Signs By Randy is awesome! They helped me with my Jeep project at an affordable price. They did an amazing job wrapping my hood with a satin black vinyl tying it into a decal that I designed along the sides. Couldnt be happier with their quality of work and how fast the job was completed! They were also able to find me a close match silver color vinyl for new Jeep logos I wanted to place on the newly installed wrapped hood & decal. They had no problem sizing and cutting the logos either. The staff I worked with are all family, they are super cool and always pleasant to work with. For signage and vinyl work you found your place. No need to look anywhere else. You can trust me on that.

These guys were not only very professional and prompt but they also put out a great product. Im an orchestra director in North Texas and we used these guys after having complications with our previous banner people. We had to order a total of 4 banners and not only were they flexible with any changes we needed but the whole process lasted less than two weeks. These banners will be hung to where staff, students and parents will see it whenever they come into the school and it is definitely something I want to show off.The only thing I would change, is that I didnt get a confirmation email saying that they were being made so i was left kind of guessing when they would arrive.

Randy did an amazing job for my husband! My husband bought a new Ford truck that did not have the FX4 stickers on the side, even though it is an FX4. He took it into Randy after ordering the stickers. He wanted Randy to put the stickers on in the right place, so they would be leveled and done correctly. They look absolutely amazing! He did a really professional job. The truck looks like it came that way from the factory. He was super friendly, and was very quick!

Excellent customer service and attention to details. My husband had used their services in the past and I needed a new banner for my Jeep windshield. I wasn’t sure where to go that would handle a small job. He told me about Randy’s Signs. I visited with them early in the week and talked to them about doing the windshield banner and the Jeep name for each side of the hood. I requested a reflective black they didn’t have in stock, and also mentioned I needed something a little more updated than what I had. They designed a new updated look for my Jeep name in less than 30 minutes and ordered my vinyl. Today is Thursday and I dropped by to see if they might know when it would arrive and was told it was delivered and ready to be put on. Less than 45 minutes later I was out the door. Horrible customer service! If I could give 0 (or negative) stars I would. The owner Randy is so rude! I called them last week to update our signage, and they ask me to send details on the existing signage and that they will either call me or email me back the same day. I did not hear back, so called them back the next day and this time spoke with the owner Randy, and he said to send our new logo and they will get back on the quote. I email them and wait over the weekend, and again no reply. So I call them back today, and the lady who picks up keeps telling that Randy will get back to me in a few minutes and those minutes change to hours and no reply. If you are too busy to call back or even reply back to the emails then you should just make it clear in the beginning and not keep the potential customers hanging. Finally when Randy calls me back he is very rude that I am calling multiple times and if I need somebody right now, just call other places man and hangs up!
