Pathetic Management with Horrible Worth Ethic. Was in this store in the early evening for ice cream and the manager and an employee were together up front at the register with an empty store at the time. They refused to serve two cups of ice cream because they didnt have enough staff. There was no one else in line or in the store and these two useless individuals couldnt take less than 5 minutes to walk 15 feet over and serve ice cream. I have been in the store many times in the past and got ice cream with the same number of employees AND a line at the register. Ive been coming here for 9 years and will never come back for anything. The management changed since that time and every experience in here has been a lesson in MIS-management! Horrible attitudes, incredibly lazy sloths, shop-lifting right in front of their faces. Whoever is the regional manager of this store should fire the store management immediately. I used to always enjoy shopping here but it has become so bad I will not return.UPDATE: I get a canned auto-response to contact the Customer (I dont) Care Department. I noticed a large number of past reviews of this location also reference the rude and useless management and staff here. Hey Rite-Aid! You dont need to hear any more from your maltreated lost customers. Fix your problem with your horrible store managers by REPLACING THEM! How clueless are you?

Completely worthless, unhelpful, rude, nasty people with everything better to do than serve customers. The pharmacy people take their sweet time getting precious little done. Robinsons pharmacy is incredibly much better. Go there instead.

The staff was helpful in assisting me locate a number of items that I required and the cashier offered me what I would like to call Southern Hospitality. I would recommend this location for your much needed pharmaceutical and related health care needs.
