After watching Food Networks Ben & Jerrys Clash of the Cone, I knew I needed to find a Ben & Jerrys storefront. Thankfully, there was one in driving distance! It was everything you could ever hope for, samples, waffles bowls, & more! Clearly, I will be going back... soon ❤

I love this place. I always order peanut butter cookies and Icecream through Doordash. So yummy and well packaged

Of course the ice cream was amazing and serving size is plentiful. My rating is not reflective of the ice cream but the overall experience. I stopped in today for the first time and disappointed by the appearance of the place. It was less than clean. The outside trash can was overflowing with trash. Once inside the place it didnt get better it was difficult to understand the ordering process(where does the line start?). The restroom was filthy, toliet paper covered the floor and there wasnt any towels to dry your hands. There was only 2 people working and one o was being trained by the other. The owner or manager should check on their store more often to ensure it is properly staffed and cleaned.

I have little over a year living in DFW and just found out about this store. I love BJs ice creams. Yes, they could be a little bit overpriced but it’s worth the extra money.

This restaurant reminds me of Cold Stone Creamery but with less flavors with a cheaper price. The ice cream was delicious though,love the cookie dough and how you get so much for the price of the ice cream. I plan to visit here again,the first impression left a memorable impression.

My family loves Ben and Jerry’s ice cream as well as I, so I decided to try out their cakes for my son’s birthday. I was not happy with the look. The taste of the cake was ok. I would prefer to have a cake layer as it is an “ice cream cake”. For the design alone, I would probably never order another cake from Ben and Jerry’s. Not sure if it was the staff working that day or if all designs come out as bad as my sons cake. You can look at their website and compare.

Super confused over the negative reviews. I ordered a cake several weeks in advance. I was supposed to pick my cake up tomorrow but due to the weather I asked if I could pick up today and they got my custom cake ready for me. They were very accommodating. The employees are friendly and I received great customer service. Lastly and the most important aspect the cake! It came out sooo cute and exactly as I had hoped. It also tasted really good too! I really enjoyed it as did my family! Keep up the good work! Also the dog treats were awesome if you have a dog I highly recommend getting them one. Our puppy loved it!

Great selection of ice cream flavors. Quick and friendly service. All staff and customers were wearing masks. My husband got the cookie dough and whiskey biz ice creams, he lived the whiskey biz. I got a caramel macchiato shake - the flavor was good but it was very thin/milky although Id requested it be made thick. Overall a good experience.

Too sweet for our taste. It is expensive and I would rather buy a pint from any local grocery store. The waffle cones have a strong cinnamon flavor that overpowers the taste of the ice cream

I came to pick up my cake and the trainee ( who was working by herself) couldnt find it. She researched the order and it was mistakenly given to another customer. She called the owner who said to get a cake from the freezer for the same price. The owner said my cake was mistakenly made at his other store and he would deliver to my house. The trainee gave me the phone with the owner and I told him I wanted my money back. He refused saying I already paid for the cake which was at his other store.

Response.I dont recall a hey yall and if you are greeting me with your head down maybe I couldnt hear it. She never had time to make any suggestion because she was too busy in her paperwork. I never said we have to ask for a sample because I have never been there before. Does your cameras provide you with audio or are you going off of what she stated? If she is 30 she doesnt look it, I guess she doesnt age gracefully, but thats another story. We actually took our business elsewhere. A place that handed out sample spoons AND provided a trash for us to discard of them. Have a wonderful day.Arrived at 3:24 pm 1/3/21, the old lady was rude and did not greet my family. This was our first time trying this place, but decided to leave since we were not greeted and the cashier did not stop looking at paperwork to even help. On top of that she refused samples with an unpleasant tone.

The first time I went to this location was great. I even got a couple free cookies! This time was underwhelming. I ordered the same thing as last time: A waffle bowl sundae. Ive been looking forward to it all week.The order was ready on time when I got there which is great, the girl behind the counter was fast and friendly, and the quality of the ingredients was good, but everything was served a la carte which means I had to make my own sundae with the ingredients they put in my bag, they forgot the whipped cream, and the waffle bowl wasnt made right.I think I get why they throw the ingredients in a bag: because they dont want the waffle bowl to get soggy and make a mess. If I have to put all the ingredients together what is the advantage of going to Ben & Jerrys instead of a grocery store? At least if I did that, I would either save some money or get more for my dollar.And let me add one other thing. A sundae without whipped cream is wrong, sir.Update: I ordered a sundae again, but this time without the waffle bowl. What they gave me looked pitiful. I asked them if its supposed to come with two scoops because the sundae option gives you two flavors so I assumed that meant two scoops. They told me 1) technically its a scoop and a half and 2) it looks like less when its served in this cup. They even said they weighed the ice cream on the scale before hand and gave me exactly the correct amount. One of these picture shows what I picked up at B&Js (Ill give you one guess which one it is). I think for $6.49 + 20% tip I should have gotten more. I am absolutely confident I didnt even get a whole scoop. Half of it is whipped cream. Not going back. I dont recommend them.

I purchased a cake for my lil sisters birthday, the cake was smaller than expected, it mightve as well been a personal cake. Im not sure if the lady there was having a bad day or perhaps Im not her usual clientele, she was VERY dry. There were bigger cakes at Kroger for less, next time I will just go with them.

Robin, the lady in charge of the online orders is an angel. I had made my order wrong at a different location. I called her location on accident to correct my order and she was awesome enough to contact them and ME to take care of and confirm the correct order even tho she didnt have to. She also made sure to contact me through text and call to make sure I was take care of.

The sales people were friendly and of course the ice cream is delicious!

The cone was not at all crispy.. and when asked my scooper about it, she said (rudely) that they make them in the morning. She offered me another cone saying that that was baked the latest but it was still soggy and non crispy.Was Very disappointed, not at all worth the money they cost.

Ive never seen a Ben and Jerrys brick and mortar location so I was stoked to see one so near me! The flavors are super yummy and the employee let us try a few different ones before deciding which ones we wanted. They had all kinds of special cones, flavors, and toppings. The pricing is a bit up there but I kind of expected that since they are already an expensive brand.The employee was super friendly, the inside was very clean, and the parking lot had plenty of parking so all of these were pluses.There was a little bit of seating on the inside but not much. We grabbed cones and left. It was a nice and quick experience. We havent gone back since the pandemic but have seen them available for delivery on GrubHub so we will probably give that a try soon. Cant wait to go back once we are all in the clear. Loved this place and our experience.

I have been eying going to Ben & Jerry’s for so long and I decided to go after work one day. The shop is located on the southbound side of Preston in a strip mall. There were 2 young girls working there and 2 women enjoying ice cream. I took my time to decide what to get. I looked at the menu and the ice cream on display in the freezer. Many of the ice cream containers looked old and/or melted and refrozen. There were also options of plain waffle cones, waffle bowls, and chocolate covered cones/bowls.I was really disappointed with the state of ice cream, but I gave it a shot an ordered a double scoop (chocolate brownie and mint chocolate) in a waffle cone. It cost almost $8. Crazy!!! The ice cream was good though. I don’t know if I would come here again. I might just go to Braum’s or another ice cream shop.

I stopped by this location last night to pick up a uber eats order, despite the sign on the door saying you must wear a mask to enter the store per the mandate being upheld in Texas, the customer inside was not wearing a mask and social distancing practices were not being upheld. The employee working the night shift on 11/8/20 was not only doing nothing about this but was also rude to other customers that came in. This is extremely off-putting, showing no regard for safety or care for their customers.

Not sure how many people they serve on a daily basis but the associate who served us seem like we were bothering her. Maybe she was doing her end-of-shift duties but the two other people I came in with felt the same way.

The lady works like a sloth. I have to wait for about 10 minutes to get my order. Because she is working on her cookies.

I brought my son in today as a treat since he’s leaving for the weekend. As someone who can’t have dairy, I was really excited that vegan ice cream was available so he and I could both have some.Turns out, as I sit here with my stomach cramping, they use the same scoops and cleaning wells for all ice cream, unless you specifically tell them not to. So my vegan ice cream wasn’t.When the owner called me back, to his credit quickly, I felt he was condescending, rude, aggressive and didn’t actually care. Not once did he offer any sincere apology or attempt to make it right.I’m from an area of the country that understands that most people who order vegan anything are doing so because they have to. The vegan option is NEVER the best tasting one so almost no one chooses it for fun. It doesn’t make sense to me to offer a non dairy option that is cross contaminated with dairy.At any rate, I’m sure this place is fine if you have no dietary issues. If you do though, just know your dairy free option isn’t in fact dairy free.They do apparently post a sign advising to let them know if you have an allergy. I didn’t see it, and again, with my experiences in most places offering vegan options, didn’t think I had to specify that I didn’t want dairy when I ordered non dairy ice cream.

Just took my kiddos for a summer ice cream treat. They loved it! The woman working there was very sweet and let my kids try several flavors. I have to admit... I got two scoops for myself as well. Delicious!

Called to confirm they had a flavor, when I get there the next day, nobody has ever seen it. So I buy a different flavor, $7 for a pint that costs 5 at any grocery store. Its now clear why Texans prefer Braums. Ill never visit a Ben & Jerrys store again.

One would expect that they should go to Ben and Jerry’s and get good service given the quality of their ice cream and that we visited the actual establishment in hopes of an authentic experience. Unfortunately, when my friends and I went to this store and returned home with our ice cream, we found that, while we had paid for two pints (a quart of ice cream)— we received containers that were anything but full and only filled about 1/2- 3/4 of the way. Not only that but it looks haphazardly made and packed with paper.Furthermore, while we were at the store they let 3 people skip us and continued to assure us that they “had not forgotten us” even though our order was generally simple order— no toppings, syrups, or extras.We will honestly not be returning to this location.

We had a small party at home and ordered ice cream from this store. The experience with them was extraordinary. Mr. Ross took great care of us even though we just order a small order from them. He gave accurate information, respond our email fast and very well organized. Ice cream were delivered frozen. And everything that we ordered arrive as it should. Our guests loves the ice cream. Home party turned into something more special. We really appreciate Mr.s Ross and His team for awesome work.

I went today (Friday) after work, around 3. A group of college kids were there with a big order I guess. . . One person in front of me was picking up an order. . . & only ONE person working . They should really hire more people. Also, they need to update the menu that they have up on the wall because I wanted to taste one of the flavors, but it’s been discontinued.

Loose the plastic cups and bring back the plastic straws. I didnt make it out parking lot and my eco-friendly paper straw clalapsed.

The ice cream is superb and all of the cups and spoons and straws are biodegradable. Amanda was very friendly and helpful and gave us a nice amount of ice cream in each cup/come. You get what you pay for! :) Going to come more now that I know this place exists.

I came in today for some ice cream and was very happy with the service. The employee working was very knowledgeable on the flavors and he let me and my family try all the flavors we asked for. Also very patient and helpful. 10/10 would go again.

Sounds like we had the same experience as some other folks. The freezers werent cold enough to keep the ice cream firm and it was very melty. They had several flavors in the case that there wasnt enough to make a single scoop and they didnt offer to bring out new cartons. My daughter finally had to settle on her third choice. The real surprise was that three single scoops was over $18.00, and they also asked for a tip! Under certain conditions Ben & Jerrys is the best, but that wasnt our experience on 9/15/2018

We visited on a Friday night and it was suprisingly quiet, which Im assuming is contributed to the cold weather. We were helped instantly and the employee was funny and friendly and offered us samples since we couldnt decide. I ended up getting half of the coconut ice cream and half of the dairy free one I think. Pretty good! Would recommend!

It was great as usual but the best thing was the young man that exhibited great customer service. I didn’t catch his name but he is an asset to your business.

Dont even bother. I bought a sundae and the ice cream was old. It had freezer burn taste. And the place was dirty. I thought about walking out at first because it smelled in there. It made me sick and ruined my entire day. Thank God I didnt have my kids with me. Pathetic

Skip it. Go to central market, the Italian place up the road, or the grocery store and buy yourself some ice cream. I get that the price is based on a lot of factors, but my word, $6.00 for a cup of partially melted ice cream (the ac is out... oh, the ac guy just got here) is ridiculous. They should have offered half price for the ice cream today. Seriously, poor customer service. My daughter just said, Im done. Its all melted. Nope, were gonna drink it then!!!!

It was cool to see flavors not found at the store, but a bit overpriced to just get a scoop. Im thinking the freezers could stand to be a little colder since my scoop was just a smidge thicker than a shake. Had to eat it faster than I wanted so I wasnt wearing it down my hand. ( and I normally eat fast)

It says closed at 11pm but these people close early every damn time so change it to 10pm. Super annoying. 🙄 Good ice cream though. I don’t want to go to Paciuago or Braum’s.

Recently learned we had a Ben and Jerry’s store in Dallas and was so excited to try it but just arrived at 8:45pm on a Monday and the lights are on but the door is locked and no one is inside or answering the phone. No information about a temporary closing. Maybe call and check if they’re actually open if you’re driving up from Dallas.UPDATE: Manager said he would send me coupons to make up for the employee mysteriously in the back for 30 mins a few weeks ago. Never sent them. finally decide to go up again and there’s is one employee who doesn’t come out for 5 minutes from the back. Comes out and has to have customers repeat orders multiple times, is constantly sniffing and going into the back (she didn’t even have an ice cream scoop in the front), the counters are messy and full of used gloves and open containers of food. Employee seems to not know what is going on at all, seriously couldn’t even peel a banana correctly. She was talking about how the other employee “didn’t want to work but she’s in the back” so it sounds like the employees here have some kind of issue keeping them unbalanced and in the back frequently. Really disappointed. I hope this is not an accurate representation of the Ben and Jerry’s brand.

The ice cream is great of course, terrible service from a blonde cashier woman with bad tattoos. Didnt want to work at all and delayed me leaving because the icecream flavor I wanted was frozen so take that for what its worth.

This place its ok for an ice cream parlor, nothing out of the ordinary. It is what you expect from Ben & Jerrys flavor. Dont expect fancy, but prepare yourself to pay more than expected. The service its ok and they offer free sampling, so you are sure about which flavor to order.
