I found this place by accident and it was a nice treat. This is a Nice friendly place to getSome hot or cold coffee or tea. The staff is very friendly. They are abiding to the COVID guidelines. Tables are spaced out. There are some table games to play with but we stayed away from it.Restrooms are handicap accessible and very clean. Must come and try this place.

Right now severely understaffed, I put in a mobile order and 20 minutes later i am still waiting for one drink. Edit: I got the drink and the tapioca has no taste or sweetness. I dunno what is going on at this location right now

The people were nice and the drinks here are consistently tasty! There were a while bunch of drinks in front of us but it didnt take too long to come out. Kung Fu Tea is over of the franchises I always love going to for their consistency in flavor across all locations. Recommend either the oolong milk tea, orange green tea, or yogurt orange drink!

Very nice and clean establishment. I was able to get my Caribbean breeze drink even though is no longer in the menu.

Generally fine milk tea here nothing special. Beware their sugar level some of their products can be sweeter than just eating sugar.

If google allow giving zero stars, I will. Store hours changed but did not reflect on their app. My order went through with 4 drinks to pick up by 11am on Sunday. When I arrived, there is a paper on the window with new store hours which is 11:30am. I knocked on door and hoping they will make the drinks for me because I had to leave. The male employee gave me the worse attitude and refused. I asked for a refund and he told me rudely that will occur 3-5 business days and closed the door. I waited for over a week, but never seen any refunds came in. I called a few times but no luck on getting my refund, until I went back to the store over a week plus, explained the situation, and they made me the drinks finally. Nasty horrible attitude from all the employees including the store manager. They did not try to resolve issues with the customers. The app should not complete my orders if the store is not even opened. Wasted my time completely. WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.

Great selection of beverage styles and add ins set this place apart from most other boba places in town. The staff has been friendly, courteous and helpful every time visited.

ABSOLUTELY DISSAPOINTED! You DO NOT CANCEL SOMEONES ORDER BECAUSE YOU DO NOT HAVE IT! The least you could have done was pick up the phone and call me and say Im so sorry about this, is there something else we can replace it with Im severely disappointed in the customer service. You may have given me the money back I wanted the drink as a treat to my office staff and you ruined that. Thank you.

This place is the place to hang out with friends!!! i always have a good time here and their staff is super friendly. their teas are great i love the orange green tea for the summer! its a refreshing drink. they also take pictures of the customers and make a collage of them for every month!!!

The staff at this Kung Fu Tea are amazing! They have an excellent attitude and are so friendly! I’ve been craving true Taiwanese-style milk tea for a while and could never find a great one anywhere else, and now that I’ve found this place I won’t go anywhere else! I will definitely be coming back here and recommending this location to everyone I know! If I could give it 6 stars, I would!Thank you!

Had to wait in line for a very long time, behind just one person. There was only one person working behind counter. Then found out they were out of most of the drink flavors.

I have been to this boba tea place often and I should say its fantastic. The boba are always fresh and the service is quick and excellent. The Kung-Fu Milk tea is so good and I prefer less ice because that adds more flavor to the boba tea. The ambience is very clean and I have many students do group discussion in here. Very rude and unhelpful staff. They charged me extra for drink as well and kept on rushing me to put an order as they were closing soon and when I did, they charged me extra ! Don’t go to this location.

Taro milk tea had no taro. Only the flavor was there. The picture had taro balls in it. If you tried Happy Lemon in Seattle, you will know what Im talking about.Strawberry lemon green tea was a little sour with less sugar. Not great.

I went there for two black milk tea with Milk cap. The tea tastes good. There were a lot of people there talking and resting. It was noisy of course, while you were standing within crowd who were all talking loudly. I did start to drink inside the store, but I decided to leave for some moment of quietness.

Love their teas. Have great variety and has options regarding how much sugar and ice you want.

Pure Happiness in a cup. I usually get milk teas but I decided to go out of my comfort zone and try a passion fruit green tea with popping mango boba. I am so pleased, it’s amazing!

Mm! The drinks here are absolutely delicious. This is a great place to meet up with friends and hang out. Every drink has its own unique flavor. I would definitely come back here again to have another taste of their amazing beverages.

Great staff, short wait time. It’s a very nice place to work on stuff or to hang out with friends. Its very laid back and relaxed. They also have different games you can play which is a very nice touch. It has all the feels of a Starbucks, but is usually less crowded. The drinks are amazing and the overall cleanliness of the place is great. One of my favorite hangout spots for sure :) (it’s also in a very convenient location)

Delicious tea, very cozy setting. It has the typical Kung Fu tea taste which includes a rich sweetness due to the honey. Wouldnt call it overly sweet. I enjoyed it.

I drank the kungfutea in plano.The taste was really good and i though it should be good in here.But I was dissappionted at this point🙁You know how i feel when i get the first drink,it was too much sugar and tea for medium size.The cashiers need to ask the customer how sugar and ice for their oder.In here I saw they just get the oder and took my money.Dont ask,dont care and really dont know how sweet in the milktea i got😞

We tried out the place today, the decor is fresh and the service is friendly and helpful. We had the Taro milk and the Oolong tea. Both were excellent. I especially loved the Taro milk, great flavor to it.

Great place to drink boba!! The staff is friendly and the drinks are delicious. You can also buy little snacks/desserts there and hang out with friends. They also provide cards for you to play and have outlets. Although their wifi doesnt work, or its probably me, but its still a good place to be at.

I am big fan of their Orange Green Tea.

The problem-- the place smells like bleach or some kind of cleaner. This also causes the Boba to taste like a cleaner. My assumption is the Boba is close to the floor or the container is always open-which will cause the Boba to absorb the cleaner from the air. The employees only work there, not really understanding how to prevent it. Reviews are meant for owners to see whats going on. I hope this is resolved. I really like this location, but Im forced to go elsewhere for a fresher taste.

Kung Fu Tea is a great place to go for Boba Tea! I had been out of a Boba tea place for a while, and Kung Fu definitely steps up to fill that hole. Its great for hanging out (some games included) or just a grab and go! They have Punch cards if you like to go often, and have a wide selection if you dont like most Boba drinks, my personal favorite is the mango snow slush (creamy mango drink with orange jellies.) Definitely give it a try!

Its a really consistent drink place! (the different employees usually make the drink the same). Only issue is that it can be loud and some tables are tiny so I wouldnt plan on staying to drink.

Wasnt a huge fan of the few drinks we tried. The inside is nice and not a bad place to sit if you are into their stuff. Just wasnt for me.

VERY popular among students, as KD is right next door, Plano Senior is close by, and the cafe has late hours. The cafe is spacious and has a plenty of seating. Noise levels are pretty moderate, which is ideal for studying. They offer tea, snacks, and even ramen. Combine that with free wifi (I havent checked if theyre are outlets, but Im pretty sure they have some), and this place is super popular among students. The snacks are great, but the tea itself is okay. The boba can be overcooked sometimes. Other than that, I really enjoy going to Kung Fu Tea.

Very disappointed that I was not allowed to combine my reward punches onto one card or onto the app. Other boba tea places in Plano like QQ Teahouse and other retail establishments have no issues consolidating reward punches onto one card. I was told that this is company policy. Management needs to re-evaluate this policy. If you can charge $5 for a drink, certainly you can figure out how to move rewards onto an app!!
