Dont buy from this Company unless you want to be talked to like you or your business dont matter.Maybe because am a woman and am black. Order was delayed! No apologies or any assurance after 1month and few days .. they dont fellow up as soon as you pay you are on your own. I cant even cancel my order despite the fact that I was told all my orders would be ready in 2weeks. Beware!!! Update - I was called to pick up and its damaged. Beware!

Please listen to the other one star reviews!! !!!!! We purchased a high end kitchen to install ourselves. Received a few of the wrong sized cabinets. They took them back, cut them down and returned them all scratched up. Gave us touch up paint!!! Should have replaced. Asked for a trash can slide out, didn’t get it. We just kind of gave up on them . We worked on restoring this house on weekends so it took a long time. We just noticed that the cabinet drawer slides that they gave us were the wrong size. We called and were basically told to hit the road!!!! We should have checked a while ago but figured they knew what we should have for these drawers. We are doing all the left over details to finally finish the house. I guess we learned our lesson!!! Not nice people, please avoid spending your hard earned money here unless you want to be treated rudely!!!!!

Many of the people that work there are nasty on the phone. They seem like they could care less about the customer. I emailed them, no response from the owner that was supposed to get back to me.I called, and received a nasty response that the owner will get back to me, I’ll just have to wait, and it had been a whole week already.I called a different location and talked to someone else. She said she would email the owner and get back to me. That was another week of waiting. They could care less about their customers.And it could have been any easy fix. I bought a huge kitchen full of cabinets from them and one of the hinges was broken, which they obviously could care less that I have brand new cabinets and the door is falling off of it. I don’t even have anything in the cabinet yet and it is broken.Go somewhere else to buy your cabinets. Once they have your money, your SOL.They could care less!

We ordered our entire kitchen worth of cabinets as well as counter tops from this company. The reason for the two stars...quality was actually very good. Our sales person, Nicki, was nice, but extremely unresponsive and hard to get ahold of. Part of our order was delayed MONTHS from the original estimated date and if I did not call every other day I would not have even received an update. They absolutely did not care about our business AT ALL. Additionally, we were missing shelves for a cabinet and still haven’t received any to this date. I assume we probably won’t. We had to order one last piece, and that was over two weeks ago, we were told it would take a week. I’ve emailed her twice to follow up about an estimated date and received nothing. It saved us a lot of money, but the “pulling teeth” has been ridiculous. If I executed my own job like this I would be fired. Counter tops were outsourced, and they were wonderful. They did a great job on install and we were really happy with the quality! It’s up to you if you’d like to trade the positives for the negatives.

Noelle was our Kitchen Designer from BKG. Most Kitchen remodelers like to pressure their clients to purchase more than they need when choosing their dream kitchen. Not Noelle ! Working with you every step of the way and listening to what the clients want.It was a real pleasure working with her, getting our Dream Kitchen.

Great experience with BKG. We started our project before the pandemic but we were properly notified of when our install was going to be delayed and was quickly rescheduled once things started to open up. Taylor was very helpful throughout the entire process. She designed our perfect kitchen and helped answers all of the questions we had. Highly recommend BKG. Everything was done timely and professionally. Great prices as well compared to other quotes we received.

My wife and I were going to spend thousands more with a big box company. Taylor worked closely with my wife and I to come up with the best solution for our space. The cabinets were exactly what we wanted and at a great price. We installed them ourself without any issues.

We used BKG Designs to do our Kitchen Remodel. The process was so easy from the start to finish. I cant recommend working with Nick Lukehart Taylor enough. She was so professional and had amazing recommendations. We told her what we were looking for and she made the design come to reality. We had all new cabinets installed and get this, in just one day. The countertop is to come and we are cool with that, be cause all of this was communicated up front. Aaron and Jason were the 2 man crew who came in to tear out and install the cabinets, and we have many cabinets. The guys were amazing, so professional and down to earth. They worked fast and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. That is unheard of anymore, lol. We just want to say Thank you, Thank you, THANK YOU to Nicki and her team for updating our kitchen to the current century, lol. I will definitely recommend you to anyone who is looking for a new kitchen. Pics to come once the Countertop is installed.

We had BKG Design build a cabinet/desk area for our home and are thrilled with it! Noelle was very responsive and we were able to work the whole deal over the phone, with a few texts and phone calls. The construction team was awesome- quality work and very professional. Even with a 3 month pandemic we were only delayed a few weeks. We highly recommend BKG!

I started with a design with Noelle and she was great! She was very attentive, answered all my phone call, emails very promptly. Even with the virus pushing us back she was still able to get the install moving quickly! Kelly contractors did a great job at the install! Made sure everything was level, asked me questions on how I would like things before putting up, to assure the best look!

We purchased cabinets for a full kitchen remodel and were extremely pleased with the entire process. The Designer was helpful and very easy to work with from start to finish. The price was reasonable without compromising on the quality. Could not be happier!

BKGs pricing was quite favorable compared to other estimates we received. Although there was a delay in the project due to the pandemic they picked back up on it promptly when things reopened. Our designer Taylor kept us informed at each stage in the process and was very responsive when we had questions. We are amazed at how our kitchen has been transformed and especially enjoy our new island.

My husband and I recently had our kitchen designed by Taylor, who made the experience very easy and designed our new kitchen the way we wanted it without pushing this or that on us. We told her what we wanted, how we wanted it and she created it in a simple transaction, we absolutely love our new cabinets. The only thing in our opinion that was an issue was the delivery, only 2 days a week ( Tuesday and Thursday ) makes it a little rough for people, for the customers there should be more options/flexibility but DO NOT let that stop you from going there, they are absolutely great and we can not be any more pleased.

We worked with Terra to design our kitchen from scratch, and were very pleased with the results. Their showroom is relatively small, but they have all the essentials and we were able to find all the finishes we had in mind. They had no problem lending us samples to take with us to pick out counters and tile, which was really helpful. The design process was painless, and the solid wood cabinets are very well made. We had our own contractor do the installation, and he had no issues following the plans supplied by BKG. Plus, the cabinet cost was significantly less expensive than quotes we received from other companies. We would not hesitate to use BKG again.

We had our kitchen totally remodeled a few years ago by BKG Design. Terra was our designer at the time and did a fantastic job. We love how it turned out. Recently we had a minor issue with a cupboard door, and we spoke with Taylor, another BKG designer. She was so helpful and prompt at resolving our problem with kindness and professionalism.

The selection of cabinets and quartz is amazing for any budget and the staff makes everything simple. The process is easy for any home owner. We were extremely pleased with our kitchen remodel. Terra, our kitchen designer, was great to work with. The craftsmanship and quality of the cabinets and granite are outstanding. What we liked the most was the upfront pricing and there were no hidden or additional fees. And they were right on schedule with starting and completing the project. I highly recommend them.

Our contractor recommended BKG design when we were searching for cabinets for our kitchen remodel. He said he had worked with them before and never had any problems. Our designer at BKG, Terra, was very knowledgeable and patient with us as she helped us through the design of our kitchen. She gave us great ideas, on cabinet size and placement. She even had to redesign part of the project because of a bulkhead that was originally to be removed, but because of plumbing and electrical lines running through it, had to stay. Terra ordered all the cabinets and counter tops. When the cabinets arrived, everything fit together perfectly just like the 3D drawings she created for us. I would highly recommend BKG for any projects you might have.

BKG south Hills replaces my kitchen in 2015. Terra was a wonderful help!! She helped me figure out what cabinets, hardware, and counter to select and made the process fun! BKG removed my old kitchen then installed the new. They were fast, friendly, professional, and hardworking. Plus the price was very resonance!! I’m no longer in the house where I replaced the kitchen but it was definitely the selling point when I sold. And when I’m ready to replace my current kitchen, I’ll be calling Terra!!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Noelle. Noelle is VERY knowledgeable and very easy to contact by phone and/or email. We provided the layout and measurements, and Noelle provided a rendering of our kitchen using our new cabinets. Pricing was also pretty reasonable! It cost the same to replace all cabinets and buy new granite countertops than to have another company paint just our cabinets.We just received our cabinets last week and they are high quality.Two of our cousins have used BKG, and soon my uncle will. We will definitely be using them for future home remodeling.

My remodeling company has been using BKG design for about 7 yrs. Terra is fantastic and my customers love her. Their cabinets are reasonably priced and good quality. They have many options to pick from to make your kitchen or bathroom beautiful and up to date. We are very please with the service we get from them and will be using them for the foreseeable future.

BKG is amazing as is Noelle. She walked me through the process and was patient with my indecisions. Then end result is a kitchen that my guests absolutely gush over and always compliment me on and at a price that was a fraction of anywhere that I looked. BKG Design is a great company to use when remodeling your kitchen! We purchased the quality cabinets and installed them ourselves. The price was reasonable and the options were endless. Noelles professional advice helped in narrowing those options and was patient in designing our kitchen. We are very satisfied with the results. I went through the design process with Taylor at BKG Design and she created a nice 3D rendering of what my kitchen would like. The quote was priced under the other companies I visited/ got quotes from. The installation went smooth and Im happy with the new kitchen.

I was a little hesitant on renovating the kitchen. I have heard so many stories about the work taking too long, the kitchen been out of use for several weeks, etc. I decided to do it. The first time, we had redone our entire house and were running out of money by the we decided to also do our kitchen. Noelle helped us pick a beautiful kitchen, white shaker cabinets and beautiful granite countertops. She also helped us design a bar that hadn’t existed in our original kitchen.The second time, a year later, we decided to add a pantry. I kept changing my mind on it. Noelle went out of her way to contact me multiple times to add a pantry cabinet to an existing order so we didn’t pay additional shipping. I couldn’t be happier with my beautiful, contemporary kitchen. We receive so many compliments. Im a satisfied customer and would return.

We bought a “flipped” house through this company in Dec 2016…BKG did not secure any of the county permits legally required to install plumbing and electric and used no licensed plumbers or electricians (the owner outright told me this on the phone, because they are “too expensive”) and it shows, because quality is horrendous and has been a stressful and expensive 2 years fixing all of their mistakes…. Here is a list of SOME of the problems we encountered by the shoddy workmanship and illegal practices of this company:Shower head improperly installed and leaked through ceiling in closet, shower faucet improperly installed and was leaking, tub drain in master bath was not tightened and leaked through ceiling in garage…all of these causing mold and drywall damage. Drain trap on master tub installed wrong - master bath stinks like sewage! No trap installed on washer, also stinks like sewage! But the worst was the first floor bathroom… the shower was NOT CONNECTED TO THE PLUMBING AT ALL, it was literally DRAINING UNDER THE HOUSE! Entire first floor bath: shower, sink and toilet needed completely re-plumbed, that’s how bad their workmanship was.Kitchen sink pipe literally fell off, I had to prop it up with a spaghetti sauce jar. Air-conditioner was installed wrong and was leaking until we had professionals come in and repair it. GIANT gas leak at heater where fixture was “smashed” as someone tried to (I guess) muscle it on instead of tightening properly. Floor drain in finished basement was not properly sealed but merely carpeted over, when the basement flooded we had no idea where it was coming from until we had to rip up our ruined brand new carpeting to find an open floor drain. Improperly connected flex-piping leaked through the ceiling and down our wall, ruining a large portion of drywall. Hot water tank improperly installed, we had asked to have this remedied after our inspection, but we were deceived by the owner and then incurred an $1800 bill to fix it ourselves when the health department showed up and red-tagged it.I could go on and on, but you get the idea… BKG design cuts corners at every turn and has caused us tens of thousands of dollars re-doing their work, a total rip-off, we feel totally scammed by this company and honestly do not understand how they are still in business.

Had a terrible experience with them. We had a layout all they had to do was quote it and I had to call to get the quote for 1. For 2 we asked if we needed an appointment they said no we show up and the lady we were dealing with had an appointment. For 3 we asked for a specific cabinet and never got a response. Also all they want is a 250 deposit before they do anything. Went elsewhere and got treated much better.

We went around to alot of kitchen and granite places and most of their people were a bit standoffish but BKG wasnt. Their showroom isnt the biggest but have alot of options and colors to see. The people (Terra) working at the South Hills location were great and worked with us. As any home improvement projects there were some hiccups but they were able to adjust and get everything back on track.Their contractors were on time and finished in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend them if you are about to tackle a home renovation!

We had an awesome experience working with them. We ordered cabinets and installed them ourselves. We worked with the designer Cristie in the South Hills office, and she, as well as the guys at the warehouse, were awesome to deal with. The cabinet quality and construction is phenomenal. Anywhere else we looked at and the full wood construction was an upgrade, and here it was standard. We also have the soft close and full extend drawers which is great! We have a lot of cabinets, and for the quality and price, they could not be beat! Couldn recommend them more (and we have been, to anyone who will listen haha). We really couldnt be happier!

I had a great experience with BKG! I have done two projects with BKG and they were completely different. The first project was a bar and we had BKG complete everything except for granite. The second time around we decided to pick up the cabinets at their warehouse and do the install ourselves. The guys at the warehouse were so nice and very helpful in loading up our van. All of the cabinets were pre built and ready for install with no defects. Lastly, this was all coordinated through Cristie, one of the designers. She was so wonderfully helpful throughout both projects and so easy to get ahold of. Even when they did not do the install she was still making sure everything went well. Overall both projects went very smoothly even when we had strict deadlines.I would highly recommend BKG and specifically Cristie. They make the remodeling process easy!Below is the before and after for our second project with BKG. We bought the cabinets from them and had the granite and flooring done separately. They did the design after giving them measurements. Everything fit perfectly!

I usually never leave reviews but, the customer service at the BKG is lacking to say the least. We requested a small piece of granite for a countertop in our kitchen. We selected a granite and told the size of the piece we wanted and gave all of our information to the woman working. She was unable to give us a ball park at all of what this would cost and told me that she would email me a quote. Her intimal email was a quote for white quartz for $3000.00 for a 12 1/2 x 25 1/2 piece, eased edge. Firstly, we requested a quote for brown granite. Secondly, we were quoted somewhere else for $80.00 for the same exact piece. I let her know that this must be a mistake and she sorry- it was . the piece is $208. .... Very professional. I will not be going here in the future.

Terrible quality and even worse customer service. Remodeling my new kitchen was a nightmare because of BKG and Noelle. The result was me and my husband having to pay another contractor to fix the numerous issues BKG Design caused.
