While looking for a used Suburban and stopping at some questionable places, we found Leavitt’s Auto and it was a game changer. They were attentive, helpful, clean, and very knowledgeable. They addressed our concerns, gave us a great trade in value for our car, and worked to get the best interest rate around. After finding a needed repair on the day we went to pick up the vehicle, they suggested we take the vehicle, have it repaired locally (2 hours away), and agreed to reimburse us for the repair cost. This saved us from making the trip back. It was the most efficient and easy car purchase, I’ve ever had.

Nobody really enjoys car/truck shopping, except for the guys over at Leavitt Auto and Truck made it easy and stress free. Very laid back no pressure at all experience. Very responsive to calls and emails. I wish all dealerships made car buying this easy and friendly. I would and will buy from them again.

Absolutely dispicable. I put a deposit on a car for them to hold for a few weeks while I got my finances in order. They signed a sales agreement for the car and told me that the car would be there when I came back. A week later I called back to get some information from them and was told by their sales manager Dean that he was busy and would call me back in a few minutes, which didnt happen. I just figured they were busy and waited a few days and called back. It was to my surprise that when I called back the vehicle I signed a sales agreement for and placed a deposit on was no longer available because it was on consignment and the owner withdrew it. At no point in talking with Dean did he disclose that the vehicle was under consignment and the possibility of it being withdrawn could happen. During my time talking to Dean I was hung up on multiple times and insulted. I then tried working out something with the owner Bob to no avail. I would never recommend this place to anyone that values their time or that wants to be treated like a customer. If this is how theyve run their business from the start then it is a miracle that theyve managed to stay open as long as they have.

If every dealership made ur this easy to drive the truck you want.l, nobody would drive one they don’t. Simple, transparent and concise. We made a deal on the specific truck I wanted and worked out all the numbers for a loan and my trade, from three states away. When I showed up the truck was exactly as represented and the finances were exact to the cent. As a blue collar guy with a blue collar income, the guys here took care of me and had no surprises upon arrival. An excellent experience.

I found a black 6 speed Cadillac CTS-V that I was on the hunt for. Leavitt auto happened to have one so I called and spoke with Joe. He was great to work with over the phone so I came down to test drive. When I got there all of the vehicles (mostly trucks) were extremely clean and the whole dealership was the same way. It was nice walking into a place that you could tell they take pride in what they do. The last thing I wanted to do was show up to buy a $40k luxury sports car and have the place be a dump, that wouldnt say much about the car or the people Im dealing with. When I got there Dean, Joe, and everyone else were super to deal with. They were informative, but very low pressure. They let me look over the car closely and were ready to answer my questions but gave me space and I really appreciate that. Long story short, I bought the car for a good price and the whole staff was great to do business with.... I would highly recommend them if youre looking for a clean vehicle from honest people with a nice facility.

From the time I called in and spoke to Bob, I knew I was going to buy a truck from this dealership. When I told him the truck I was looking at he held it in the back so it wouldnt be sold from under me because I was traveling from a good distance. Once I got there Joe his son helped me out and got the car ready for me to test drive. Mike (also Bobs son) worked on my paperwork and took care of everything. I had discussed with this business that I had some hardship personally last year and I had a few dings on my personal credit and I wanted a loan in just my business name. I was told this is possible but to give all my regular information for their records and they will get to work on the loan. Then comes the denial of the loan due to missed payments on my personal credit. When I approached them in regard to the misuse of personal information they miraculously Told ME before hand they needed it for the loan. I do not recommend dealing with this business, they are liars and dishonest...by the way they also claim to approve all credit types....just not mine I guess....Im sure they will have some lame excuse response to this complaint

I started looking for my Ford F-250 within a 20 mile radius from where I live, I sent several request via internet (social distancing) and only a couple of dealers returned my email. Also drove to a couple of dealerships and gave my contact info letting them know I was in the market... let everyone know I had a 2000 Ford F-150 with a newly installed plow to use as a trade. Knowing the plow was more expensive than the truck itself I was hoping to recoup the money spent on the plow. To my disappointment not ONE dealership wanted to give me a value and said try selling on your own.Long story short. I said let’s try Leavitt Auto Sales in New Hampshire... what the hell, I’m in the market, I want my F250 and it is the exact color I wanted. So I was fortunate to get Mike Leavitt on the phone and at the end of the day, after going back and forth negotiating Mike asked me what will it take to get the deal done? I asked for the price of my plow for the trade-in and where I wanted to be for the price of the F250 and he came back with “Good, let’s get this done”! Moral of the story, just because you might live a little further out than where you want to go do yourself a favor give Mike Leavitt a call and I guarantee you, you won’t be disappointed!!! Hence my 5 Star Rating!

So Im from Southern Ma, and Leavitt is in NH so needless to say this would be a complicated process right? ABSOLUTLY NOT!!!!My salesman Dean was top notch, every text and call was quickly responded to, we even negotiated over the phone while I was still over an hour away.Finally when I arrived, my car was out front shiny and clean, my truck is solid and tight, nothing loose no weird noises nothing! Can’t say enough about the guys at Leavitt Auto & Truck. Wasn’t pressured into buying or even looking at anything I had no interest in. Found a truck with a plow and within the hour had everything squared away. Super quick and easy process, thanks to Dean. Ran into some issues with the 4x4 after about a week of having it. They brought it back in and did everything possible to get it back on the road. This was almost a month process and could of been A LOT more stressful than it was but thanks to everyone over there putting in countless hours working on the truck, around the clock communication, and Mike and Bob putting me in a truck WITH a plow for the time being it made things a lot easier. Bought a 2005 ram 2500 from these guys a few months ago. Easy buying experience but I should have had the truck checked out by a mechanic. Since buying it I dumped almost 3000$ into the front end. Just be aware that just because the trucks appear to be clean, doesn’t mean they don’t have other issues.

Exceptional experience. Was only able to see a car they had on a Sunday and Mike said we are open 12-3 Sundays! Drove 1.5hrs from Maine and the car was better than advertised. Bought a 2014 ram 2500 Cummins fromHere drive it for a month and transmission was bad tonight gave me 1,000 mile 1 month warranty and my house was about 3000 miles from the dealership....transmission blew a day after the 1 month....seems a little fishy to me...they also claimed to have done service work on the truck for the last 5 years and I asked to email it to me and they never did....I probably wouldn’t buy another vehicle here

Really easy process and very nice people to do business with. We went in for one truck, didnt love it. Dean was really good about letting us test drive whatever we wanted. Found the perfect truck and from there, he made the process SO easy. Even though we live in MA, Dean and the other staff went out of their way to get everything ready for us, and helped us do anything we possibly could through email to reduce the number of trips we had to take. Our truck is perfect and runs like a beast, my husband does some pretty heavy duty plowing and it has been fantastic. Couldnt be happier. Bought my Jeep here in October. Went somewhere else for a tire rotation and discovered I didnt have the lug nut remover. Popped in to see how to get one. The owner Bob came out himself checked out my situation. Then went into the garage and brought one out. Sat on the ground in 95 deg weather. Made sure he had the right tool and gave it to me. I was searching for a manual VW which seems harder and harder to come by. I found the one at Leavitt Auto. The whole crew were very friendly. They answered all my questions and if they did not know, they asked someone who did. All in all, I was satisfied with the whole process. Got an overpriced truck. Needed small spot in rocker panel because of previous damage probably 5 inches long, and scratch on door. Dropped it off few days after getting it and they spray painted the rocker and didn’t even fix the door. Transfer case went coupe months after with no fluid in it and 2 holes...after they inspected it and brought it through the shop. Never taken this truck off-road and don’t do dic* things like burnouts with a truck I paid this much for. Very expensive fix, over priced truck, not a good body shop what so ever. Very nice guys but maybe I got unlucky.

My initial experience this business was great. Dean was very polite and more then happy to let me look at and test drive multiple vehicles I was looking at. While testing out a truck, which would eventually become the one I own, I noticed several problems that could be fixed and requested that they take care of it upon purchase. Several days went buy and I received a phone call that the truck was ready for pick up. I drove 1 1/2 hours there to only find out that nothing was fixed that I pointed out. Some things they just tried to hack together. This made me realize that they live up to the used car salesman reputation that everyone knows too well. Most of these issues where minor, mostly aesthetic and could be fixed down the line if I wanted. That being said they still tried to pull a fast one. I drove all the way there and overall the truck is fantastic and a hard truck to come by at that, but still. While signing the paperwork they were rushing through it, going a 100 mph, acting as if they had better places to be. The service definitely decreased the second time around. When I finally took the truck home, I had a funny feeling that these goons probably neglected it in other ways. I changed the oil and wouldnt you believe it there was no oil filter at all. The assembly in the housing wasnt even there. The closer I looked, I realized that several things were held together by zip ties. The more I seemed to work on it the more I realized how much was hacked together. Its a shame that people do this stuff. They do have very nice vehicles there but buyer beware. Make sure you allow yourself a good amount of time to look them over.

Hi I bought a 2008 Chevy Silverado about a month ago. I waited for a month to write the review as things can happen. I am still extremely happy with them and the truck. I have put 5000 miles on my truck and no problems. They were great to deal with as my credit was is horrible. They got the deal done and I could not be happier. Great place to do business and would recommend them to everyone.

Awful experience here. Brought in truck with less than 50,000 miles for a sticker. They flunked it saying it needs ball joints. I know that ball joints are normally good for over 150,000 miles so I was dumbfounded. Brought to Chevy dealer who redid them because it was under warranty there. Brought it back to get the sticker at Leavitts. They were upset they I did not bring it to them for the ball joints. Now they tell me they cannot connect with the computer so they flunk me again. Brought it to Chevy dealer who said the connection to the computer appeared to have been tampered. I got the sticker at the dealer despite having already paid for one at Leavitts. Will not be going there again.

Bought my first ever truck from here and now have to replace an EGR cooler that was not even stock to begin with. Partially deserve the blame but to all of those who wish to shop here. Look in the truck/car and just see. Ive found bolts missing in various spots, fog lights held in place by cut rubber hoses and parts not securely locked down. Just take your time and look at what you are buying. They arent completely terrible people.

Its not my experience its my sons. He purchased a 2003 Dodge Ram from them and they did not disclose that it had frame damage. Now the poor kid is out of a lot of money

Over price truck really did want to make a reasonable offer. I did my own research on KBB and he was saying they don’t use that anymore really. Who doesn’t use KBB and I look up the NADA value and it doesn’t come up to 14k so I don’t know what you putting in the truck that not there

Great Trucks, Great guys. I am also in the Auto Sales business, although we very rarely see trucks so my internet search brought me to Bob Leavitt. These guys are great and very upfront. Being in car sales I know what games can be played and they just dont exist here. They even went out of theyre way to to help me get some extra toys installed before I picked up my 2005 Silverado.
