I have not yet received the product as I just ordered, however I have been very impressed with the ease of this program for designing our decal, the templates offered and the opportunity to customize almost every portion of the templates to fit our needs. The customer service representative, Jennifer, was awesome and resolved any concerns or questions I had and made the process of design and ordering much more simple and stress free. She kept in touch with me to ensure I was making progress and was willing to take her time on the phone with me for as long as I needed. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We are hopeful that the product is up to the same quality as the program and help provided, and hope to order more products for the business in the future.

I did a lot of research for this project and found that Signazon printed the largest window decals. I had several questions before purchase and used the live chat to contact them. Ordered wrap for rear windows of my car based on measurements they had for yr/make/model. When product came it was not sized correctly. I called and they wanted pictures of rear window, measurements and picture with wrap help up. They said they would redo wrap after I supplied all that. When I followed up I was told a refund would be issued instead.I have been ordering from this company for yrs and this was the only issue. When I went to order a product I have ordered before I received a phone call the next day saying they won’t fulfill my order because of my complaint about my window wrap.

Priced very reasonably, but the customer service is superb! Seamone helped me get my window decal setup to fit my truck, and she was so incredibly helpful and so friendly. I hope to find someone even half as friendly as her to work at my business. She has the type of personality that has given me the inclination to recommend this business to anyone in need of advertising for their business.

The front door of my house has a one-way sticker that is part of a painting that I painted. I ordered from Signazon and I absolutely love the end result! During the day the sticker is one-way; at night it is transparent so Ill be getting a simple roll up shade for the interior at night. Thank you Signazon!

I ordered using their own measurements when you put in your vehicles make, model and year. When the sign came in with the wrong measurements Seamone tried to tell me that some of the 2020 Toyota 4runners have special order windows. Then she told me that I have to have a 2 border all the way around to cut off. If I cut two inches off the sign they sent me I would have lots half the phone numbers and the beginning and end of my company name. Now Seamone told me to drive around with the bad sign. WTH? That makes no sense. Also they refuse to give me a full refund! Terrible customer service!! SEamone is once again buying time by telling me she will contact me in two days. They have no thought of giving me a refund or a new sign. We shall see!!

Tried several different online vendors. Most either didnt have a design tool online or they had one that was very lacking in features. Found Signazon and got our rear window decal designed to about 90% completion but hit a sticking point. So I ordered 3 vinyl signs for my door, placed the order online with one of the reps helping me to make sure I get exactly what I need which is exact die cut inside glass, got the order ($190) and it was not inside glass. I called to check what can be done and was told that its impossible to get die cut with an inside glass option and no one in the industry is doing it anymore (not true). asked to talk with a supervisor and was transferred to someone that could not help me . at this point I asked for money back and was told that a supervisor will contact me . after 2 days Simone called me and tried to understand from me why I need an inside glass option and claimed that I should just use the ones they sent me and install them from the outside . did not listen to what I had to say and tried to educate me about what is good for me . zero customer service and zero credit . DO NOT ORDER ANYING FROM THEM! So unprofessional .

I needed to make a sign to sale our home by owner. The templates were very easy to use and the program was simple. It was quick to upload images. I work in the Marketing Department for a large corporation in Illinois. We wanted to order car magnets of our company logo. I didnt really know where to begin and I ended up asking a question to signazon.coms chat feature. Brittany C. reached out within 5 minutes and was able to answer all of my questions and was even able to help me format our logo I had submitted so everything looked even and accurate. They sent me an email proof to review and approve, before moving forward with production. The magnets arrived in a few days and they look even better than I anticipated! I will never use this company again. They got my logo and some information correct. After i approved the several proofs and finalized on one they must up on the most basic information which is the website. I call to get a new one sent and explain the problem they then decide to put me through this extensive process to get there mistake fixed. I call several times and on the last time I am told that they want me to put on the decals that are good onto my truck without the website because they want to see that i have competency to put them on. I make it very clear it is not their problem whether i can or cannot that is why i went with a DIY system.There terrible customer service and lack of comprehension on how to quickly and efficiently fix a problem for decals that were not that cheap is despicable. Not to mention i told them if i did not get my website reprinted immediately i would send back the prints they sent that have not been touched and i was told they do not accept returns. On top of that i paid to expedite my order and have not received the refund for them sending it two weeks later when i was supposed to get it within a week.Shameful customer service!!!!! No accountability or quality control. I had other orders pending that i was going to do but I will be using someone else.

Signazon is great, we use them for our truck magnets. Our first order was not quite correct. When we spoke to the customer service team they fixed the problem and sent us new magnets. We have used this company for the last couple of years. Id definitely reccomend them for their magnets.

Ive used Signazon several times now, and while the design tools could be made to be a little more user-friendly (i was told improvements are in the works! :) ), their customer service is absolutely outstanding. Ordered Two A-Frame Signs, Car Magnets, and Business Cards for our church. Everything looked great! Our A-Frame signs were damaged in shipping. I contacted Customer Support and they were incredibly helpful. They reprinted and reshipped the signs right away, and everything arrived nicely. We had a great experience. Very appreciative. We will definitely work with Signazon again!
