Gave me a car with a bold tire good thing my kids wasnt in car or i was driving people... Then called the numbers they gave me for help and they was closed and the tow guy was so rude and hung up in my face told me he no work today call back tomorrow.... Hmmm not okay

Was a very quick and easy process. Office Staff was very friendly and helpful. Car is clean and runs well. Lalo showed me how the car operated since I had never driven a Prius and he was patient and friendly. Good experience all the way around and no high deposits like other rentals I looked into.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Slow staff and don’t get back to you whatsoever. Was told I would receive a car and had ended up waiting over 2 weeks with no response. Would get sent to voicemail anytime I called and no urgency or need for their clients. Not reliable whatsoever and horrid service

Very fast and easy pick up process was able to get a ride from the DART station to their office so I didnt have to take an additional bus to get there very friendly and very easy to work with

I took some time looking for a good and affordable vehicle to provide transportation services to my passengers to and from their medical appointments. After much research I went with UCars because of their price, insurance and the other benefits such as covered maintenance, roadside assistance, unlimited miles etc. Also, they only rent out Toyota Prius that get up to 410 miles per tank and fills up with approximately $18! The staff was friendly and the process was quick. I’ll definitely be using them again!

All the staff that I have had interactions with were very pleasant and helpful. I do feel the price is a bit High for a one week rental however, in this time during the pandemic when having to find alternate ways to make money its another option to rent that doesnt do a credit pull, has fuel efficient vehicle, and helps you be able to help yourself. Win Win!

The staff is very helpful about leasing procedures. The video answers most the questions a person might have about how the cars, receiving payments, tolls and mechanical issues that might occur. They are upfront about whether or not they have cars available or if they are able to switch you to a different vehicle. The process is very simple and the video you have to watch is only 15 minutes. I would recommend using them instead of your own vehicle.

UCars is an intricate part of my rideshare and delivery business. I use multiple apps in the sharing economy and couldnt do it without uCars. I initially started ridesharing so I could get a car through my job and then took the next step to partner with uCars. I saw a tremendous increase in rides since I wasnt using the apps partnership car. My income has increased by leaps and bounds and there are many intangible benefits to leasing from uCars such as increased anonymity because the license plate is registered to a corporation. This seems to garner me more respect and less harassment on the road. Because of uCars I could buy my own car now but the benefits of driving through uCars instead of with my own car is overwhelming.

These gals/guys work hard to accommodate and make right any issue (mechanical/cleanliness) you might encounter or have with a vehicle you receive from them.They are a relatively new business in town, so they’re getting through some growing pains and finding their stride. Great customer service.Regarding other reviews talking about a rip off... If you have the credit to get a loan on a vehicle/are competent in expensing your costs for tax purposes, then it doesn’t make sense to use this service...However if you’re like me and are repairing your credit.... Then this service offers you the opportunity to work/run a business when otherwise you might not be able to.I personally use their service to avoid the maintenance/further depreciation/mileage build up on my personal vehicle whilst I build my credit/savings well enough to afford purchasing my own Prius.Thanks gals/guys.

I went to lease a vehicle here a week or two ago and everything was great, office staff was great, but the tall guy with a mustache that showed me the car was very rude. I asked him some questions about the car and he made me feel really stupid.

Rhis place doesnt even diserve one start. They are taking advantage of people who are trying to get by during COViD-19 and promising to work something out with them and then taking money and car.

Thanks to uCars I doubled my rideshade dollars because i can drive for the two largest rideshare comapanies at the same time. Im considering adding some delivery app streams of income as well. The corporate insurance is more important than you can imagine. Sasa the Mechanic is a genius. And they cover tires (repair or replacement) no problem. Their services are well worth every penny.

U-cars is an easy and friendly way to drive for Lyft and Uber! Ucars is actually the better way to go than to to use your own personal vehicle I learned the hard way. But thankfully in my third week of using ucars my life is easier and better

Service here was Great into i was involved in a minor accident someone had hit my car from the back. I called the office several times and i was told that i whould receive a call back never got a call back so i called again and again. Finally leon with ucars sends me massage saying thay are unable to put me back in a car. When thay say thay will give u another car if ur involved in a accident i have been a uber lyft driver for over 4 years now and never been in a accident.So if ur looking to rent form here (try) not to be involved in any accident thay will not give u a car back especially payin 335 a week to not be in a car for even a month .

I have on two (2) occasions used the Ucar services. I both occasions I have received nothing less than excellent service from two excellent professionals in Plano, Texas. I highly recommend Ucar for any rideshare professional as I have in with a friend who was in need of a car in Miami to work in The Ride Share industry. I am presently using a Prius due to my personal vehicle being out of commission. Soon back in my own vehicle.

Good place to rent for ride sharing. Got a fender bender against signpost one way street but it wasnt their fault. I went the wrong way and panicked. Priuses get a lot of gas mileage

Everything was good but get a clear understanding and really understand your paperwork BC they have me owing about $700 and that wasnt the agreement.

We got out of that car after 4-5 weeks. Its not practical nor does it make sense to anyone doing ride share. We were averaging $360-$410 per invoice weekly. Gas was nice and yeah i would spend out of pocket $700-800 in oil changes annually so Id save that with Ucars. Even with insurance Im saving $600-$730 a month by not paying for Ucars. You guys have a great program for people who need help with a vehicle but if your trying to make money doing ride share on top of saving on monthly expenses then Im sorry to say after doing the numbers and experiencing this first hand I would not recommend this program to anyone. Im sorry Miguel your a great person and employee of Ucars but this is a money pit.We financed a vehicle for Uber and pay only $401 a month. Its practical on gas we have warranties and insurance insurance is only $90 a month. You break down Ucars at bare minimum its $1451 a month but with a real time invoice its about $1700 a month.By the time you go through a whole year with Ucars you could have bought a car CASH MONEY $$$$

Updated rating. I got into a small accident and they kicked me out of the car. I was looking for a car to buy. 325 a week is a waste of money to be honest. Yes you can make money. But you are wasting money spending 325 plus tolls a week.

This has been the worst experience I ever had been using the service for 3 weeks I had to change cars four times and was working on nuber five but I said enough of this nonsense the cars which are Prius have racked up high mileage and afer you try yo make the $325 which is way to high for 8 and 9 year s old 🚗 car after 4 days or less its broke down and back to the shop and no money for your self this happen to me 4 times have the. Vanalia envelops to prove itand each time I brokecdown doing Uber in their cars I had to go to DFW Airport for new stickers and Uber Office to change cars to put me back in service time consuming dont fill the 🚗 car with gas or wash it it will break down on youand good luck with gettimg reimburse from the Fleet Manager when he had enough of your complaint s you on your ownI cant tell you about no one else experience but mine and after all I went threw Joy said I have to payI said really and hung up in her face no metion the first car I received got stranded with a Uber Passanger in my car,

This company is a joke, all of the cars are very used Toyota Priuss, worn out, poorly maintained, way too expensive junk, their roadside service is pitiful, waited 3 1/2 hours for a wrecker on the side of a busy freeway in Dallas, only to have him drop the car at the nearest 7-11.
