It’s absolutely appalling to have an appointment for 9am arrive at 8am, not get a dock door until 13:30 and at present it is 18:00 and my fifty-three foot trailer is still waiting to be unloaded, when asked to speak with a manager I was told for two hours that he was walking to the receiving docks, funny it doesn’t take two hours to walk through your facility as it is not that large. As you know time is money, I would like to know for the hard working O/O trying to make a living and missing out on great return loads due to your employees lack of earnest work, and their flagrant misappropriation of time. How do you honestly look yourselves in the mirror and say well done.

Our company picked and delivered a load for Pepsi over 100 days ago. The rate confirmation has two stops but in reality there was one stop. They refused to pay asking us to provide them non existing BOL.We have been trying to get a hold of Anthony Terry and Justin Potes for weeks with ZERO success. Even tried the cooperate office for help and we were transferred to Pepsi operations in Canada.How can a company as big as Pepsi dont have any department that can resolve issues with carriers. After booking a load they just disappear. You cant get a hold of brokers or their afterhours team.

Its doritos could use a little more cheese, I love its cheetos and lays chips. Pepsi taste good, I wish they hadnt burned michael Jackson in that commercial. It fried his brains.

Alex Klingbeil lied n will not pay us for a load of chips from Hermiston OR to Phoenix AZ w 300 miles out of route so he avoided our calls, emails n online chats - he robbed us on purpose. It wasnt disclosed in the contract but told by the shipper. PepsiCo brokers are professional theirs! They stole from us for 2 months just to get paid by another PepsiCo from another state. These people are the worst n willfully bankrupt your company. ¿He wont pay so cancel his load!

Rachael Larson is a great broker to work with, she always fights for us and is very professional. She never makes us wait for pick or delivery info and we always offer our trucks to her first. She knows what freight we are looking for and works hard for us. I would highly recommend working with her and the Pepsi team.

They say PepsiCo has afterhours phone but it is not true, nobody will answer in order to help carriers with the loads you book with them such as comchecks, delivery location or overweight trailer. They give you the main line that only open up at 8am, and even then it will take hours until someone answers you. Funny, it says estimated wait time is 1 minute, but more like 100 years.

We (cougar truck lines) have been doing very good business with PEPSI since last 4 years. We really appreciate the way their employees work especially Ancelmo Velasquez. Their brokerage is awful. Run for your life owner operators and small carriers. They change the rate confirmations here man and it can hurt a business like yours. I have some family members that work for them. They cant write the review, but I can. Haul for CHR or TQL or Coke they will appreciate you. Stir clear if they mess up a load. They will update the confirmation they email you, but not the accounts payable end of it.
