I took my car to get it repaired after getting hit in a car accident and they did an amazing job repairing it! The staff was so friendly and I really felt at home while waiting for my rental. They repaired my front bumper and it looks brand new. Very pleased with the service and I highly recommend them!

Overall, pretty decent experience. Staff was incredibly friendly (4.5 stars here) and they provided regular updates on the vehicle via email. Primary service was to replace a bumper and repair some minor dents on the front doors and tailgate (where they did the work, it was done well). Couple things which would have made the experience better though. First, had asked them to fix the paint on the tailgate which clearly hadn’t been fixed. When asked about it was told, “they tried to buff it, but it was too deep” which sounded like that was unexpected. Even if they would’ve called and told me I needed to pay more to fix it, would’ve been better than to pick up my truck with dents on the back expecting them to be fixed. Second (and much smaller gripe), is that they didn’t leave a piece of my bumper I needed in the truck like they said they did. Glad I did a detailed check, as I almost drove off if I’d had just trusted them.

I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment of assessing the damages to driving off with a perfectly restored truck. They even washed the vehicle and shined the wheels. The whole process was great.

They repaired damage to my Mazda CX-5. I needed the front bumper, fender and a trim piece repaired. They were busy and so it took a couple of weeks to get on their schedule. The repair took a little more than a week. During the fix they communicated like crazy --frequent calls and emails to keep me in the loop. The repair was completed under estimate -- thats a surprise. The paint match looks excellent. Overall looks like new. Im more than satisfied. I highly recommend.

This is by far the best experience I have ever had with body work on my car. Every person I encountered was extremely professional and friendly and the repairs so good you can’t tell that the car had ever been damaged. Rick Bensema and team are awesome! My car was hit by a blown out tire coming off a semi on the highway and I wasn’t able to find the driver to get his insurance info. Since my insurance deductible was $1000 I opted to find a place that might be able to do the repair for the amount or less. They were able to accommodate me and ordered the part in advance so I wouldn’t be out of my car as long. They finished the repair QUICKLY and BEAUTIFULLY! Perfect paint match and the car was spotless inside and out. Regretting not having them do the body work from a previous accident last year where the shop left bubbles, overspray and mismatched paint and it took them over a month to do what Carstar Sheermetal would have likely done in under a week. Very nice management. Friendly environment and I felt like my car was in great hands. They answered all my questions, but most of all they didn’t try and fix things that were not broken. Very honest. They got my carpets more clean than I’ve ever even thought they would be since I have a 3 year old. I took my Lexus too them after being involved in a car accident. They did a great job on repairs and kept me up to date on repairs. Finish date got pushed back a few times only because they found something else that needed to be repaired as they were piecing it back together. If you’re looking for a place that will hear you on what you need to have serviced, this is the place for you. Everything went along the lines of just how they promised.I have a ram pick up truck and accidentally nicked that XM Sirius satellite shark fin on the top of the roof. The damage was not extensive at all and everything was still intact although the roof was slightly pulled upward and the shark fin was no longer flush. Due to this I was worried about water leaking in.Other body shops I contacted simply wanted to do a whole roof replacement it was a few thousand dollars.The folks here took an honest evaluation of what else could be done and significantly reduced the cost.We were also able to fix a dreaded issue of the headlights holding condensation with ram pick up trucks.Additionally the truck was returned clean.

I called and set up a appointment they got me right in. I walked in to to drop off and the place was clean and the staff was very helpful and respectful. Got the paperwork signed and then did a walk around of the car. Left the keys and just had to wait for the finish call. They called me to let me know everything about what was going on just to keep me informed. When I picked my car up it was over and beyond, the bumper had been fixed but also my car had been washed the inside had been cleaned and to top it off they left me a thank you card and that just made my heart melt! They were able to get schedule me to come in and helped me get into a rental car. They let me know it would take about 2 weeks once they assessed the damage. My Jeep was rear-ended in December 2016. After an unsatisfactory initial experience at another shop, I took it to SheerMetal CARSTAR. Veronica, Karla, Ahmad and team were welcoming, courteous and responsive to me the moment I walked in the door. Ahmad walked right out to my vehicle and carefully worked through damage assessment with me, then provided an estimate while I waited in about 15 minutes (last shop took 1.5 weeks just to look at my vehicle, then nearly 2 weeks to provide an inferior estimate). Ignoring the one week delay for the insurance company to approve supplemental estimates, SheerMetal took my vehicle in as soon as I was ready, took about two days to tear down the vehicle, and about 4 days to repair, paint, replace parts and build it back up. They returned my vehicle to basically new condition, all seams aligned, perfect paint match (color, metal-flake and clearcoat). During the repair process they kept me updated with regular emails and calls. Best car service experience Ive ever had. They even took care of turning in the rental car for me. They warranty their work for five years. If courtesy, quality repairs, and quick turnaround are important to you, this is without question the place to go. Since this was an insurance repair on the other drivers insurance I really cant address how competitive their prices are, but they seemed reasonable for the work performed.

Car Star team were very genuine in examining and also fixing stuff that went unnoticed during the first inspectionTop class, Car Star team ensured I am constantly informed about the status of my car, via messages and calls. They even obliged to drop off the car to my home after repairI noticed a couple minor issues, but found out later from the Car star team they were unrelated to the original claim, but they went beyond to fix it for me and deliver the car back in the best condition

They did good body work but damaged the headliner. The service manager said they would fix it but there was a chance that the windshield would break and need replacing. They offered to cover half the cost of replacing the windshield if required. I said fine. I was told that the windshield did in fact crack and that they had to replace me and charged me for half of the cost to do so.I have now realized that the car still has the original windshield! I was told it cracked and they had to replace it. So dishonest. I paid for work that was never performed.Updated November 12th. I had a discussion with the service manager and realized I was mistaken. The windshield was replaced they just did a better job than I thought possible in bringing over the decals from the original windshield to the new one.
