First time customer today - called first, spoke with Carl (Leonard) - Carl was very knowledgeable and he answered all my questions. I went in the same day for oil change and state inspection. I was blown away at how fast I was in/out for BOTH oil change and state inspection ... and I didnt have an appointment. Awesome. Carl walked me around my vehicle and thoroughly explained what was done and I can honestly say that Carl took great care of me. This, by far, has been one of the best customer experiences that Ive had in years getting my vehicle serviced. I usually dread going to get my car serviced thinking that I would be taken advantage of Im a woman who doesnt know a whole lot about cars. Carl made me feel like a boss when he explained the various components under my hood and its recommended service schedule. I also met the mgr Troy and Troy also provided great customer service and he made sure I got my coupon discount that I found online. I love that!!! Both Carl and Troy provided courteous, efficient, fast in/out service and were very professional. I went in this morning to get my car inspected and had a wonderful experience. The waiting area is really nicely done and comfortable and the guys at this shop are super nice and friendly. I will definitely be using this location for my car needs in the future!

I usually do my oil changes myself but I didn’t have the time so I decided to take my car here. First off they are extremely overpriced. They charged me $110 for a synthetic oil change when the dealer only charges about $80 for the same oil change. I brought that up to them and he tried telling me the dealer doesn’t use synthetic oil, which is a lie. If you’re more expensive than the dealership you’re doing something wrong.The tech also told me my brakes needed to be changed.which is a lie because I had them changed literally less than a month ago. Funny thing is he didn’t even check the brakes he just figured I’d never changed them and he could pull a fast one on me.After I told him my brakes were fine he went on to my air filter. He said even though it was clean that brand of filter I had isn’t good and I need to use whatever brand they carry.After all that he tried to tell me that my oil was in “bad condition” even though I change my oil every 5k miles on the dot. How is my oil going to be “bad” when I change it twice as often as the manufacturer recommends.These people are con artists and you should avoid them at all costs. They literally treated me like I was stupid the entire time.

The Managers Mike and George have earned 2 loyal customers due to their amazing service! I brought my car in because my alignment was off turns out my tie rods and front struts were done for. That is not a cheap fix for the car I have, but they worked with me and we looked a few different options depending on what I could afford to make sure I left in a road safe vehicle. While we decided in the end to just replace everything ( most cost effective in the long run) they really did everything in their power to do right by me. My car is running great and the guys at this shop know what they are doing. They are also very polite without being condescending which I get a lot being a female while dealing with mechanics. They were open and transparent about everything they did. I feel confident recommending this shop to others! Take a chance on them I promise its worth it!

Once I wouldn’t fall for the scheme of replacing my oil filter and cabin filter the employee was rude. I noticed my windshield wiper cable was not attached with the hood open I tried to reconnect it. I’m short, so I said do you mind re-attaching that real quick ? The guy snapped back “I’m sure they can do that where you take your car next” WOW. The guy right before me was told he also needed his air filter and cabin filter changed lol

I went in for an oil change and asked for the conventional oil service. They came back $10 more than the oil change and said they charged me for the oil filter. This was not reflected in the price and they said it was necessary. I stated then any service that’s necessary needs to be reflected in the price and/or told to the customer prior to work starting and neither was done. These guys always try to add additional charges to the bill. When I was there, at least four other people complained of the same thing including a woman who was charged for new parts but they replaced them with old parts. Never going back!

I googled the nearest oil change and Google recommended this place. I pulled up and the technician asked, “what can I do for you?”, and I asked for an oil change. Jokingly, he says, “what you want me to do?” Well at that point I figured I would have a great experience considering that he has a sense of humor, unlike most. However, they got me in and out pretty fast. I was approaching another service and they recommended. My stay was about 30 minutes with an oil change and power steering flush. I’d recommend this place if you’re looking for a fast and quality service.

These guys were great. They found my break issue and didnt charge me a dime. I came back later in the day and had it fixed. Great service and great prices. I highly recommend.

Michael who I think is one of the managers there is one of the most helpful person at this location. Within minutes he was able to diagnose the problem and had my complete rotor and brake and oil change done within the hour. Now the car is braking and handling 10x better. I also noticed he knocked out other vehicles at the same time and gives A+ quality work. If you have anything going on I highly recommend going here and speaking with Michael.

Went there for engine oil change, it was quick. But they forgot to put the nuts back in for the air filter section (they did an inspection of air filter and cabin filter). Have to again get back in and it was fixed. Not sure if Groupon coupon has to do anything with the service provided, otherwise it was ok

The guys at Kwik Kar will take good care of you! I went in mid-week with some issues that they didn’t have time to tackle (it was an hour to closing), but Brian put air in my tires for free and arranged for me to bring the car back in. They made time on a busy Saturday to take care of the big issues - my A/C, which had blown a fuse, my glitching stereo, and they also replaced a blinker light and my front brake pads, and checked a few other elements, all in about an hour and for an amazing price! They made me feel heard and important, they were honest, and they were efficient. Mike and Brian personally took interest in my car’s needs and made sure they were all addressed. Plus, the location is great and the waiting room is super clean and felt safe and socially distanced. Very happy to have found a place I can trust to bring my car every time in the future!

The staff was quick and efficient! Rick diagnosed the issues going on with the air and cabin filter and what could happens if i did not get them changed. I was in out of the business in a timely manor! you are missing out if you go anywhere else

Took my vehicle in with all sorts of problems.. A/C not working, brakes completely worn, needing an oil change and some type of electrical issue. Mike was quick to diagnose the problem and was very knowledgeable. He explained everything I needed and made sure I approved before completing the work. Great quality work gave me peace of mind and all without breaking the bank. Mike and his guys take extremely good care of their customers!

Work was done, but wasn’t happy with my concerns being addressed. Brian kept promising and wouldn’t communicate properly and then he was upset. Gave them $1650 work from extended warranty folks and didn’t even negotiate with them, still left couple of things off. After work was done ok AC and Heater- my front lights weren’t connected back. Who doesn’t check that? Then he was upset and told me off for some reason. Hour turned into 9 hours and then had to come back next day, then wanted to charge another $100 that he never told me day before. I believe they took advantage of my being a nice guy and kept putting things off by saying have you ever worked on cars. Then atleast communicate rightly with the customers so that they don’t have surprises later. Anyways this location I’m done, no thank you. Owners are pretty nice but will be taking my repairs else where. No one talks to me rudely because they can’t communicate Witt clients right, and then don’t own up and not even see the trouble customers couldn’t gone through while not having lights while traveling to Tyler TX, half was done no lights connected. It was kinda frustrating and then Called me Cheap. I was done.

So I came up to get my inspection done these guys got me in within seconds and were very professional. Upon doing my state inspection they informed me that my tires were no good and would not pass inspection, however to save me an inconvenience these guys allowed me to purchase tires at a great price from them even though they aren’t a tire shop, prepay for them so I could pass my inspection, and then called me as soon as they got delivered to put them on for me. If you come here ask for the Manager Mike, I guarantee he will get you taken care of, and thanks again Troy and Cameron for all of your help you guys are awesome.

Absolutely excellent service. Rolled in to get my state inspection because itd slipped my mind and the dude that serviced my car pointed out that my filters were dirty and I was coming up on a suggested mileage service, so I went ahead and got them done as well. Reasonably priced, fast, solid work. Will definitely roll back in next time I need that sort of work done.

On April 7, 2021 I took my vehicle to Kwik Kar for a state inspection. I noticed the car bay and the grate cover was steep and deformed (bowing up). Due to my vehicle being lowered on aftermarket suspension, I warned the technician to be careful. The technician assured me that a technician guides another technician into the car bay so it shouldnt be an issue. After stepping inside the waiting area, a technician gets into the vehicle and drives straight into the car bay with no supervision as previously assured to me. As a result, the car bottomed out on the crate and caused damages worth $449.55. A written agreement from the store manager agreeing to pay for damages was not fulfilled. Multiple attempts were made to try and resolve this manner to no avail after more than 1 month. If estimated damage payout is resolved, I will consider redacting this review.

They were supposed to preform a rear differential fluid exchange but they only remove about 8 ounce of fluid. Be careful using this location because they will ruin your vehicle

My oil light came on while driving.Would highly recommend! They were also very kind to an older lady who was in asking pricing questions. Didn’t BS her and upsell services to her.

The environment and the lobby looks nice, but I really felt uncomfortable with the reception guy because he wasnt wearing his mask! I also asked if they could check to see if a fuse was blown bc my cigerette lighter was not working therefore my car charger is not .charging. They did not have to check this since I only had a state inspection done so I appreciated them checking the fuse.i will be back for future service. The only complaint is that they reset my oil change on the computer so it shows I have100% oil life left but when I took it Im for my inspection I only had 40% oil life left

I came in for an oil change on my 2015 Audi Q7 and was in and out without a long wait time. I was greeted with very friendly and professional service. I had a issue with my engine shield not being attached and it broke. I called the manager Mike and he took care of it without any issues. I will remain a loyal lifetime customer.

I always try do my own work on my car, then I know its condition and what to watch for. Without the tools and time available for heavier repairs, when I have to take my car to the shop Im always a bit apprehensive.Not the case here.Mike and his team are amazing. This was my households second visit, the first was by the household nonmechanic. Every time Ive pulled up to the building someone is there before I have my door open. Being more mechanically inclined, I brought my car in with my own plan, to replace the clutch, they followed that plan while giving me feedback about my cars condition. They saved me time and money long term by suggesting another labor heavy replacement now while most of that cost was already covered. My car hasnt been in the best shape since I bought it and is a bit of a project. When I picked it up Mike wrote me a list of things they had noticed helping me narrow down my efforts to get it in top shape.I still like to do the work myself, but when its not possible or easier, Im glad to have found a shop I can trust and not leave me wondering.

I went to this location for them to do a tune up, oil change, and fix my oil pressure sensor. Originally i was told by two different people that they would waive the charge on the sensor because i had to go back 3 additional times and lie in the end to charge me and then then only waive 15.

This place feels shady. I would not come back here again.

I regret taking my car to this shop. I was charged for parts and labor, in the end, they got my car damaged. I took it back to them the second time and they got it damaged the more. I refuse to go back the third time as I can’t stand their act of irresponsible.

Took car in for oil change and tire rotation. They found that my air filter was dirty and that the rear breaks were nearly finished. Took care of all those issues within 30 minutes. Quick service and the new owner personally made sure that I had a great experience. Will be using them again down the road!

I was there over the weekend to have my brakes checked for a squealing noise. Being a single woman I was nervous coming into a shop not knowing what the problem could be or what the cost could be.A younge man named Tyler greeted me and said he would look at my brakes and test drive my car to see what the problem was.After looking at my car he said my front brakes looked good and that he could do some type of cleaning and adjusting of some part of the rear brakes since they are different from the front.After an hr I was all done. I walked out with a low bill. No noise. And a smile. Ill be back here for any car repairs from here on out.

My battery died at the QT gas station close by this location. The gentleman (I wish I knew his name!) my husband called was nice enough to drive to the QT to check my battery out. Turns out I needed a new one, and the staff was able to replace it. I had a great experience here, and would recommend this location.

Having been a service advisor and service manager in the past, I’ve got to hand it to these guys. As my kids and I walked up we were immediately greeted. (1 thing that many service personnel don’t see the value in.) The waiting area was comfortable and the kids area was engaging and kept my little ones busy.I told the guy up front what I came in for (oil change) and acknowledged that I knew how many miles were on the truck, but i would appreciate him checking for anything else. I knew filters would be brought up, so I was curious as to how he was going to present the topic to me after inspecting.He brought me both filters to show that they were dirty. (Show and tell is always great.)The guys were courteous and professional. Whoever their GM is should be very proud. You guys seem to have all of your ducks in a row which is extremely hard to find these days.You’ll never be able to please everyone in this industry. But you guys are doing a great job.They earned a customer for life. It was very refreshing to find a shop that saw me as a person instead of just the dollar signs above my head.5 stars across the board. See you guys again soon.

Well we had a number of diff lil things going wrong. We thought it would be an arm and a leg to get things fixed. They gave us honest solutions. It didnt cost nearly what we had anticipated and the truck has been running great.I will deff use them again. The manager Mike was really cool and the short visit pleasant.A good shop is hard to find. So im tellin ya, quit lookin.

This place is the best around! John and Ali worked on our AC for our Lexus RX350. The service was outstanding and they went above and beyond when we noticed a floor mat was a little dirty. They actually got the car completely cleaned on their dime. Who does that?!!! You dont find that kind of customer service anymore. I stood at the front to try and be understanding if they were busy on the phone, but no one was at the desk and I watched 2 guys notice me and keep waking. There was not even a “we’ll be right with you” or “hold on”.Also this was 11am on a Wednesday.

They dont mind my incessant questions and are always willing to explain the problem in simpler terms. Its easy to trust someone when theyre willing to sit down with you and explain everything in a way that you can understand. With them theres no funny business or loopholes, theyre always on top of their game and provide us with nothing but the best.I went in the other day for an oil change and as always, they were quick and efficient. I have been to this location a few times and found them to be honest and very professional. Once my break light bulb blew and a cop pointed it out with warning. So I quickly stopped by Kwik Kar where they took care of it in a minute and didnt even charge. The service at this location was exceptional. I dropped my truck off around noon to have my brakes done, tires rotated, and oil changed. They found a leak in one of my brake lines and immediately called me. I was not prepared for the extra cost and these guys worked with me to make sure I left with a safe vehicle. After all was said and done my truck was still ready by 4:30. I will be coming back to this shop for a long time to come and encourage anyone else to give these guys a try.

I called in for a quote on an a/c recharge and was told to bring my car in to get looked at rather than quote me over the phone. I had no problem with this and when I arrived, I waited at the desk for a few minutes before anyone helped me. When someone did finally come up, he looked at me and then started speaking to my fiance, who was standing off to the side, instead! I politely clarified that it was my car, and he told me hed get a quote for me in ten or fifteen minutes. We waited for over 45 min before we asked what was going on. Someone then quickly went to the back and printed a quote without even looking at my car! Why did I go all the way there for that? Pricing is unclear (labor charges were separate from the pricing listed on their price menu), and the guys there didnt even talk to me at all about my own car. I wouldnt go back unless it was for something simple like a quick oil change or brake pads. I will say though, John was who I spoke to over the phone and he was helpful and polite!

The manager here is polite and friendly, when youll visit this place, youll get to know that their customer service is up to the mark, as they immediately comes to you and asks for the problems in the car. Later after examining the car, they explain you in detail and the price they offer is comparatively much better than other companies. I will definitely use their service, till I move somewhere else. Just found out from another service today that this place left their entire clipboard and my last service papers under my hood. They also did not fill up my oil the entire way, barely 75%. Thankfully no damage to my new car but will never trust them & go back. Also when I tried to ask about their Covid procedures they just said “there’s no Covid here” 😳🥴

Very shady people to do business with !!!went to do an oil change, my car was perfectly fine, got invoice from them that everything is goodthe next day I got stuck with my car and had to tow it back home, called mobile mechanic that came a day after, when i told him I just had an oil change that was the firs thing he was checking, I HAD NO OIL in the car!!!I called Kwik Kar, they sent tow truck, took my car to their store add oil and told me that there is nothing wrong with my car!!!they do not want to pay me back for the towing or the mechanic and basically telling me it has nothing to do with them Nate the manager do not want to give me the owners info or to connect me with themNow my car has a lick that i didnt have before and they dont take any responsibility on it

I brought in 2 of my vehicles for oil change my Range Rover and Audi...they work fast, great PRICES and also the entire staff are very professional and honest, my Rover needed alignment and they did an incredible job as well! I highly recommend Kwik Kar to anyone! So happy I brought in my cars to them.

This place was recommended by my father, but the customer service was shockingly bad. Imagine the first person (Jon) you speak to at the counter having an attitude. For no reason. Once service started, Jon approached me and asked why I am bringing my vehicle in early. He said the recommendation is 6 months or 6000 miles. (Car currently has 4300 miles, but is a year old) I told him that I had the vehicle for a full YEAR. Why in the HELL did I have to justify why I am bringing in my car for service? Just do what I asked you to do! I am paying after all. Would Jon have asked a MAN that question? Just Wow. I did not want to engage any further because... (insert stereotypical reference for a black woman here) just ridiculous. I felt like I was in the way the entire time. This location may be closer, but this is why people say it is always a better idea to go to your dealership. There is a Jiffy lube on Ohio. Might give them a try next time. It is important to note that the manager really did try to correct the situation. He offered a discount and complimentary car wash. I initially insisted on paying full price because the price wasnt the issue. Jon was the issue. My dad was shocked when I told him. If by some miracle I ever go back to Kwik Kar, I hope to deal with Mike directly instead. Hope your experience is better.

They were extremely quick and efficient

Ive been going here for over 10 years and they have always been great. I trust them. This is the 1st place I take my car when something is wrong. If they dont have the parts or cant fix it they tell me up front. Ive comparison shopped prices and theirs are always in line or better. I appreciate Pete and the rest of the team.

So my friend from New York came to visit me and a week later he started having problems with the oil plug and brakes of the car. He had to leave the next day so being a customer here, I took him to this place. He was amazed by the amiability and cooperativeness of the staff. Even though the crew was busy, they fixed his car and he hasnt had a complain since. I see a review coming from him soon.The prices are affordable and they offer quality work. I would highly recommend this shop. Its the best in the area, hands down.
