I had the absolute best experience at Stardust Celebrations!!!!They went above and beyond to help me find my dream dress!!! I seriously could not be happier with my experience here.Marianne, my stylist, treated me like a princess (or Barbie in her words). She listened to my wants and really made my experience wonderful. I would recommend everyone I know to shop here!!!The staff was so welcoming and professional, and made my entire group feel welcome, even my Man of Honor. It was a pleasure working with these lovely ladies!

I came here a few weeks ago with a group of friends to shop for bridesmaid dresses. Nina, who answered the phone the few times I called, was very professional and accommodating. Rachel helped us look at different colors and styles of dresses and had a lot of helpful input on colors, fabric, etc. All of the girls had a great time and the dresses were beautiful. Would definitely recommend!

I went to Stardust for my alterations, and I am ecstatic on how my dress turned out! I loved the dress I purchased but did want some customized alterations to the bodice. My first fitting appointment was with Dave. He was phenomenal. He made me feel incredibly comfortable. I did not know anything about alterations or wedding gowns, but Dave had me covered! He already knew what alterations should be done and was able to explain different options to me. He was wonderful to start my alteration journey! At my second fitting appointment there was miscommunication on my part. I was having difficulties expressing exactly what I had imagined. Roxanne came out to talk to me, and she said she knew what to do. I was a nervous wreck waiting for my next appointment. When I tried on the dress with all her finishing touches, I was in awe. I genuinely cried because it was more beautiful than I could have ever pictured! Every single detail that was placed into my gown by Dave, Margie, and Roxanne turned my dress into the most beautiful gown I have ever seen and worn. I cannot recommend this staff enough. Their job was incredible. They truly care about their clients, their work, and the outcome. I am in complete love with my dress! I wish I could wear it every day!

I was here to try on dresses it was my first time ever to go through the process.The ladies at the front were friendly and welcoming they assign you a lady to help you out through trying dresses on. My lady wasnt as helpful as I thought she would be.My future mother in law came in last and was told she had to wear a mask even though we werent told anything like that and were already picking dresses. 1 theres no mask mandate as the lady helping me stated.2. No need to lie to your customers.I ended up trying on about 5 dresses fell in love with 1 but ended up ordering from another supplier boutique. They lost a $2700 sale it might not be much to them but they could of had the sale. If they would of created a better experience and not lied about the mask.

The shop has a great selection but do not expect any warm greetings from the front desk. The women that answer the phones/man the front desk are incredible rude + act like you are bothering them, however the sales team + alterations department are wonderful!The alterations manager, Diana, completely revised a dress I purchased into the dress of my dreams. We had many appointments where she was always thorough + set realistic expectations of what each alteration would produce. I cannot rave about her enough! Thank you for everything, Diana!

I SAID YES TO THE DRESS!!!!!!!Kathy was simply AMAZING. She took her time to figure out what I wanted and she allowed myself and my entourage go with her to shop for dresses. I am 5 months pregnant and get tired pretty quickly; however, Kathy made it fun and exciting. She was VERY knowledgeable and creative. The collection at Stardust was Top Notch! There were so many dresses that I could have said YES to. I loved the privacy we had also. I believe this is truly an intimate time and thats exactly how it felt. It was an amazing experience.........ASK FOR KATHY!!!!

Paik made dress shopping so enjoyable and stress free. I worked at a bridal shop a couple of years ago and knew that the Watters Judith dress was going to be my wedding dress. However, Judith has been discontinued and I was comparing every dress I tried on the Judith. I eventually found Judiths sister, Langdon. I knew immediately that was the dress I would be walking down the aisle in and I never second guessed my decision.

I had a wonderful experience with Myra and Jennifer today. Myra was knowledgeable and helpful. As mother of the bride, I have not shopped for a dress in a long time. I had a lot of self-doubt. She made me feel very comfortable and I found the most beautiful, yet simple dress. When my time was drawing to a close, Jennifer stepped in to help me order and purchase the dress. Because it was Sunday, there was some uncertainty the vendor having the color I wanted in stock. She reassured me that they would call me and let me know as soon as they could get in touch with the vendor. Such a wonderful experience! Thank you so much! I am so happy.

I had the pleasure of working with Cathy at Stardust for my wedding dress appointment. She was wonderful! She pulled so many beautiful dresses that it was hard to choose. When the dress I fell in love with didn’t have an option to ‘open the cups’ I was upset. Cathy wanted to make my dream happen so she actually text the designer to see what we could do. He ended up calling her from China and told her that they could make it work and the exact measurements they would need. Cathy went above and beyond! My dress came in and was beautiful! The alterations team was exceptional. I wanted to make a few changes to my dress and they made it happen. They even hand beaded straps for the dress. I highly recommend Stardust Celebrations for your wedding dress!

I went to several different stores to find a formal gown to wear to the Marine Ball in Las Vegas. I was about to give up till I went to Stardust. They assisted me as soon as I walked in the door with big smiles..! Myra is fabulous, she helped me right away,I had an idea of what kind of dress I was looking for and usually don’t go out of my comfort zone but Myra was so amazing she made me feel comfortable and also gave me options that I would have never picked. Because I took a chance and I trusted her opinion. She truly was there to help me in every way. I found the most beautiful dress, and one that I didn’t even want to try on.I am beyond satisfied with my dress!! I had the most incredible experience at Stardust Celebrations. The day I came in to find my dress, my mom and I met with Marianne. She was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what styles of dresses would look good on my body and which ones would not. Any wedding dress appointment can quickly become a complete disaster if you try on the wrong dresses. I can be self conscious, so trying on dresses that flattered my body type was very important. Marianne knew exactly what I needed to try on and explained why, in order to make me feel like a beautiful bride. I tried on maybe 6 gowns, all beautiful, making my decision that much harder. The dress I chose was the very last one I tried on, and I knew it the second I came out of the dressing room. I felt like a bride, and tears were shed. Marianne was so genuinely excited and complimentary. She made the whole appointment everything I imagined itd be. She definitely comes highly recommended. The whole process was effortless and easy. Even the ladies in alterations were more than exceptional. They make you feel welcome, and made sure my dress fit exactly the way I wanted. One of the absolute best wedding dress experience I’ve ever had or seen! From the moment you walk in they make you feel at ease. I found this place by accident and I ended up buying my dress from them.They really do their best to help you with whatever you need. They have the most experienced and talented people to alter your dress and do with it what makes you happy. Mary Anne! is the nicest person I’ve met she has worked with me from the beginning of my dress picking to the end of alterations and gave me the dress of my dreams. I HARDLY EVER!! write any reviews but honestly these nice people deserve to be known to every bride out there who’s panicking about wedding dresses like me!

After the bridal boutique I ordered my dress from went out of business, Nicki went out of her way to contact the designer, rush the order and get my dress to me. On top of this, they honored the original purchase price. They have top tier service and did everything they could to make my day perfect. Thanks Stardust and Nicki Elliot.

Excellent experience on two points: sanitary precautions & safety measures and customer service. Myra took time to listen to my wants and needs, concerns, etc. and immediately selected 5 gowns that all were solid possibilities. I wasnt sure what I wanted and I knew what I didnt want. Based on her selections, there were 3 very different gowns that were quite lovely and one was ultimately selected. Despite these very different times, it was a very positive experience. Thank you Myra and Stardust! I appreciate the safety precautions.

Tried out Stardust on a whim because of a failed bridal appointment elsewhere in Plano. My bridesmaid suggested Stardust because we were close to it, and Im so glad we did! I am a plus size bride and was so humiliated every time I tried on dresses elsewhere. But as soon as I met Courtney at Stardust, she made me feel like a beautiful bride again! Even though I was a walk-in, she took the time to ask what I wanted and what I envisioned and took care of me like she was a long time friend. We had our own room and space for trying out dresses, it was so personal and special for me and my loved ones. I believe their store in Dallas (Mollys/ Lulus) may have more options for plus size brides if that is what youre looking for. But I did have a good selection here and fell in love with one Courtney found for me (significantly under my budget too!). Dont hesitate to try out this wonderful chain of bridal stores or see Courtney at Stardust!

After visiting six other bridal shops with my future daughter-in-law, we finally landed on the bridal experience we had expected! The outside of the building could use a makeover but the inside is gorgeous! They have so many dresses beautifully displayed and Kathy (the consultant that took care of us) was knowledgeable and very accommodating! From the champagne to the “I found the dress”, everything was perfect! 👰🏼

This was the 4th dress store I visited and I wish it was the only store I visited! I worked with Marianne and she was extremely insightful in to what I needed and what fit best for the wedding theme, mood and personality. I actually ended up buying the dress she pulled herself. The try on was the best experience I’ve ever had. There weren’t huge obnoxious clips everywhere and no one shoved a pillow down my back. It was super easy to visualize the fitted dress and see my true figure in it instead of trying to imagine what it might look like. I love the dress I bought, I can’t wait to wear it to my wedding. If you go here, please work with Marianne, you’ll have the best experience, I promise!

This was my first time trying on a dress and needed some guidance for the big appointment with my mom. Courtney made me feel so comfortable and never pressured me into anything. It was the most laid back and self assuring experience. I look forward to coming back!

You know your stylist is good when you think of her during your wedding. Maryann is AMAZING. She is the personification of Dallas. She ordered my dress especially for me( in a trunk show) and it was exactly what I wanted even though I had a completely different dress in min . She made my dress shopping experience exceptional. I would never go to anyone else.

I drove down from OKC with my daughter to look for Mother of the Groom dresses. I was a little nervous walking in because it was such a big place but I was immediately greeted by two friendly women. I explained what I was looking for and one of the women led me to the area (or shall I say pretty big room) that had all of the Mother dresses. She introduced me to Myra who was wonderful! Myra helped me pick a few dresses to try on that would be good for my figure. Myra definitely knew what she was doing. The dress I chose was definitely not a dress I would have ever picked on my own but it was beautiful on!! I cant wait until my sons wedding so I can wear it!!

Seem to just sell to large size women. They needed to advertise that. Was a wasted trip.

I worked with Kathy to look at wedding dresses. They had a few dresses that were Eve of Milady Bridals Gowns that I really liked. Kathy took the time to follow up with me the day after. I ended up finding my dress at another store, but Stardust also had a nice selection!

Mother of the Bride here - Stardust Celebrations has a lovely selection of dresses, and Myra, my consultant, was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. The other moms shopping were encouraging each other and it was a fun environment. The alterations estimate was quick, reasonable and the seamstress clearly understands the nuances of formalwear tailoring. Theres many places you can shop for a Mother dress, I should have started with Stardust!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. This was my 8th bridal shop and by far the best experience I had. Paik was amazing and truly listened to what I said. She actually ended up picking the dress I said yes too. You won’t regret going here

Dont waste your time here. My wife and fellow bridesmaids bought their dresses here and they came in way to big. When she called and talked to the manager (Robin), the lady told her there was nothing they could do about it even though they were the ones who screwed up. Having to get them altered elsewhere to fit. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Stardust is the only place I will refer people to from now on! My daughter and I visited two other shops looking for her wedding gown. What was supposed to be a special memory for us quickly deteriorated into a frustrating experience with poor customer service, chaotic showrooms and limited merchandise. We then walked into Stardust and our world changed! It was serene, elegant and classy. Merchandise was plentiful and prices were competitive. But best of all was Lauren Stephan! She was our consultant who helped us with everything. She listened to what my daughter wanted, and she respected our limited budget. She was funny, smart and creative. She completely understood the heart and mind of a bride -- and the heart and mind of a mother-of-the-bride. We left with the dress of my daughters dreams, after sharing tears of joy and a glass of champagne with Lauren! It was an afternoon we will remember forever. Thank you Lauren and Stardust!

I had a wonderful experience finding my wedding dress at Stardust Celebrations. My stylist, Jessica Douglass, was bubbly and sweet but also very knowledgeable and helpful in finding my dress. I felt that Jessica was genuinely trying to help me find the dress that fit my budget and the style of my wedding and she wasnt pushy at all. I also had a baby 10 weeks before my first appointment and all of the ladies at Stardust gave me a great confidence boost on my post-baby body. They made me feel really beautiful in my wedding gown. It was a pleasure to work with everyone at the shop and Im excited to go back to choose my bridesmaids dresses and accessories (not to mention to pick out my sons tiny tux)!

I am SO happy I went to Stardust to find my wedding dress. I am recently engaged and only have five months until the wedding. That being said, finding the dress was really important and needed to happen really quickly. Courtney L. was my bridal stylist, and she was outstanding. She took me on for an appointment last minute but was patient, energetic, and helpful. She truly listened to me regarding my style and what I wanted from my wedding dress. Jessica was my consultant. She was absolutely amazing. The facility is amazing as well. I even got to meet the designer of one of the dresses I tried on. Jessica took in every little detail, making my appointment enjoyable and stress free. Most importantly, she found me the most perfect dress. She is seriously the best bridal consultant I worked with out of all of the Dallas area bridal shops (and believe me, Ive been to ALL of them LOL). She knew the name of the dress, the type of fabric, if they could make it in Ivory vs White, what the order timeline was like, and the list goes on for EVERY dress I tried on! I had the most wonderful experience working with Kathy at Stardust. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel like an absolute princess. Kathy was super cognizant of the style I was going for with a wedding dress as well as budget. Her energy for helping us find the perfect dress was super contagious. Kathy allowed for my mom, grandmother and friend to be consumed in the process and celebrate (with champagne!) After leaving and not buying a dress (due to this being the first place I went and living out of town), she mailed me a personalized note thanking me for coming in and reached out to make sure I was finding the perfect dress. I came back from out of town to become a Stardust bride because of the experience I had with Kathy and their team! Highly recommend!!

Marianne was a pleasure to work with during my appointment here! She was accommodating, listened to my likes and dislikes and was full of knowledge. She had a sound understanding of what we could possibly change with the dresses and was extremely helpful! Though it was not where I found my dream dress, I would 100% recommend!!

I wasnt expecting to get the Royal Treatment when I scheduled my appointment to try on some gowns; but that is EXACTLY what I got! I came in and worked with Marianne and let me tell you, she is by far the best of the best. I love how funny, honest, and professional she was. I tried on 6 dresses and the very first one I tried on was my dream dress!!!! I said YES to the dress!!!!! I highly recommend this place and encourage people to work with Marianne! We had a great experience ordering all of the dresses for the bridesmaids. We had an AWFUL experience working with Marianne for the groom and groomsmans tuxes. She could never find her notes about any conversation that we had about color cut etc and wasted hours on the phone trying to re-design something that we had already talked about. She continuously talked down to the boys how they were incompetent to dress themselves. Last minute, she forced them to come in and get fitted because she couldnt find her notes from before. To top it off, Marianne RUINED our honeymoon. Immediately after the wedding, the best man returned all of the tuxes, but 2 days into our honeymoon she called frantically and said she was going to charge us a lot of money because our tuxes werent returned. And then left the office for 2 days. We frantically called the best man, the hotel, the venue tried to track them down. Everyone we called said that Marianne was the only person we could talk to- no one else at stardust could help us. After having to take time away from our honeymoon, she finally said Well maybe they are here and put us on hold as she looked again and found the tuxes that had been there the whole time. No apology. Just incompetence. I would suggest Stardust Celebrations to get bridesmaids dresses etc, but until Marianne Stayer Phillips no longer works there, do not work with Stardust to get mens outfits.

Courtney was amazing to work with. She was 100% attentive to me and focused on finding me the perfect dress. She listened to what I wanted and let me try on dresses that maybe she didnt think I would like but still let me try them on. There were a few dealers choice dresses in there as well, which looked great on. I went back for a 2nd consultation and she was still the same amazing person I remember. I loved working with Courtney. In the end, I ended up selecting a dress from another store, however, Courtney was awesome and made my experience at Stardust first class!

Stardust Celebrations not only has an extensive bridal gown collection, but their accessory collection is equally great, such as these earrings that we gave to our bridal party. Recommended place.

Paik was amazing!!! She was attentive and kind and took all of the things I wanted in a dress into account. She hand picked a dress that I ended up choosing to be MY wedding dress. It is everything I wanted and I’m so excited. The staff was so kind and made me feel so special.

The first time I visited Stardust Celebrations I had 7 others with me, Marianne made everybody laugh and feel special. She was great, super fun and upbeat! I had visited two other bridal shops prior and had one decent experience and one not so good experience. Everything about Stardust was wonderful. The dress were all beautiful and good qualify. The staff was welcoming and so helpful!! I showed Marianne a few pictures of my vison and what I was wanting. She went through and found about 8 or 9 dresses and from them I found EXACTLY what I wanted. It was perfect! Her background in design and years experience with designer really made her more than amazing! I highly recommend going to Stardust Celebrations for your bridal gown, bridesmaids dress, mother of the bride dress, or anything else you can think of!

I had Jessica as my consultant and she was INCREDIBLE. Within 5 minutes of meeting her I felt extremely comfortable and by the end of the appointment I felt as if she were another member of my own wedding party. Jessica was very methodical about how she selected dresses for me and made sure I was not just happy - but that I was actually having fun through each step of the process. She was respectful of my budget, informative, and knowledgeable. I would absolutely refer all of my current and future bride friends to Jessica at Stardust!

She not only found my dream gown within my budget for me, but I actually left feeling better about myself than I did when I came in! I came into Stardust Celebrations for my last stop of the day after a long day of wedding dress shopping. The service was amazing! They make you feel so special. Marianne was amazing. She knew exactly what type of dresses would look great on my figure and was able to tie that into my vision. After successfully making my mom cry (finally!) with the perfect dress, they brought us champagne to celebrate. It was the perfect experience!

I came to Stardust for my very first dress appointment, and Courtney made the experience so smooth and special. She went out of her way to make sure I could tell how I would actually look in every dress, and she gave her honest opinion of each one. I ultimately got my dress elsewhere, but I wanted to give credit where it’s due to her and Stardust for their customer service!

Stardust ruined our wedding suit rentals - Employee did not do what she promised. My daughter ordered rented suits for her fiancee and three groomsmen. She specifically requested the Mad Men look of fitted suits with slim legs and tight fitting jackets. She emailed a photo from Stardusts advertisement that showed a slim fitting suit. She placed the order and it took 3 weeks for the suits to arrive. They arrived 6 days before the wedding and LOOK NOTHING LIKE WHAT SHE REQUESTED!!! The jackets are large and pants are baggy. The store offered to play with the grooms suit to make it slimmer and the next day he picked up the suit. The suit is UGLY, the lining shows under the lapel and the color looks black and not navy. We are so disappointed in Stardust Celebrations. They promised a product and did not deliver. We are stuck trying to find the suits we want and the wedding is 3 days away!

My friend is getting married and had an appointment here. We ended up with Courtney and she was AMAZING. She wasnt only listening to the bride, but she was listening to all of us and making changes and tweaks on the fly. She was super sweet and didnt have that look of frustration. Even when my friend said she had to go home and decompress, she wasnt mad that she didnt buy something that day.

Stardust was my very first bridal appointment. And Courtney Lemons was my consultant. She is fantastic!! I truly enjoyed my time and experience at Stardust. It was fun, the facility is great and spacious, I felt that we accomplished a lot and Courtney was beyond helpful and effective. I walked away from the appointment with a solid potential, but didnt end up buying my dress there. However, Courtney was extremely helpful in pointing me in the right direction. Without hesitation, I would recommend any future bride, bridesmaid and mother of the bride to put Stardust on their short list of boutiques to shop at.

Not helpful. Our bridesmaid dresses were ordered at the end of January with the agreement that the dresses would arrive in the colors ordered in time for our wedding. When the dresses arrived Friday of last week three of the colors were completely different than what was ordered. We decided to live with one of the colors but the other two were too far off. We attempted to contact the shop but the individual in charge was on the sales floor helping customers. We asked to get a call back immediately and did not receive one until a few days later. The staff indicated that they did not know of the discontinued colors until after the order arrived. Do they not receive confirmations of orders placed from their vendor? Ive worked in the garment industry 20 years and know the processes for sourcing from overseas. Factories will not go to production until after orders are authorized. Deviations from fabric/specs must be approved or production is halted. The non-communication and lack of sense of urgency is not acceptable. We wont be recommending this shop to anyone!

Thanks to Kathy I had a wonderful experience finding my wedding dress. Everyone was really nice and incredibly helpful. I was able to find the most amazing dress ever and Kathy and the rest of the staff made me feel special from the moment I arrive to when I left. The drive was worth the experience! I am extremely excited to go back!!

I had the best experience here! Marianne helped me find my dream dress by taking the time and constructing it on a dress that was beautiful but just not me yet. She knew what would look good on me and put the dress of my dreams together. I cant say enough great things about my experience here.

Wow, such nice people to work with here! I came during the ice storm to let one of my bridesmaids order her dress and they stayed open so she could do that. They went above and beyond what they needed to do and I was very thankful of that. Had such a great experience with my bridesmaid dresses here! Way better than some of the other places I had gone to in the Dallas area.

If you have plus sized bridesmaids, dont waste your time looking at StarDust Celebrations. I had such high hopes and loved the dresses online. They only have a few dresses in store above a 12 and they are honestly the most unattractive dresses they own. I asked them how you are supposed to know what will look good if your bridesmaids cant try the dresses on, and their response was, we know what will look good. Im sorry, but as a plus size person myself, I am not going to make anyone wear a dress they have not gotten to see themselves in. You cant expect plus size women to just trust that you will know what looks good on their body and blindly buy a $200 dress.

Kathy was amazing at narrowing down the dresses I might like based on my preferences. She did not at all pressure me to make a purchase that day (as I had experienced at other shops) and she truly made the experience fun for me.The rest of the staff was great as well. They offered additional services (i.e. planning help) but did not pressure me. And, more importantly, they made me feel very beautiful!Id definitely recommend Stardust to friends and family shopping for wedding dresses or bridesmaids dresses.

This place was amazing! The entire staff was great to work with especially my consultant Marianne Phillips. She took the time to hear what I was looking for and she picked out the perfect gown!! The owners even came over and introduced themselves. They made the whole experience wonderful with a champagne toast after I said YES to the dress!!!

I had been to 2 other salons, and kinda feeling Meh about the dresses I tried on. I found this salon on google and decided to pop in and check it out, not really expecting much out of my pop in visit. When I arrived they were super friendly and got me talking with a stylist, Sandra. After listening to what I was looking for, She let me pick out dresses from some designers she thought would suite me and let me tell you- this turned into the best bridal salon visit ever! All the dresses were right up my alley. She and her colleague Robin made me feel so special, and I FOUND MY DRESS!!!! I couldnt be happier with their service and how they made me feel like such a beautiful bride. Thank you both Sandra and Robin!!!

If you want a high end bridal experience, this is the place! If not, maybe steer clear. Staff here is very friendly, but you do pay the price for the service as well as the gowns.

This was my third (and final) appointment in a very stressful weekend of wedding dress searching! I’m an out-of-town bride, so I only had a few days to select my dress. I thought I had found what I wanted at another shop, and came in here just to make sure. Marianne listened to my likes and dislikes with dresses, pulled the dress I liked the best, and started working! She has a deep knowledge of what can and cannot be changed on a dress, and she immediately saw my body’s lines/my cup size/my long torso and pulled dresses she thought would work. Lo and behold, the final dress she put me in was my dress! My previous favorite paled in comparison to how perfectly my dress worked on me. I felt bridal and beautiful, and Marianne made it all happen. She was funny and engaging and changed my whole tune with dress shopping! She also didn’t push when I needed to take a lunch break to decide. Plus, Stardust is so professional with sizing and ordering. Had a wonderful time shopping with my family for dresses. Dee Dee Crumb was incredibly helpful and we had a fabulous time! Selected two beautiful dresses and plan to go back to find rehearsal dinner dresses. Thank you Dee Dee and Stardust for making what could have been a stressful experience a true delight!

We went to at least 8 other places, and this was the best place BY FAR. Incredible options of dresses and designers, and even more incredible staff. We worked with Kathy, who was amazing, but everyone there was as excited as our family was to find THE dress. Robin and Krista helped us as well, and they were all so supportive. Kathy even stayed with us after they were closed, on Sunday, to do second looks at a dress. Overall, best dresses, best staff, and best overall experience. Not to mention, the champagne was delicious. Highly recommend everyone to stop by this store on their search to “Say yes to the dress!”

Marianne was my stylist and she was exceptional from the moment my mother, grandmother, and I started our appointment! She got to know me by asking so many questions to both my mother and I, and she helped me find the most perfect dress for my day! I went to a few other bridal boutiques in Dallas, and this was by far our best experience! I am looking forward to working with Stardust Celebrations over the next few months until the big day!

Mary Anne is a sweetheart. Very Knowledgeable and friendly. She is very honest and straight forward. You can tell that she loves what she does and is here for the brides. We flew down from Miami and she made our experience worthwhile..

I have been to several bridal shops within the past few weeks, and even though my wedding was too close to order a dress, I have never had as wonderful service anywhere as I did here with Jesse. He was very considerate and helpful, even patient with how picky I am. Thank you so much Jesse for help and sense of style! I normally dont write reviews but felt the need to review Stardust Celebrations with 5 stars. My experience at this bridal salon was pleasurable from the moment I made my appointment through the experience of trying on multiple gowns and finally purchasing my gown at Stardust. Wendy Schneider, my bridal consultant, was such a joy to work with and made my experience effortless. Being introduced to one of the owners while trying on my gown gave the experience that special touch and care that brides truly want when picking their gowns. Getting married for the second time and much later in life was a different experience than the first time and working with Wendy along with the people at Stardust made this very special time in my life even better.

My mom and I had the best experience with Courtney L! After trips to many wedding dress boutiques and having no luck, we had high hopes for our Stardust experience and they were definitely met. She was a perfect match for us and knew exactly how to work with us to help us find the perfect dress! She was hilarious, helped us to relax and feel comfortable, and definitely made our experience at Stardust.

I want to thank Kathy for assisting me on my wedding dress shopping experience. I found my dress at Stardust Celebrations, and I absolutely love it! My complaints on Stardust Celebrations, are they dont serve champagne until you purchase a dress, it is a little stuffy, Kathy brought dresses to me that were out of my budget and the people that work at Stardust Celebrations need to be a little more personable. I had gone to Bridal Boutique before going to Stardust Celebrations, and I almost choose the other dress at Bridal Boutique because of my experience with Melissa versus Stardust Celebrations was better. Its a gorgeous establishment and it has beautiful dresses, but Stardust Celebrations needs to loosen up, serve some champs, and remember this experience is once in a lifetime!

Jessica is absolutely incredible at her job! I contacted Stardust looking for a particular gown because they are the only shop in Texas who carries the designer I wanted. I did not honestly think that I would leave having purchased a dress, as this was my first bridal fitting. I did not know what to expect upon arrival, but I could not have asked for a better experience. First, Jessica sat down with me to get an idea of my ideal style requirements, then she chose several gowns from different designers based on the gown specificities and price points that I provided. Every gown that she chose was spectacular: they fit me well, the matched my style, and were all quite flattering. In the end I chose a dress that she almost had to beg me to try on. I never thought that I would have chosen a dress by this designer, but thanks to Jessicas expert eye and gentle persuasion, I realized that gown was exactly what I wanted but could not envision. I give credit to Hayley Paige as well, since she designed the gown! The ladies at Stardust Celebrations are so professional and welcoming; they truly understand the importance of the service they provide. My expectations were far exceeded, and I will definitely visit them again to find my bridesmaid dresses.

They were metculous to every detail for my Daughters wedding. What a wonderful experience.

I worked with Jesse in the bridesmaids section. As a bride, he made my experience worry free, especially considering my bridesmaids couldnt all come in on the same day. He was great about giving updates from the designer after the dresses were purchased. I also was very happy with his recommendations for colors. I was very happy with his service and would recommend Stardust Celebrations to anyone looking for the perfect dress for their bridesmaids.

I had an amazing experience from the minute I walked into Stardust. Devan helped me and was very attentive and positive the entire time. Every dress I tried on she would listen to what I liked and didnt like about it narrowing it down and bringing more dresses that were exactly what I wanted. Devan was amazing and they have everything that you could ever dream of in the store to order. We also got our bridesmaids dresses here. My timeframe was SUPER quick (less than two months), but they worked with me and worked fast to get exactly what I wanted!! I was not having any luck finding me a dress for my sons wedding so I went with my future-daughter-in-law for her fitting. Christine was fabulous and helped me pick out the perfect dress. Stardust Celebrations is an amazing place where ideas become reality.Stardust and the people who work their are amazing. I went in on October 26, 2013 looking for a bridal gown I could make my own. Only one other place had my interest but Stardust really made me feel cherished not as a potential client but a person looking for something out of the ordinary in a Typical gown situation.Marianne the Bridal consultant really saw my vision for the gown I was wanting. After trying on several gowns in various areas. Stardust really found an amazing gown that made me look and feel like the bride I wanted to be and could see my vision in. After a month of thought I went back and saw Marianne she was so happy and made my experience worth coming back. The entire team at stardust helped me to see my vision for my wedding and helped me find my gown. Here I not only found the help I needed but the experience and vision that was needed to make this a reality.Today was the biggest surprise of them all from Stardust. Originally the gown was quoted on being in around March to April. Well this morning Marianne called me to tell me My Gown arrived this morning. I was surprised because I ordered my gown back in November which was not very long ago. I am really excited to be working with Stardust on my wedding dreams and would recommended them to every bride I know. The service is amazing, The staff make you feel welcome and apart of the family. Plus their understanding in weddings and gowns help those looking to make an idea into a dream come true.

I had the pleasure of working with Marsha and her team for my wedding recently. They are amazing!! They handled everything down to the smallest detail and made sure our day went off without a hitch! If anything did go wrong that day, we had no idea and were stress free! They are so creative and thoughtful with everything and want to make sure that youre happy with the final outcome. Had a wonderful experience at Stardust thanks to my consultant Kathy. She reached out to me before our appointment to get a brief understanding at what I was envisioning so that she could have some pieces ready to show me when I arrived. She made sure that my guests felt a part of the experience, allowed them to walk with us and look at dresses, got everyone water, so I really appreciated that. I had printed out some dresses I was interested in that I saw on their website, so we looked through them and pulled each one. She also made it a point to stay within my budget constraints but at the same time pulling pieces that really went with what look I was going for. I did not say yes to the dress that day as I am very much a sleep on it kind of person. But she followed up that afternoon with a phone call and I even received a personal handwritten card from her. She definitely went above and beyond.

It was such a pleasure working with Dee Dee Crumb to find the perfect Grandmother of the Bride dress. She found a different one than what I was looking for and I loved it (so did the Mother of the Bride)!! Thank you Dee Dee! Beverly

Devan was completely amazing! She was great at picking dresses to fit my taste without me even giving her much guidance. Its like she understood what I was looking for even better than I did. I had gone to one other dress store before Stardust, and I didnt find anything I liked. It was a spur of the moment decision to stop at Stardust. Devin did such a great job that I have a top 5 to pick from now. Definitely a wonderful experience.

Marianne is the best in the business. There is no other person I would trust with helping me dive into the many dresses that Stardust has to offer. Being stressed out with having to find a dress in one weekend, Marianne calmed my nerves by assuring me I would know the dress when I put it on. The first time I heard her say that my 5-year-old self had to like the dress I thought she was crazy. But little did I know what she was talking about until I saw what she meant. She made me feel so comfortable and was very prepared to help me find the dress of my dreams...and she did! I am one of those brides that has been thinking about weddings since I was in middle school. I went to Stardust when I was 18 just to see some dresses in person. The people there were so kind and let me try on a $10,000 gown without an appointment. Years later, when I actually got engaged, Stardust was the first appointment on my list. The experience was very enjoyable and everyone was very accommodating. I was surprised to find that the consultants had no problem with pictures being taken. This made the experience fun and I have pictures to look back on the day.The dresses at Stardust can be pricey, but I found most that I tried on to be reasonably priced (for wedding gowns). Stardust seems to have the best selection and the widest range of dresses in the Dallas area.

Unbelievable store, and even more of an unbelievable experience. I am from Denver, and shopped around a few stores here in Colorado, but nothing compared to Stardust. I worked with Marianne, and I cant say enough how awesome she was. She made my experience even better than I could have imagined! She listened to what I wanted and led me to buy the perfect wedding dress! Not only did I buy my dress, but I was able to pick out bridesmaids and flower girl dresses. Their selections are unbelievable! Its a one stop shop! I highly recommend shopping here for your big day!

I had such a wonderful experience working with Marianne picking out my accessories. She knew exactly what I wanted and was so sweet. She even called my dresses designer and had me say hello to him! An absolutely unforgettable experience.

Im really neutral. I got the exact dress I wanted here, but I wouldnt say the customer service was over the top. Unfortunately, we didnt get the great welcoming environment at this salon that one typically expects and we got other salons - champagne, a beautiful 3 mirror pedestal. Its a large salon and doesnt provide an overall personal experience (i.e. when you call you basically call a call center.. I guess? its weird and have to go through a phone tree). The saleswoman I worked with kind of shamed me, for lack of a better work, for planning a wedding in about 5 months and not having purchasing a dress sooner – even though I wasn’t engaged, lol. The salon was completely empty when I went in for my first appointment at 11am (when they open), but I was put in a mediocre fitting room and basically rushed through my appointment. The woman I worked with didnt hardly listen to what I wanted and I had to pull my own dresses to get what I wanted. Overall, I was happy to get my dream dress at a great deal, but given the opportunity I would have gladly purchased it from another boutique, with kinder associates.

If you do not have at least $1,700 to spend on a wedding dress do NOT even bother making an appointment here!! I saw on their website that their dresses start at $1,700 but I thought surely they have dresses that are lower in price they just arent advertising it so I book an appointment (my budget is a few hundred dollars below $1,700 mind you) because I still wanted to see what this massive bridal boutique had to offer. I got an Email from the lady that was supposed to be my stylist with the usual questions on style preference, color scheme etc and of course the question on what my budget is. I was honest and told her what my budget is and I sent photos from their website of specific dresses I still wanted to try on regardless of price just to SEE the styles on me! She sends me a response basically implying that I would not be allowed to try on those dresses because of my budget, I want you to look at the Beautiful line and Martin Thornburg they have dresses closer to your price point, AND she tried to push me off to their cheaper sister salon all the way in downtown Dallas, Our sister salon Lulus is so much better for you for the price, I can make an appointment for you if you would like!!! I understand it would be a bummer to fall in love with a dress that is out of budget BUT its NEVER ok to treat someone like they arent worth your time just because they arent willing to spend $1,700+ on a freaking wedding dress! I read other 1-star reviews and this seems to be a pattern for this salon, all they care about is their commission. Also, when I called to cancel the lady was not very friendly either; I called back an hour later to make 100% sure my appointment was cancelled since I received no confirmation Email and she cut me off mid-sentence to say Yes it is cancelled, I cancelled it myself. They charge you $50 if you dont cancel before the 24 hour mark so beware of that! You are selling very expensive dresses you should not be gouging people even more money with such a ridiculous cancelation policy.

This was not the first time I was shopping for a dress but felt the difference the minute I walked in. The staff is very friendly & the place is very nice with the grand entrance staircase. I went there with my brother and mother and was helped by Marianne. She was perfect! So friendly & fun with many great tips! My brother and mother loved her. She was very experienced and picked the dress right away, its like she knew me! Haha well all I can say is thank you Marianne & Stardust for helping me find The Dress & getting me one step closer to the big day. Cant wait!! 😊

I was so disappointed with my experiences there. I had two appointments there and they both felt so rushed. The first time, the lady didn’t listen to me at all. She threw my sister and I in a corner and treated us like we were not a priority. I gave them a second chance, and the second time was better (after we requested another consultant). But I fell in love with a specific designer and asked if specific alterations could be made. She said she would get back to me if it was possible. 2 months later, no phone call to let me know. I would have bought my dress there if they called me back, but nothing. So dissapointed. Also, if I’m spending $5K on a wedding dress, real champagne glassses would be nicer than plastic cups. I’ve been to other places to try on dresses and they are much classier.

Stardust has an excellent selection of gowns and pretty much everything else related to weddings. I found the staff to be a little short/curt so that was a little off putting. Also the stylist I had pinned me with huge seamstress pins instead of clips. I accidentally pricked myself even though she told me to be careful, so that was my bad but I just wanted to touch the dresses all over to feel what they were like. Overall I would go to Stardust as a second choice if you havent found anything elsewhere.
