Took my expedition in for a hose. I asked for a quote on the hose and to look at my a/c cause it wasnt blowing cold air. Mentioned I was going to sell it. Got a call back 3 days later that it was ready and that it was $215. I questioned the price and why it was fixed without my authorization. I was told it was expensive cause he fixed the a/c as well. I told him I was expecting to pay that much. His response was I got a good deal. He could tell I wasnt happy. Today he called me back because this was yesterday; to tell me theres more problems with the engine and that itll cost a few thousands to fix. He said if not hell just charge me $100 today cause he emptied the fluids. What fluids? I have no idea about cars. After telling me all the engine problems and how its going to cost thousands to fix, he finishes up with If I want he has a Honda civic that he could trade me for the Expedition. Im just really upset at this moment and not sure what to do.

I got a new radiator installed for my Escalade here. Was hundreds of dollars cheaper than the dealer quote, who also couldnt do it in time for me to go to Vegas on a trip I already paid for. These guys had it ready the next day and it was fine on the trip.

I got my engine replaced here at Placentia Radiator & Auto Repair They did a wonderful job, and I got a great deal on it. Very inexpensive service fees, for really good work. I will definitely be back if I need more work done to my car.

I took my 2003 Corvette in for an over heating problem and Louie took care of the problem quickly. It turned out to be a clogged intake and a cracked radiator. He fix both in hours and for a very reasonable price. My Vette runs like new. Thank you guys for such a great job. You have my future business. I will tell all my friends.PS they live vets.

Stay away from these crooks!!!They worked on AC system for my Cadillac Escalade. They worked on it for two days, did not know what they were doing. Ripped me off. They said they fixed AC system. But every day they worked on it next day AC went out. Then I was told leave the car for two three days so they could find the problem. But later on Midas auto shop took only 15 minutes to find the problem.They are not certified!!They put wrong type of coolant in my car. Later on Midas Auto Shop had to flush the system and put right type of coolant.

I was overheating on the freeway i talked to lou the owner he was ready to call it a day and close up i gave him a call he gave me the best service job with a a whole cooling system job at a great price.
