Pharmacy, got my COVID booster. Once I got past Ralphs scheduling app online, it was a quick process with nice people.

*ATTENTION WOMEN*Ralphs has decided to hire people that have been previously punished for se**al assault.Attempting to contact the manager got me a, I aint got time for this s*** response. I didnt even tell them what I was trying to contact them for. Simply asking for a manager here will get you that. Absolutely disgusting. I no longer feel safe as a customer and will no longer shop at this branch. Im sure stater brothers, sprouts, Vons, or Costco will be a suitable replacement.

This Ralphs is S tier! Very clean and well organized, always properly stocked as well. Staff are amazing, big shout out to Shelby and Bryan for helping me out the other day!

I was asking for help at the self check out, she was in a bad mood, she said you have to do it yourself, Im too busy, it was no one in line, I feel uncomfortable with her, after all she help me. Bad experience with Rochelle.

Staff don’t go by covid regulations and take off their mask when stating they wear mask on their covid directions while on the clock. Also let’s costumers come in maskless and makes jokes about covid then give the costumer a mask just to put it in his pocket and they continue to let him be in the store and laugh with him.

Store is clean, organized, with a good variety of items. Sometimes you can get a great deal in the clearance sections on many different items.

I love shopping Ralph’s I have been shopping there for about 10 years. Never had a problem with the employees. Very friendly always has a smile on their faces. Great place to shop. Love ❤️ it especially because there are open till 1 am. I usually shop when I get off work.

They have good prices. The management is good and customer friendly. If a mistake is made, they fix it quickly. The quick self check outs are helpful when you have just a few items.

I am in this Ralphs at least 4 times a week!I walk to the pharmacy and they all greet me we by my name, always very pleasant! The checkers are always smiling....even walk around the check stand and give me a hug!The store consistantly looks perfect, and the employees always offer assistance to make sure I find everything I need! Love my Ralphs!!

Its your average large chain grocery store, but compare it to any other Ralphs and its probably just a bit above average for the cleanliness, stocked shelves, and organization of the store. Got some great deals here on fresh berries and olive oil. I particularly appreciate their sale of day-old bread products and clearance rather than throw-away policies.

It is always a wonderful experience to shop at Ralphs Grocery Stores. Things are all well arranged and all price tags are clearly visible.stores are always clean and tidy and the customer service is excellent.All the stores are open till late night so I can shop during less rush hours.Over all Ralphs Stores are the best.

After the remodeling earlier in the year, this store has REALLY opened up. The minute you walk into either entrance, youre greeted with the site of fresh produce or fresh baked/deli goods. The staff is always warm and cheery, and they definitely appreciate a good laugh. I love to shop here, and its less than a mile from home.

Only two open checkout lanes ever! Even at the busiest times! Sure there are self checkout lanes but not everything can be bought at self checkout. And whatever happened to customer service! I always wait too long here

Great selection of food. The deli is pretty nice and good selection of breads. Free wifi for customers is a plus if you shop with little ones that like to play their tablets while you shop.

Been going for 19 years and am happy. I just wish the prices were lower like the other grocery stores. That would be the only reason why on a college budget I will need to switch.

The best Ralphs that you can shop at! Vanessa, Angie, Mary, Krysta, Damion, Amy, Rochelle, Jacob and Carol are my far most favorite people that are really helpful. The Deli and the bakery make best catering😊. Produce and Meat dept here have a great varity. This is my Ralphs!

Good selection...just tired of needing their club card and being berated for not having it with me...shouldnt you be happy I chose your place to shop. I have six phone numbers and I guess none of them are linked...I love feeling like a burden by the cashier....just makes me want to go spend more money there. Then when I produced my own bags, it was like she was pissed that she couldnt say something to me about that...wow!

Absolutely love this store. I called a bunch of different stores for candied apples, this was before season started and they had them. However I did ask a guy who works there for help, and I got nothing.

Its a typical Ralphs grocery store. Good selection but just sightly pricey.They have a good selection of Atkins products, and scotch, which is what I live on! What is frustrating is that the liquor cabinet is always locked and you have to summon an employee to open it, and you cant use self-checkout.

Fruits were fresh and reasonably priced. Greeting card selections were satisfactory.

Very clean and the staff is very helpful. Always like their managers specials. Were save a lot of money there. Download their app to, they have digital coupons as well.

I come from salt lake City where 95% of all of our grocery stores are so clean and nice and its nice to have found one like that in Ralphs in Rose. Cant say the same for Ralphs on Yorba Linda jk its ok too

This is a high end Ralphs! They carry the highest grade meats, great selection and never too busy.

I like coming here whenever I’m in the area. I came here once and the staff were so nice! The place is also very clean!

They have one of the coolest check out systems I have seen to date when you go in you get your cart and you get a little scanner you scan your Ralphs club card and then as you shop you scan each item and then you go to the self-checkout insert your scanner into a big scanner and bada bing bada bang youre done its really very very convenient. They still have traditional checkout and the clerks are very helpful and very nice they have a huge selection of food and non-food items I highly recommend this Ralphs.

I guess they call Will will since he will give you a attitude and he is so sure of himself. I requested a service I always get from Ralphs and today he or any staff had no idea how to work a money card.... since he had no knowledge on how to do it he said they dont. Maybe days he works they dont Idk. Well he called someone who knows how do his job and BAM!!! Service done flawlessly... Mr will learned something new he said. Well just need to learn how to listen to a customer and relax on that Im mr manager and I am right attitude, It is a bad look for Ralphs and the Kroger brand. Sort of childish really.

I am visiting from out of town, and the staff has been so friendly and helpful everytime I have been there this week. Not a lot of organic options, but service has been excellent.

Selection is bad. Staff is friendly.-=UPDATE=-(Star removed)Keeps getting worse.I dont care if some people steal shopping baskets that you carry. If its a problem, then corporate should assign someone to ensure that shoppers return them once they take their groceries to their vehicle or purchase baskets with proximity based alarm systems on them similar to the carts with locking wheels.When asked about the missing baskets, some clerks have used language that comes dangerously close to accusing all customers of being responsible for the thefts. We are not. Customer blame is a theme Ive noticed across the entire Kroger brand. Dont lump me in with all degenerates just because you cant figure out which customers are stealing your baskets.Dont tell me I have to use a shopping cart. The way I shop is that I only get the carrier that is the size I need so I dont buy unnecessary impulse items or strategically placed and marketed merchandise. I then use that carrier to transport my purchase to my vehicle, sans the $1.00 bag. Upon loading, out of respect for the clearly over worked, under paid, and under staffed associates, I return my cart or basket to the store to do my part to lower labor costs.Albertsons on Placentia and Yorba Linda Blvd lets me carry my shopping basket to my vehicle. No problem.Besides the disrespect towards me (a white person) regarding baskets, or the way they are obviously racist towards my mixed race family (Mexican/Pakistani/Caucasian) or they way they are impatient with my 80 year old grandfather, they also struggle keeping popular items in stock unlike other competitors in the area.This store is so bad, despite being less than .1 miles from my house, as a family we will drive between 1-4 miles to go to ANY OTHER STORE but this one. Avoid Ralphs, avoid Kroger.

Part of my rating is this store specifically and part of my rating is that this is the overall experience I seem to have in all of the Ralphs near by.

Very unorganized, i dont go there often, but its never pleasant when i go. The wait for the deli is way too long, 20 min sometimes. And God forbid i ask for my fish to be fried, i waited 25 min for the fish, to find out they messed up my order and burned it! Management is very lousy .

This was my main store from 2003-2009. It was always clean and had great deals!

This place is pretty much your typical supermarket. Very similar to Safeway, perhaps the same family of brands.

Rarely have what I want, but usually have what we need. Every 10 years or so they refurb the store and flip the layout, which makes finding things a pain. The bank branch is useful, but the Starbucks is a plain waste of space. Nice selection of plants and flowers.

The bakery she dont know how to take an order for a cake, u pick the cake up, they made it completely wrong, u get it free but thats not the point. Your buying it for the birthday person, I buy there cake some where else. ..

Ok so I want to begin by stating that Im a 31yr old women and was out shopping on Christmas Day with my 9yr old daughter(that is always mistaken for 13). My employer accidentally had shorted me money on my check and went to western union to pick it up as he was out of town for the holiday. I filled out the form and greeted Richard with a Merry Christmas that he did not return at all nor did he say hello as I did and did not answer when I asked how his day was going. Richard had assisted in this transaction. I had recently transferred my WA drivers license to a CA one and had the temp CA one and my WA one in hand. Richard went through the transaction not saying much and gave me my money. Before walking away I said Merry Christmas and not until I was about 15 -20ft away did he say Merry Christmas back. My daughter suggested grabbing more sparkling apple cider, chips, and such for our guests. We got into the express line with only one person in front of us when Richard told me to go to the next register and hed help me. He rang up my other items and placed my wine that I was buying behind him. He stated I know that you are 31 but I cannot sell you this wine and accept this WA ID and the CA one is only a temporary one. I suggested using my military ID and he kept with the same notion. He refused to sell me after even staying I know youre 31. So well I left pretty upset on Christmas Day. Im not 25 .. he knows my age. Saw my regular IDs and refused to sell to me. He did all this at a volume loud enough that everyone in line heard and only after pulling me off another line that didnt have a long wait at all? I used the same forms of ID one week earlier in the same store and had no problems. I am looking through my receipts but I believe he rang me up that day too. So I went to another store. And showed the cashier the same IDs and purchased the wine. They said Im not sure what his issue was mam but I believe you should tell someone you believe he treated you unfairly. So Im doing such now and warning you if you see Richards name tag and hes in a bad mood he may treat you unfairly. I mean did I offend him by being overly polite and wishing him a Merry Christmas? Im asking for someone from this store to reach out to me.Oh note that Jill J on 12/4 rang me up and was absolutely awesome and happy. She deserves 5 stars. Ive also included a receipt showing I bought the wine there. Im still looking for my 12/18 purchase where Richard rang me up. I dont know if Ill be back in in here but I shop in here three times a week(for a family of 7) and once a week buy wine unless its a holiday and maybe sooner. VONs here I come!

Manager is lazy just like the staff. The turnover is high as no one wants a part time minumum wage job. They claimed to be out of paper bags.The deli service counter doesnt answer the phone...understaffed.Staff looks like the theu are burned out frpm being understaffed and underpaid.

Chicken and sides are nasty its was hard like if it was sitting there all morning I bought some around 4 in the afternoon they have them there for a long time I guess until the batch they make gets sold, I dont recommend it at all unless you buy when its first done.
