drive down further to find parking in order to stop by this store.

This is a fantastic hardware store! Theyre super-knowledgeable and have helped me out several times, but the last time sealed the deal for me. I went in on a hail-mary looking for a small part for one of my power tools, and though they didnt have it in stock, they pulled one off of their own personal tool collection. How kind is that?!? I wanted to send a big thank you and shout out to Steve Miller and his 4th generation family owned Ace hardware store. This owner and his store have such a big heart and we appreciate their kindness and generosity. We were given many blessings this season. This beautiful grill was given as a surprise gift for my son from his boss. We tried to purchase from our local Ace store but they refused to deliver without an additional $75 fee because we were 2.8 miles over the 5 mile free limit. Mr. Miller accidentally found out about the situation. His store is 30 miles away. He personally delivered on a snowy Sunday evening before Christmas after his store closed and refused to charge a fee due to the circumstances. He said it was the right thing to do. Thank you to this Ace family. This is a store you want to support!

Its great to see all the good reviews. However, I never got a chance to see what they had because I was stopped by two men as soon as I got in the door basically stopping me from looking around. The associate asked me if he could help me and went and found what I needed, now that was great but it was my first time in that store and I would have liked to look around. I had to ask if I was allowed to look around? They said yes after the associate brought my item up. Wont be returning I felt quite uncomfortable.Cashier was very polite at checkout.

I love ace because they are able to service your needs better than large chain home stores. Very knowledgeable, have everything you need, faster service, so what more could you ask for.

Great place to find whatever you need as far as repairs. The paint is watered down imo but still good for small jobs. I have to add to the comment below. I felt the same way my first few times in there. I hate being bothered while looking. It would be nice to look around without getting the idea Im being followed but i guess thats understandable for the area. Whats not understandable is the owner racial profiling my friend who was waiting on the curb while I picked up a package from their UPS department. He followed me out and verbally attacked him accusing him of panhandling when he was sitting there looking at his phone. 8 had a review with less stars and the owner has seemingly erased it so here ya go. Ill keep posting.

Was very good at the store soon as I walked in and asked me if I can help me I gave them the piece of paper with the codes for the paint and they made my paint while I did pick up a couple other items and then checked out very quick and efficient

I go here all the time. They have excellent customer service. (You will literally be approached by a store worker like you are walking into a car dealership.)You can return Amazon packages or have them delivered here👌🏽which makes life convenient. They also have equipment/tool rental. I highly recommend Miller Hardware/ ACE for any household fixes you may have, that wont take you for a shakedown.

I love this hardware store! You can literally know absolutely nothing about home renovation or tools, but still get everything you need & all ur questions answered. You can even walk in with a handwritten list from ur husband or father, and just hand it over to an associate & they will get you everything on ur list easy as pie! This is the only hardware store Ill use!

They epitomize the commercial that says ace is the place with the helpful hardware man. They go out of their way to help you find what youre looking for not just by telling you what aisle its in but actually taking to the aisle and helping you find it. Prices may be a little higher than the big box store but worth the additional cost for the knowledge and experience you get in return.

This is also an access point for UPS, and I’m very pleased with my experience with this establishment. I had a relatively complex issue with a package, and Steve went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. Big thank you for all of your help!

Have been going to Millers for years. Not only are they a great hardware store with quick attentive customer service they also are are a small repair shop. Need your mower fixed they can do it. Need a new window screen they can make it. All in all a great asset in our community.

Have been to Lowes, have been to Home Depot, and been to all Hardware stores around and never had better customer service my have at this age Hardware this Pacific one focuses on customer service and satisfaction. If you need anything they take you directly to it all you have to do is ask and generally dont even have to ask the grease you soon as you come in or very friendly and give you buy far exactly what you need it its very fair price I wouldnt recommend any other place other than this Ace Hardware!

However they also own the departments above their store I’ve witnessed the owners brother often in conflict with the tenants and throwing around terrible racial innuendos. This to me is just as important to point out - it shows the character and bones of a business.

The staff here is very helpful. They offer a variety of services and have a nice selection of goods. I got all of my locks changed here by bringing in my door knobs and dead bolts for $15 a pop! Cheaper than hiring a locksmith for sure!

Most helpful people & excellent store. they have much more than youd expect. If they dont have it theyll order it and they have great owners who supplement the community well... They hire local kids and make sure they work hard and care about the customers.

These folks have survived for 100+ years and are obviously doing something right. Since moving into the neighborhood, I have bugged them many times with how-to questions, even though I wasnt making huge purchases. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. The person at the register always greets customers with a smile and directs you to the proper place.

This place is fantastic! They are extremely friendly and helpful. They do minor repairs -- lamps, vacuums, rivet guns and even let me rent a step ladder for the weekend. Every time I visit, I am reminded of what the gold standard of customer service looks like.

Miller Ace Hardware is Awesome! I moved back to my Penn Hills property because I like being alone after work; I also have a property in Carrick where my extended family stays, therefore I always shop at Miller ACE Hardware to get things I needed. Now I still drive all the way to 237 Brownsville Road to get my Chain Shaw and Weed Wacker fixed because the Customer Service at this Hardware store is Awesome! This Hardware store is Awesome and Everyone one of the workers in this store are very friendly and treat customers like family... Unlike any other Hardware store that I been to... They got everything you need and more... The will fix almost anything!

I was having an issue with a 50+ year old box fan and brought it here to get the plug replaced. They didn’t try to sell me a new one, they just listened to what I thought the issue was, checked the item in, and a week later I picked it up cleaned and back in working order all for a reasonable price.

Im a young female so going into a hardware store I expect to get a condescending attitude from anyone I talk to. Not the case here, very friendly and helpful. Someone answered my many questions efficiently and walked with me to pick out everything on my list. From what I gather, they have more of a selection of products for older homes which was what I needed. I.E. those silly 2 prong to 3 prong converters, lockseam curtain rods, etc. Would recommend and will be returning.
