I can not tell you how great of an experience I had working with Amanda and Auto Locators of Texas. I drove in from Oklahoma City with hope that this LS430 was as good as it looked online. To my surprise, it was even better than I could have ever hoped. One of the most impeccably cared for cars I have seen for its age. Terrible experience with this dealership. Rude people, no sense of customer service. The vehicle I was looking for was priced pretty high. When I have mentioned that to the lady I was talking to, she got pretty rude and advised me to call back when my budget change !!!And then she had hung up without waiting for my answer. That was pretty rude and disrespectful, and that even to a prospective customer....unthinkable. And also in the background a guy was using profanity which was clearly heard by me over the phone.I would buy from them even if they sell it for half the price.

It is probably unusual to know who you are going to buy your next car from, but I have done it for the past 15 years. First, I know very little about cars, and I have found that I really dont need to know. I just need to know someone that understands that business. I do know what I kinda like, and when I am ready, I call Richard Walsh at Auto Locators and tell him what I am interested in. He knows that business and I dont. He gives me the positives and the negatives. He gives me an approximate price. What the fees are going to be. You are not going to get a car that day. He is very selective and it takes a little time for him to get you the right car at the right price. I have bought 6 cars from him. Some of my friends have bought 8 and 10 cars from him. For me, it is the only way to buy a car.

Headed out here to test drive a vehicle that I couldnt find anywhere nearby. Amanda greeted me at the door and had no issues with me checking the vehicle out and taking it for a test drive. All the cars on the lot looked very clean and the interior of the one I saw was spotless. When I came back, I explained that I was testing a few vehicles while deciding what I ultimately wanted to purchase. There was absolutely no pressure to buy (Unlike the Chevy dealership I had just visited) and I walked away very happy with my experience. I probably will not end up selecting the car that I saw there, but I wouldnt hesitate to head down there again if they have something else Im interested in.

After ridiculously low offers from dealerships and CarMax on my 2012 Mercedes CL63, I consigned my vehicle with ALT. Richard did exactly what he said he would do on getting my somewhat unique car listed for sale. Every phone call and email was promptly answered to my satisfaction. Richard even handled the inspection on behalf of the buyer. My car sold within thirty days and after payoff and title work I timely received my equity check. Consignment resulted in an additional $8k in my pocket. I never post reviews, but the quality of service provided to me was outstanding and needs to be recognized.

This was by far my best experience ever at a dealership. No pressure, knowledgeable and helpful staff, great customer care. We were there with our 3 small children, and everyone was super kind about the noise they were making. Very strange experience. reviews seemed good and reputable, but for whatever reason my experience was not the best, maybe a sign of the times and used car market in covid times. enquired about a miata on consignment with genuine interest, amanda picked up and was rude and obnoxious from the start in just answering a few pertinent questions like can you tell me about the car and asking about PPI. said she could sell the car all day everyday for asking price. came away turned off and decided not to pursue vehicle, then next day she texts me repeatedly about when i would schedule PPI. decided to take a chance and maybe she was having a bad day prior, got a PPI, car checked out except for a few low voltage body codes across a few systems incl SRS, which PPI guy was unsure of but thought could be because of a poor battery. told amanda would purchase car pending a new battery and clearing codes and making sure they dont return. she said ok. dont hear from them then text for update. she texts back stating that codes went away and awaiting wire transfer of money. meanwhile im always talking her over text cuz everytime i call she says a customer walked in which is strange becasue i myself am a customer trying to buy a car. lol. she will also text back saying she called but nobody ans but i never see a missed call. so basically she wanted me to wire her 17K meanwhile she doenst even pick up phone ot call me and doesnt even provide me with a bill of sale or purchase agreement. finally she calls and i ask about codes again and if they definitley cleared on changing battery and ask about process of buying from out of state and if title is in hand and other very pertinent quesitons. then, lol, she again for some reason goes back to the rude snooty obnoxious person she was the first time i spoke to her. she doesnt even have my email to get me a purchase agreement and expects me to wire her the money. she says ive wasted enough of her time and that if im not interested she can put car back for sale again im like i am interested and am trying to buy the car but am not sure why she is so rude and curt. she tells me she has a customer walk in she has to go. anyway this is the point i just say im done and im no longer interested in car and hang up. sucks she made me put out $200 for PPI, but that was my fault for taking a chance on it despite the initial vibe. FYI, be careful if youre thinking of buying a 2014 silver miata they have on consignement. there is something shady about the body codes showing up on scanner that i dont think they are being honest about. have it checked out before you purchase. call auto critic and ask him for my permission to release PPI to you, am happy to show you so someone else doenst go through what i went through. dissappointing service, and for no reason. am convinced she put me through the ringer on purpose and made mepay for a PPI when she never had any intention of selling me car. karma is a ....

Amanda at ALT is the best. I emailed her several times about different cars and she always got back to me right away. I even dropped in unexpected to look at a car and they pulled it up for me right away. I found a minivan that I wanted to look at so I emailed her about it and she had that van and another one similar to it pulled up for me before I even got there. When I walked in she handed me the keys to both vehicles and told me to take my time with them and to feel free to take them for a test drive. I LOVE her low key approach. I really hate having a sales person standing over me asking me questions and distracting me from actually looking the car over, so I was so appreciative of the fact that she just let me look them over at my leisure and never once interrupted me. I loved one of the vans and asked Amanda if my mechanic could come take a look at it for me. I offered to put a deposit and she said it wasnt necessary and she completely worked with me to get my mechanic in to look at the car. After he checked it over and gave it the thumbs up I went in to make the purchase. It literally took me less than 10 minutes. Amanda had all the paperwork out and ready to go. I simply wrote the check and signed the paperwork and it was done. I have had my van for less than two weeks and I have already received my license plates and registration sticker in the mail from ALT. My entire experience with this dealership and especially with Amanda was top notch. I highly recommend doing business with ALT. Everyone that I encountered was polite and helpful especially Amanda. Had a great experience at ALT. Bought a 2009 Prius 4 months ago. They let me take the car off the lot to have it a prepurchase inspection done by my mechanic and when I brought them a list of the recommended repairs they did all of them (over $1k worth if done at the Toyota dealership) but rolled it into the posted purchase price of the car because they were able to do it cheaper with their partner shop (meineke). The repairs have all held up and the car has been great. The best thing about my buying experience was how open and accommodating they were. Amanda was a pleasure to work with!

These guys are top notch!!! We called about a Tesla that we saw on their website because we didn’t want to make the journey from Houston without knowing it would be there. Nathan held it for us for a few days and rolled out the red carpet for us when we arrived! I would like to retract my previous review the 2000 Jeep I bought i understand was as is no warranty however it was supposedly looked over by their guys to assure it was in good condition. I put the jeep in the shop the day after purchase the entire cooling system is being replaced and may need a head gasket also. I understand its a used vehicle but the mechanic said he couldnt stop looking at the mileage cause it says 68000 but the condition of the cooling system shows that of a vehicle with 168000 wow. Be cautious when buying here!!!!!

I purchased a 2012 pre-owned Mini from Mike at ALT on 8/2/2018. I had a wonderful experience. This is the 3rd time Ive purchased a vehicle out-of-state and it was the EASIEST. (I live in WA.) Mike went out of his way to work with my schedule and he had the experience that made everything on my end go smoothly. I absolutely LOVE my MINI and am so pleased with how well it was represented both in pictures and verbally (via our many conversations.) Unlike some dealers (who seem to give more attention to high budget buyers), I was impressed with the level of communication and care that was spent on my (relatively) modest car purchase. Honest, fair, considerate, professional...Plus, I was delighted to find out that Mike and I share a love for dogs! Bonus :-) (Dog people are always good people, in my book!)

This is the second time Ive used ALT. They were recommended by the owners at my company. On my first purchase, I provided specs and they found the right car at a great price. The reliability of that vehicle has been astoundingly good. The second time, I purchase from their existing inventory. I had the car checked out at a reputable mechanic and ALT fixed all the small issues that were identified. They seem to bend over backwards to make you happy. Its too early to know if the recent vehicle will be as reliable as the first, but I certainly had a great buying experience. I dont know if Ill ever purchase from a traditional dealership again. Richard, Amber and the team are awesome to work with. I highly recommend ALT.

Just bought a car from this dealership. Mike was incredibly helpful. They were never pushy or shady. They were upfront and honest about the quality of their cars and their prices. After a day of looking around dealerships catered to the car I was looking for it felt as if I was never going to find that right car for me. And with this being my first time purchasing a vehicle I did not know what to expect. But I made my way over to Auto Locators and felt positive vibes immediately. Amanda greeted me once she saw me in the front lobby even though she was taking care of another customer. She asked me what she could help me with, I told her I saw a listing for a 08 ford Mustang I was interested in and she found someone to direct me to it. Although from first glance it was not my preference in color it checked everything off on my list. Went inside to negotiate, was not able to get it down to a good enough figure for my budget but Amanda went above and beyond for me and I appreciated that. After a little back and forth we came to a fair agreement price wise and 2 days later I was able to pick up my Mustang and have yet to regret my decision. No buyers remorse here. Everyone in the dealership were customer oriented, I would recommend going in and asking for Amanda if she is available you will not regret it.
