I had major hail damage fixed over a year ago by Intellident.Great experience from start to finish. Earlier this week I noticed I had picked up a small ding on my hood. I called at 12:30pm today (Saturday) thinking nobody would answer or be there. Tyler answered the phone. He remember me when he saw my name come across his phone. I told him I had a small ding on my hood. He told me he wasnt sure if someone was in the shop but he would call me back. He called right back and said if I could get to the shop ASAP, Brian was there and would take care of me. I got there in about 15 minutes and Brian met me there. Only person in the shop. He took care of my ding and I was back home in about 1 hour from the time I left my house, had repair done, and returned home. Didnt have to take care of me that fast and I was prepared to wait until another day, but they took me in. Brian was great and personable and I appreciated the way he spoke of his employer in such a positive way. Nice to hear people speak highly of the company they work for. Highly recommend this team. Its refreshing to find people who care about doing business the right way.

I could not be more pleased with the services that I received. Tyler and Greg were extremely professional, genuine, friendly and delivered on every single promise. They dealt with my insurance directly. I honestly did very little, other than making myself available for pickup and drop off. They brought me my rental and delivered my car upon completion of repairs. Communication was also excellent. I will recommend them to everyone I know in need of hail repairs.

I live in downtown Fort Worth. They are located almost an hour away. I chose them because they could get the hail damaged fixed the quickest on my Grand Cherokee. I didn’t even have to drive to them-they came to me!!! They would have delivered my Jeep back home-but I was impatient and constantly texting Tyler throughout the process-so I got to see the facility-and it was impeccable!Thank you for getting it done so quickly! A rock dented the hood of my truck while on a road trip. I was concerned, because it looked as though the rock creased the hood in addition to the dent (aluminum hood) and wasnt sure if PDR would fix the issue. The guys at IntelliDent were professional and straight forward with the repair expectation. At the end of the day the repair looks great - better than expected. The dent is completely removed. I wouldnt hesitate to call on them again if needed.

I recently had some hail damage on my brand new truck. Hannah got everything taken care of for me- filed my claim and gave me a free rental truck while mine was in the shop. I have a 2020 Silverado and got hit by a hailstorm pretty bad. This people offer me rental car, no worries about dealing with insurance (they did), no deductible and fast but overall an excellent job. My truck looks like the firt day, they cleaned it inside and out. And still trying to find out where the dents were. Definitely recommend them and hopefully don’t need to come back but I will if necessary.

Intellident has performed PDR on two of my vehicles now. Tyler, Greg and the repair team are fantastic to deal with. Repairs on one car were minor and paid out of pocket, while the second was a claim through insurance. In both cases, the process was painless. They went above and beyond in terms of taking care of vehicle pickup, drop-off, loaner service, and even detailed (interior and exterior) my car before returning it to me. I am not easily impressed, but these guys are first class in terms of service, professionalism and quality of repair. Skip the urge to have your vehicle repaired at the closest shop; if at all possible I would recommend using Intellident for your PDR needs.

I dont normally take the time for reviews, but had to mention how awesome of an experience this was getting both my cars fixed from hail damage. Tyler and Greg were very knowledgeable about their business. They picked my cars up from my home, repaired them both in a very short time and returned them to my driveway. The work was perfect. All dents were gone (even repaired a crack in one of the windshields not caused from hail). They will also handle speaking directly with your insurance company if you prefer. I suggest that you talk to your insurance before you make a decision on repairs. Took them 2 weeks to get my car back and my rental was not similar to my car at all. Insurance said that there was 9k of damage done to the car and when I got my car back they did not replace any parts and just took out the dents. Even after spending 2 weeks fixing my car there still was a dent and the paint job was shotty. When I contacted them about fixing my problems, they did not show as much passion as when they first approached me.

Within a week I got my car back, freshly washed, cleaned, and dent free! I am a full-time student who works part-time and IntelliDent accommodated me and provide excellent customer service. Im going to start out by saying Chris was too notch in keeping in contact with me from beginning to end. I had my truck and sent two other cars to Chris, my truck came back looking great, no issues with the work done only issue I had was that it left with 1/2 tank and came back on empty . My sisters car came back looking great, no issues with her car. My moms can came back the first time and there was paint chipped off in multiple spots where window trim had been replaced, a few places around the windshield that had been scratched and scuffed, ink marks from a pen in the drivers seat, interior panels not put back properly, and the inside dash area was left a mess from the windshield being replaced, we brought these things up to Chris and he said they fix it, but they would need the van back, so all in all the van was there for almost 3 weeks, but it did get the scratches and paint chips fixed as promised. and my truck and my sisters car almost two weeks, which was about twice as long as were originally told. At the end of the day our cars were fixed and look great, the quality of work was great, communication was great, but quality control could use some improvement, my moms van should have never came back the first time like that, even though they did fix the issues and even touched up some other spots that they didnt have to. I appreciate them taking responsibility for the damages and fixing them, but it was still a bit of a headache having to deal with the situation. Thats about as honest as I can be with a review, Chris and his team do good work, and made good on their word to fix the damages to the van but due to the few little issues with the van, and my truck coming back on empty as well as the not making good on the referrals that were sent to them I would have a hard time letting them do any work for me or recommending them for work in the future. Im a bit old school in the sense that I believe a man or a business is only as good as their word, and they made good on most of what was promised but fell short on a few things.

After needing a supplemental payment from my insurance company, Tyler worked with them to get this approved and get the work completed on my tight schedule. A hater used their door to make a huge vertical door ding on my Mercedes. It is a piano black color so the door ding was very noticeable. I was so stressed and not sure of how to fix my car. I just got my new car, and the first week I had it, I got a bad parking lot ding. I got a couple of estimates, but Phillip and Tyler were able to give me a lower price and better repair schedule. When I called Phillip to confirm our previously agreed-to schedule, something came up on his end, so he told me to bring it in the day I called, and he would take care of it, even though he and the other guys would have to stay after hours. He repaired it quicker than previously promised, and it looks great. Even though I wasnt their highest sale that day, they treated me like it was, and I am a happy customer. Hopefully, I wont ever need them, but if I have another bad door ding or have hail damage, IntelliDent is the place I will get it repaired.

I was greeted by Mr. Tyler and after explaining my situation, he reassured me my my car would be fixed without having the insurance company total my car. Well, he kept his word. He worked it out with the insurance company and IntelliDent fixed my car. When I picked it up, I was ecstatic to see my car which looked brand new and very clean inside/out!!!!Again, I am very grateful for Mr. Tyler. He was not only professional but also trustworthy. I will surely take my car there again, should I have dent damages. Without a doubt, I recommend IntelliDent to everyone!

We got whacked in the October storms that dumped tons of hail on us- my 2019 Silverado High Country wound up with over 8k dollars in hail damage, and their team restored it back to brand new - even the aluminum hood and the harder to repair pillars and roof section above the doors. Super satisfied. Savings Tyler’s contact info- always quick to respond, even with me getting impatient waiting for State Farm Adjusters and back ordered parts because of the “temper tantrum GM factory strike.” They brought me a rental and exchanged vehicles before and after repairs at my work in west Fort Worth. Can’t get any easier.

Outstanding service and true professionals.. that is my summary feedback. Heath is so helpful and kept me updated throughout the repair period. He picked and dropped my car from my place and brought the rental with him. He also was very helpful with any changes which I needed with the type of rental can I had. Got my car back today and it looks GOOD AS NEW. Very impressed.

My car was hit with a hail storm in June 2019 and as luck would have it, Chris came knocking on my door. Chris was very professional and walked me through the entire process. He provided me with a rental vehicle, which he delivered right to my work and then swapped it with my damaged vehicle. Chris kept me updated throughout the entire process. I was first contacted by Chris who offered their service by knocking on my door. He explained to me how they work and that they offer a rental while the car is being fixed, one of those too good to be true services, Im very sceptical about these types of services because Ive had too many bad experiences. But Chris was always patient with me, answered all my questions, offered to show me their facilities in Plano, I went there and its very clean and organized, that same day Chris went to pick up my car and left the rental at my house. There was always good communication during the whole process and Im very pleased with their service, I definitely recommend it.

Customer Relation officer Taylor is very responsive and Humble. They do repairs on time and Handles the repairs with Insurance very smoothly. You just need to call them, rest they will take care . Very Punctual on repairs. Great work . I am really impressed with the services.
