I came in looking for their best deal on a newer truck and upon talking to Jacob he immediately made smart remarks about my diligence to get a good deal, as if it was his last straw with difficult customers. Obviously the bad reviews here speak for themselves as after my bad experience with their unprofessional environment after just being there, with jacob’s comments or attitude on top of it, I couldn’t buy a car here. I wouldn’t be surprised if they still sell lemons based on the type of people they seem to be and the reviews at hand. But it took me about 10 minutes there to change my mind and leave. On to the next one.

Just bought my second truck from Nick and the crew. Bought a 2006 f250 from them over 5 years ago, most maintenance free truck I’ve ever owned. Sold that truck a few months back and decided it was time for another. Just purchased one of the cleanest 2007 powerstroke’s in the seacoast area from them. Jacob was very helpful and responsive to calls and texts. There were a few things that needed repair before pickup and Nick was sure take care of them. Can’t wait to buy another truck from them.

I purchased a Ford Super Duty completely online. The process was absolutely painless. I was given great recommendations on where to have a pre-purchase inspection done and how to have it shipped. Communication was excellent and I had no problems with the paperwork being overnighted. Even though I had a bit of issues securing a carrier, they did not given me any hassle with the vehicle being left there longer than Id like. Whether you are in the Plaistow, NH area or, like me, 1,500+ miles away, they are a fair and top notch dealer to work with. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

I inquired about a vehicle (priced $36,999) the owner was nice while I was interested. After doing some reasearch I politely said I would pass do to it being priced to high (car had 123,000 miles). After doing the right thing and telling him I would pass he replied by laughing at me. For the owner to laugh at someone for not wanting to purchase a vehicle because of high price and high miles I find that very unprofessional. Cones off as once your out the door dont come back.

Purchased a vehicle from these guys in 2020. Right before Covid. Immediately when driving off the parking lot, getting on the highway engine light came on. It was the front 02 sensor. Called them up, Nick purchased a replacement. Not much longer after the 02 sensor, I started getting white smoke from the exhaust, and a tapping noise from the engine. Called them up and Nick told me it should be fine. Then a few minutes after driving my son to work my engine ate itself. I had purchased he third party warranty with the car. For the most part it covered everything. All 11k, I had to pay 3k out of pocket. Nick said they would help take care of the bill. We had talked and he had agreed to cover half the out of pocket costs. My car was in the garage for over six months. When it came out of the shop, I called Nick to cover his share. He refused. Hey Nick, I hope you see this. Feel free to message me, and fulfill what you agreed upon.In summary, they sold me a car that blew up.

Cory Norman took excellent care of me and so didnt the rest of the staff when I had any questions they got right back to me and they were all very nice! Cory is the nicest car sales man Ive ever felt with !! Employee of the year status right there ! He went above and beyond to make sure I got a great vehicle! I drug my father along and he made the best statement as we left first time Ive left a car place not holding my a$$ because of how f$@%&Ed I got excuse the language but I couldnt have said it better !! I wish I google allowed a zero star rating.I was sold the largest lemon ever and before I get into the explanation, I also had to do all the registration paperwork, transfer of titles, plates and pay for it all. On top of that when I mailed the title from the vehicle I traded in it was lost in the mail… after receiving several of the same phone calls asking where it was and me explaining I’ve already sent it I decided to take it upon myself and buy a new title and drive the 2 hours to hand deliver it myself only to be greeted by Jay with “it’s about time”.The truck I bought is one of the most dangerous vehicles I’ve driven on the road ever. If I were to get into a collision the whole frame would fly off the chassis because of how poorly this thing was taken care of and the rust that exists underneath it. I first found this out after I began wire brushing and needling the rust out from underneath it so I could coat it with some protector. Then the taillight and tailgate both fell off… after this I realized the back left quarter panel seemed to be pretty loose and figured I’d have to replace this eventually. I’m in the military though so finding the time to be able to let my truck go and/or find parts is pretty difficult (thanks for the only price drop of 500 for being in the military- y’all must really appreciate my service).This leads to the scariest part, I have no clue how this truck made it out of any shop or inspection and onto the road. You guys are either the worst mechanics ever or are just horrible, immoral people for selling me something this bad. I’m thinking a lot of both. When I drove down to my new unit and packed all my stuff in the bed, I arrived with both rear cross beams that attached the suspension to the frame completely snapped due to rust and corrosion. Luckily, I know a guy here and he has had the truck for a week now welding and fabricating new members back into place but we recently discovered THE REAR QUARTER PANELS OF THE TRUCK ARE HELD TOGETHER BY SOME TYPE OF GLUE AND A FEW SCREWS.. as if the last person to have the truck found similar qps off another truck and instead of correctly welding it properly it is just sitting against the bed and on the wheel wells with minimal effort to keep it afloat. He feels so bad for me most of his work he’s doing for free. I will never be allowed to tow again because the package will bend my bed in half and if I want to make my truck street safe I’m going to have to detach it from the frame and redo all the connection ports- sure hope they aren’t rusted and snap off. Thank the lord I registered it in SC bc they are one of the few states to not do inspections otherwise I’d never pass.Thanks to the guys at JTS, y’all got me messed up.

When it came time to replace my transportation, I returned to JTS to offer them a shot of filling my needs, again, because of the great job they did placing me into my 2997 Chevy HD 2500. They continued to amaze me with their efforts in total service, care and respect that so many other Used Car Dealers have failed so completely. Their commitments to customer service remained at Four Star levels and even surpassed their 2017 efforts!I knowingly purchase a used vehicle, not expecting the vehicle to be in pristine condition. After all, they are used and nowhere near new anymore.Nick and all his employees have shown exceptional work in noting and follow through in fixing and adjusting every issue I pointed out in the 2015 Nissan I chose to purchase. Even, to my surprise, their service provided the dreaded trip to the Massachusetts RMV to complete the registration process. What a load off my schedule!Used Car Salesmen and women should take notes from this Dealership. Stay away!! I purchased a vehicle from JTS auto truck. I paid cash. I asked if the vehicle was a salvage and they said that it was not, just in an a front end collision and repaired. I waited for 5 weeks for them to find and then apply for a new title?? as the salesman Jay claims to have been driving it and had lost the documentation. When I went to pick the vehicle up there was a newly applied sticker from the state of NH stating that the vehicle was in fact a Salvaged title. I was not happy. I took the truck home and hoped for the best as well as contacted a few fraud attorneys. After a week I noticed a few irregularities with the truck, and Nick said to bring it down and they would fix everything. I asked them to address a few concerns I had and they took the vehicle back 3 times, kept it for a week each time and ultimately did nothing to fix any issues (leaking coolant, poor ride quality due to bad struts, heated seat intermittently not functional.) The vehicle was listed having 25700 miles when I test drove it it had 27300. I drove it for 3000 miles before the engine started to make scraping noises. I took it to a dealership to have fixed. it cost 9700.00 for a new engine. The mechanic at the Dealership where I took it for repairs stated that there was missing hardware everywhere under the truck, that a lot of thinks were fixed improperly, and they would do there best to get it better. They also stated that the engine was from a junk yard and had high mileage. The starter wiring was from a different car and had started to melt the starter and looked like it was about to start a fire, seats missing bolts, bed missing bolts, dash missing hardware and covers. Hacked and spliced Fuse box with broken and burned fuses...I could go on forever. These guys are shady. S T A Y A W A Y.

Worst place I’ve ever been to! Spent 2 weeks trying to get a new car at a reasonable price monthly. Aware I have bad credit however I have a co-signer with excellent credit. For a 10,000 they wanted me to pay 400.00 a month! Even with my co-signer. And they wanted 1,500 down. Not very helpful takes days to hear back from someone and they didn’t even tell me what my interest rate was. Just wanted me to come down and they would discuss it with me. No thanks I took my business elsewhere. Where I am able to get a 11,000 car for no more then 250 a month! Stay far far away from this place unless you want to get screwed over! Sure online the cars look great till you get there to look at them and they have dents and cracks and engines that tick! I will NOT recommend this place to anyone!

Still waiting on a call back about issues my car has Im probably going to end up spending about $1,000 in repairs I would not go back there for another car and anyone thinking about buying there bring a mechanic with you

Definitely have an independent garage look at the vehicle you are considering buying. The vehicle I bought supposedly passed with flying colors... yet within 40 days we had issues and my shop fixed new radiator and steering fluid lines. Now 7 months later needs all new brake lines, brakes and more.. will be a few thousand to fix. Shop says may not pass inspection in a few months with other issues.

Had a great experience at JTS. Richard and the rest of the team treated me honestly and more than fair on the truck and service. They have a good selection of cars and trucks at a price that fits. Worst dealer Ive been too ever. Got nothing but lied to. From the beginning was told payment would be one thing and it was higher by almost $100. Then took 7 days for them to fix the vehicle and still had 1 of the original issues not fixed I gave up and fixed myself. So if you read this and still go you only have yourself to blame for headaches!! Wish I would of read the reviews first.

No one greeted us. The sales guy showed zero interest in helping us at all. We asked about a volkswagon and his response was I dont know. Its for sale. We then continued to wait in the freezing cold for 15 min while he was finding the keys. When we finally gave up and started to leave we saw him out back smoking a cigarette! A complete waste of a trip.

I try to give others the benefit of the doubt but I should have seen the writing on the wall from a mile away. I bought a truck from Christian here almost two years ago and was moderately happy then, though they try to say they give a warranty on work required after purchase, but refuse to show you anything in writing.I recently sold them a car, which they failed to pay off within 10 days as required by the bank. They waited 20 days to send the bank the money, at which point I had already made the next payment, not wanting to miss a payment and have it reflect negatively on my credit due to their negligence. Finally when they sent my bank the money they had underpaid me over $300 from our agreed upon price. Probably hoping that it would slip by and that I might not catch it. I went over all this with Nick the owner. He cut me a check to cover the difference in what I should have been paid the first time, settling the matter. Instead of sending me the price we agreed upon, the number on the paperwork, they must have hoped to get away with the lower price.If this business cared about having happy customers they would probably take better care of the lot, which is an unpaved mud hole with some shoddily constructed buildings on the premises. Id guarantee they dont rely on repeat customers or positive word of mouth for new customers, which should say everything about their business practices.

Bought a car from them - didn’t pass inspection so they offered me another car same make and model. got this new one - still didnt pass inspection. airbag light came on, engine light came on. tonight two months later the drive shaft just fell out when i was on my way home. never again.Edit: now my timing chain/belt is messed up. Another 1000$ out of my pocket. PLEASE. Don’t come here.

My husband and I went to buy a truck for him here. He picked out the truck he wanted on a Saturday and were supposed to pick it up that following Wednesday. We got a call on Monday afternoon saying that the truck went in for inspection but unfortunately the frame broke in half when it was put on the lift. Richard, quickly spoke to my husband about the situation and also, resolved it quickly. He found us another truck that my husband ended up loving. We picked it up and drove it home Thursday night. My husband found some minor issues with the truck heading home. (Didn’t think anything of it. His father is a mechanic so we asked for his advice. It just needed an alignment.) The next day my husband drove it to work, hauled wood home for us to cut the next day. As he was backing into our driveway, the reverse gear failed. It still had drive, but no reverse. Irritated and upset at this point, we called Richard and told him what had happened. Richard told us he’d take care of this issue and told us to bring it back and he’d have everything fixed. (The truck will be dropped off tomorrow.) But I wanted to point out the amount of excellent customer service these guys give. Most sales people would’nt have gone the extra mile after the paperwork had been signed. Most people would have either ignored you or told you oh well. But not Richard. So thank you!! We appreciate all the help you’ve given us to make our experience with you welcoming.

Too be honest they should not say “EVERYONE IS APPROVED” yeah lol right anyways every time I’ve gone there they take a deposit and say we will have it approval for u tomorrow then don’t here from them for days there cars are not worth what they asking and some one I know got a truck with engine problems and when we took it there with in the 30 days they said they can’t hear anything 😂 till 30 days was up bad credit or none they take ur money and get nothing done and don’t return phone calls all set with JTS auto that’s not how u run a dealer no honest at all

We went to this place as a first time buyer, we were told that we perfectly qualified for the “first time buyers program” the told us to go to a credit union near us that they “always go through” we drove an hour to the bank after they said “go pick up the check” so we get to the bank talk to someone and they said “we have never heard of this place and you would need to live near us to be approved.” So we talked to one of the guys about going through another bank after we were excited about getting this truck we were promised we could get, then they told us come up next Friday to pick up the the truck we call Friday morning to make sure the truck is all set after they said we were approved and they said we would need to choose another truck because we were told they couldn’t approve us for this one (again after we were already told we were approved and could pick it up) so we take another two hour trip to go choose another truck we get there and find a truck and they say we will find a bank that can approve you for this truck so we send all of our information and they say once again you can be approved for this we are fixing it and you can pick it up this coming weekend we call again to make sure this other truck is ready and he says oh it probably won’t be ready Friday so later in the week we check to see if it was gonna be ready this weekend and they decided to tell us we were not approved for the loan!!!!! This place is honestly such a joke they tell you one thing and throw you around get young kids excited and then tear them down and make them upset they can’t get the truck they were promised! So today we went to a dealer ship closer to us and got approved and drove a 2012 truck off the lot within an hour! 10/10 would NEVER recommend this place!!!!!!!

He got a white 2005 Hyundai Accent. It was priced below retail by about $1300, yet is running, shifting, driving great, and was inspectable. We would buy from JTS in Plaistow again, no problem. I do recommend them to family and friends. I am a repeat customer of theirs.

This place bent me over backwards and had there way with me just because I was young! I bought a diesel truck from them and it was posted on the website with a warranty and when I got there it was being sold AS IS. And when I went to sign the paperwork they cover the price of the vehicle and after I signed and left it revealed that’s the money I put down was not added because they increased the price of the vehicle just to bring it back down to the price it was listed for after my down payment. They also destroyed me with a 25% interest rate! Will never return to this place and they are the worst dealership I have ever dealt with!
