Great Target! It is always clean and chaos free. I would agree with another reviewer that said it was peaceful. Since I have been able to shop in store again (vaccinated) I have been impressed to see the lady who I assume is the GM on the floor. She’s always cheerful and said hello to me and other customers. She and her entire team are doing something right because I keep shopping at this Target more and more. A shout out to Annette and her sequin mask at the front door. She is super personable and sets a great upbeat vibe coming into the store. In the midst of an ongoing stressful pandemic, I appreciate my time here each week where things do not feel bonkers.

This Target is awesome. The first thing was the greeter. She was just so delightful. She greeted everyone walking in. She just makes your day great kind of lady. Everything was neatly stacked at this location. Furthermore, it is peaceful at this store too. Love it. Highly recommend.

When I asked the associate why 90% of the phone cases were iPhone (not an exaggeration) he said because that was the demographic. When I told him its actually about 50/50 iPhone to Android he said (snarky) well not in this area. Oddly enough the Best Buy across the street seemed to have different demographic. I can understand 60 or 70 % but there were literally 2 rows and a display of iPhone cases and an end cap of Samsung.

LOVED LOVED LOVED THE DRIVE UP GUY!!!. Daniel was so helpful and kind. I was waiting in a drive up spot for 15 minutes watching him go in and out running. Finally he came to my car and asked me if I had to drive up. Naturally I was upset because I was ignored for a long time but he apologized and explained how he was the only one I guess services because apparently he had a few callouts. He then gets on his phone and finds my order and explains how there’s a glitch in the system and how he’s extremely sorry for the inconvenience. Then he quickly goes and gets my order in under a minute and hands me a $10 gift card. I then went to go tip him and he completely refused saying he doesn’t want a tip just a decent review. I know he was joking about that but I just want to give him a little recognition.

This is one of the better Target location I have been to. The customer service desk employees were nice, and even gave me gift cards for missing items I paid for about a month before the visit. The staff who restocked at the time took time to make suggestion for the hair products I was looking for and helped finding items I was looking to buy. The only thing is that cashiers at self-checkout could have better attitude at helping others.

This is my main target store. I usually never check the used by dates but today I decided to check when buying yogurt and cottage cheese. A lot of the items had today’s date on it and some even have already passed the used by date by a whole month. Is this even allowed???Btw, today is 04/14/21.

4:00 on a Tuesday, cashier tells me they are closing the checkout line, thats fine. I look for another check out line, there are none open. Employees are sitting in the Starbucks talking to the man behind the counter and having him make drinks for them. The checkout line went passed the mens toiletries section. Absolutely ridiculous. At least have some sort of relief if an employee is getting off or open another line. People started putting their stuff down and leaving, because there were no cashiers and every employee in my line of sight was in the Starbucks messing around and ordering drinks.

I have been ordering drive up regularly due to kids and social distancing. I’ve had missing items on four separate orders at this point. Today I am missing two items and they were busy. I understand if they are busy and I don’t mind waiting longer in order to be able to ensure I get everything I paid for. Each time I try to call their guest services nobody answers the phone. I’ve had to call corporate for all of those missing items. I don’t ever want the refund. I would simply like my items and I feel like this would be easily solved if I could get someone on the phone. I will share on one occasion I got a hold of someone at home. They told me to pull into the drive up spot and call again. I did exactly this then nobody answered the phone. Needless to say I will drive out of my way to another location from now on which is a shame.

Purchased detergent from here in my drive up pick-up order. The lady just threw my items in the car and when I got home I noticed the lid wasn’t even on properly. Now I’m not sure if it will stain my car or not. Customer service said I would have to go back to the store to receive a $20 gift card. I don’t have time to keep making trips back to the store for a mistake they made. Pretty upset and annoyed about this.

The stores selection doesnt have any groceries. Last time I went I couldnt even find celery, but theres aisles upon aisles of frozen foods.

Price, convenience and you seem to treat your employees well because I always get good service.

I love Target and have shopped here my entire adult life. I ordered 2 chairs on the app for drive-up pickup, paid with gift card, and went to the store. I went inside to do some shopping, planning to check in and move my car to the pickup spot once I was done, so as not to take up their spots. Apparently the app told the store I was there upon arrival. The store has a 5 minute policy on the drive-ups so my order was cancelled while I was in the store shopping. When I went to the help desk I was told via the woman working the counter through her manager over her earpiece that the balance of my gift cards would take a few days to restore and that there was nothing they could do. The chairs were on a cart 5 ft from me. The manager would not come to the counter to speak to me, despite the woman working customer service asking him to. So I ordered and paid for my chairs, went to the store to pick them up, spent additional money inside the store, and then was not able to take my chairs with me. This is a bad policy and a cowardly manager who would not speak to me or deal with this issue in some satisfactory way. I then tried to call the store several times on my way home to ask them to hold the chairs for me until my gift card balances had refreshed and over the course of 4 phone calls the phone rang for more than 10 minutes without an answer.

Best pharmacy staff EVER. Stephanie, Nashua, and Kendall are the greatest and most personable people and take care with everyone who comes to their store. I’ve been with them for over ten years and love that they retain a small town pharmacy feel under the CVS umbrella. Well done!

Considerate pick up service, incredible convenience. They are always masked when approaching the car and if you give notice through the app when you are heading toward the store, the wait time is unbelievably short. I allow time to wait, but rarely have needed any of it. All of my orders have been accurate, except when I placed an order for the wrong size - I had dreaded handling a return. It was stunningly straightforward, and I had a new order submitted and picked up for the correct size on the same day! So grateful!

EVERYTIME I go in this store there is only 1 register and self check out open. The Self check out line is ALWAYS back to the Pharmacy and still just 1 register open..not worth the frustration anymore. Ill drive the extra miles to go elsewhere from now on..GOODBYE TARGET !!

Target representative Cameron from the toy section truly went above and beyond to help me find a toy that is sold out everywhere and being sold at triple the price online. She checked everywhere and finally found two. I was able to get one for my child and one for my friends child which truly means the world given the horrible year we all have experienced this 2020. I went to a different target earlier that morning and was received with a rude very vague young man. Cameron was very nice and extremely helpful. She helped make our Christmas so much better. I cannot wait to see my childs smile!

Its Target, so there isnt too much to say besides being a bit nitpick about things that I have noticed over the years. They have increasingly become reliant on the few self-checkout registers that they have and even if the line starts backing up, they rarely ever have more than one other register open being run by an employee. Its tolerable during the week, but on the weekend, more registers need to be opened or, at the very least, they need to do what everyone else does and that is call up employees to man a register to clear out lines as needed. Its at a point where if I need to go to a Target on the weekend, I go to the one up in Allen since they have so many more self-checkout registers available.

Since the covid crisis began, this store has decided its okay to make people stand in line behind 10 people. I have left without my items more than once and always swear I will never return. Today they had one cashier and the self check-out line was across the whole front end. They opened another line and instead of taking the next customer, they took all the people who had walked up behind me. I left again.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a target in my entire life. I love shopping at target because everyone is so nice and professional but tonight was the complete opposite. I asked a young man named Alex a very simple question and he was very rude, unprofessional & aggressive. He continued to not help me and say stuff to me under his breath. Even when he was walking away he continued to say rude comments to me. I don’t understand why this happened because every other target I’ve been to I’ve been treated so nice. I feel like Alex needs to be retrained or be punished for his actions tonight.

I had the best customer experience ever! Andrew, the barista at start bucks provided me with a very high level of customer service! He was the only employee working around 10:00 am, i had seven different drinks to order for my staff, he made those in a short period of time, he even assisted caring those to my car! Easy to navigate & never seems to be busy. Vanessa & Cynthia in the pharmacy are amazing!! This store has nearly everything you need, but sometimes they run short on certain items or re-arrange products for no apparent reason.

The great deals I found today, like no other!!! I love a great deal, but I love it even more when I get home and I find I saved so much more! 😌 I love shopping at Target, because yall follow COVID 19 protocol and on your announcements you remind people, to wear their masks or to use CURBSIDE PICKUP (which is a beautiful option too, for these winter days!). The kindness the cashier showed me was everything even during this time she had all the patience with my toddler and myself.I would recommend more wheelchairs. Everytime I go they are out and with a spinal cord injury I dont get to shop how I would like when I must walk. But all in all we always have good experiences here

Mobile app and computer show different pricing on certain items, so I called electronics 3x (no answer) then called Toys 2x (no answer) called HR 1x (no answer) calls where disconnected on all attempts, either they are busy, doubt it...or someone is deliberately not answering calls and worse disconnecting the call. I will be ordering through Amazon...this is why big stores are closing down, lack of customer service!

Cashier asked me if I wanted to apply for a Target Card. I specifically asked her if it was the DEBIT CARD. She said yes. I agreed to apply because I had already planned on applying anyway... turns out, she applied for the CREDIT card 😡😡😡

Target is one of the best variety stores nationwide. They have a variety of clothing, accessories, beauty supplies, groceries etc... The employees are always very friendly and helpful. The prices are pretty cheap compared to most stores. Quick service and the online shopping makes everything easier.

I love this target because its almost fully stocked with everything and they are usually relatively safe in regards to sanitizing and COVID. However, they do allow customers with just plastic visors instead of masks to come in and plastic visors allow people with covid to spread through the air because theres no tight mask to filter the contaminated air of that person. Will change to 5 star reviews if they enforce solely masks.

Yes, I did notice you being really nice to the white customers, but when I walk by you only stared at me as I said have a good night.And she did notice me because there was no one else there and she stared at me until I walked out the door.

Don’t bother going here for your drive up orders. Some employee said she is not allowed to touch the vehicle she is delivering item to. So I think that target store changed there rules and just want the employees to throw item in window from what they are saying or have you physically expose yourself to open your own trunk or passenger door. If you’re plan was to use contactless pickup this store is not it. Be sure to visit one of other Target stores. This Target store is not it. Target Addison will place item with no contactless drive up orders. Head there and avoid this Target at all costs!!!!

Terrible, mens section was tiny and looked like it had been stocked by a 3 year old. Also apparently they have item that you cant use a gift card on food, pet items electronics, only clothing.

This is a nice, well organized store. Wal-Mart is usually cheaper, but I like to come here to get items I cannot find at other places. It is a clean store and checkout is quick.

My Salesperson Jay was AMAZING. I called the store and he already knew right awat if what I wanted was in stock or not. I knew that they could not take the time to look and see. I called back a 2nd time and he told me what cross roads Target was located on. I showed up and he had a great smile and was so friendly. I had a very pleasant experience with Jay. You should be very pleased to have people like Jay working for Target.

Went in with my daughter to look for a piggy bank. Asked the employee who was stocking toys in the toy department if they had one. Ignored me the first time, asked again and she finally said its on the other side. I kept asking on the other side of what. She said I dont know where probably in the home stuff and she walked away. Very rude. To the manager of this store (if you want to retrain her): this female employee is black and wears a bandana.Taking my money to Amazon.

The shelves are miss priced (not the first time) and the supervisor, at the self checkout, is very unfriendly and rude. She wouldn’t even check the shelf. She told me I was wrong on the tag.I will look for a new target. They all can’t be this rude.

Called there to find out about a T.V. that was on sale, no one was working electronics but Lauren went above and beyond. She not only found the T.V. but held it until my Granddaughter and I could pick it up. She made a 4 1/2 year old very happy. Lauren was a Goddess and that is why I love this Target. One persons willingness to make the customer happy.

The Hispanic lady with glasses is so rude. She is always looking in carts of customers and asked not just me if the item in my cart was paid. Every time I see her she does it to other middle East or Asian customers

I love Target!! Even with the more limited selection of the non-Super Target versions and compared to the grocery store, for a quick and convenient shopping errand this location is hard to beat! Target always has such a better and more appealing selection of items than WalMart does.

One of the smaller Targets that doesnt have a full grocery selection. But also one of the oldest locations. Its great because its not as huge as one of the other Targets so it makes it easier and quicker to shop most times. The pharmacy staff there is really helpful and nice.

I like Target just...better. I plan my shopping trips around when they’re offering gift card award for buying a certain amount of items, plus I can still use my coupons AND they have the cartwheel app. Maybe the prices are slightly higher, but I prefer a cleaner, more professional place to shop...even if it’s more limited. I was shopping at the Target off of Hwy75 and Alma in Plano. This day I spent $154.91. When I got home I check my receipt.I was charged $4.89 for a box of coke. There was a sign that said, $4.00. Which is high also. This isnt the first time this has happened. there. I have had knee surgery, it is very hard to go there again to complain about things. I read about all the things you permit to take place there. Bathroom situation, dressing rooms.Clothes that say Thank Dads or moms. Giving money to support gay people and let children know about . I have said what I thought. I know it doesnt make any difference to you all.

A Starbucks* employee stated that she ran out of iced coffee.. Totally fine. She proceeded with I get off in 30 mins so itd really be pointless for me to make anymore. - while there are more customers in the line 😂..That wasnt professional at all but at least she was honest.

Steff/Steph really turned around and rolled her eyes and huff and puffed “yes”. Like sis... that was EXTRA and unnecessary. All I did was ask for help (NICELY). She was rude as hell! They need to keep her back in the stock room with that attitude.

Using the drive up was convenient on a busy day for me! I didn’t have to schedule a time to pick up what I needed which was really helpful. I didn’t feel stressed that I needed to be at the store at a specific time.

Target doesnt need this review, but they do deserve it. Everything about shopping here is easy, neat, clean, and fast. The employees are helpful and courteous. Its exactly as shopping at a big box store should be. Thats worth four stars.
