I was able to walk right in and get exactly what I needed. The representative gave me several options when I explained my storage needs and we were on our way! She was very personable and efficient and the price was great. I believe the entire process took all of twenty minutes. The space is clean and spacious. I’m very satisfied.

My experience while storing my personal belongings with Extra Space Storage was SPECTACULAR. I have held a unit there for many years, and I never experienced any issues during my entire time.Since I relocated from the area, I needed to move-out and I can honestly say that the exceptional service that I received during my move-out process exceeded my expectations. KUDOS to Michelle for going above and beyond to make this move an ease for me. She is absolutely outstanding, and a real gem. I am eternally grateful that Michelle showed compassion, and arranged some accommodations as I travelled back to Pittsburgh to complete my move out.I will always consider Extra Space Storage as my first choice in the future.

Just helped a friend move and store some belongings here. Very convenient location and excellent, helpful staff. Looks like remodeling and some area construction is underway, but the location is open and ready to provide a safe home for your extra stuff! Would recommend!

Great place to store stuff for students. Able to fit bed, couch (on end), kitchen table and chairs, bureau, end tables, 2 desks, and loads of boxes (1 bedroom appt) in a 5x7 unit. Heated in winter, but no A/C over summer though. Thank you Bill for walking us through the options, giving us a tour, showing us the ropes, and making the rental a breeze!

We chose Extra Space during a move last year because the location was convenient. We chose Extra Space again this year for seasonal storage because we had such a good experience with them last year. The customer service is friendly and helpful and the facility seems very safe. We reserved online both times and had no trouble getting set up.

Veronica was great. She got me in the perfect size. She made sure my experience was fast and accurate. The area was very clean. They had locks for us to purchase. Provided carts to help the transaction over to the unit.

The storage unit was fine . I did not have to go into it until I moved out. My only complaint is when I went in to tell the site manager that I would be moving out on the following Saturday, I needed to use the restroom. I was told that she did not have a key because they took the keys off of them. It does not make sense that someone paying to do business in your establishment can not use the restroom. Not ACCEPTABLE!!

Very kind staff! Answered all of our questions, and walked us through the entire process quickly. Access to the space is secure, and were happy we chose to store here. They make it easy to store everything with the back up ramp, carts, and elevator access.

The office staff were always responsive and helpful. Access to the storage unit was convenient with a personalized access code for entry outside of office hours. When I cleared the unit early, I received a pro-rated refund for the unused time right away.

I just rented a unit on 8/21/15 and Ive received more than 1 email to review my experience. Its a little hard to review when I havent had much of an experience. What I can say is that the place appeared to be very clean from what I could see. I definitely would recommend not going the day of moving because it takes time to fill out the contract and it held us up considerably. I would also recommend stopping by the location as opposed to calling because youre talking to people that are not at the site. I was told I could fill out my contract the day before my move only to go and there was a note on the door stating they were closed the entire day. I dont know, I just think this is important information that should be communicated to the call center. When I called them (the call center) back they said they werent aware of the office being closed. That was a significant factor for my move. The only comment I recall being made about me coming to the office and it being closed by one of the employees at the office was, Oh, we had a meeting that day. I guess it would have been too much to add I apologize for any inconvenience or something of that nature. Silly me for thinking like that. But moving forward, Im not sure how comparable the prices are. Oh yes, but you do get a perk for the first month, but after taxes and everything it doesnt really seem like it. They seem high to me.

Everything was fine, didn’t have any issues.Getting a space took 15 min. Once you have space, you can get in / get out starting at 5 am until 11 pm (or so I remember.) Rent is month by month. Spaces seem dry, I didn’t find any wetness problems after 3 months or storing books.EDIT: used it again two years later. A good experience again.
