Place to go to before party, esp. Halloween party. It has everything you need for decoration/ dress up.. Fast check out. Good price. Highly recommended!

Big store! Was able to find everything I was looking for my little girls Halloween outfit, as a black cat... going to come back next for my son!

Costumes were low ( understandable being 2 weeks until Halloween) however had to track down staff to look for costumes on the wall and that was near impossible. Staff would then get sidetracked and not come back for 20 minutes. This made the process super frustrating.

Some helped and other didn’t. Buy cashier was vey kind. So 5 stars for sure. Service can use some help when clients wants something and are unable to find, I suggest someone takes them to the area rather then giving them Isle number. That’s my suggestion.

Today I was very frustrated when I made it to the party city store. Being a single parent it’s not always easy to shop. Ms. Bernice was actually working behind the register. She stopped ringing customers up & gave me her undivided attention. This meant a lot to me. I will forever shop at this party city.Customer service 10+

Very disappointed in the service we received even we ordered 100 balloons to be delivered to the park for a memorial balloons release... were supposed to be delivered by 4 .. we received half of our order and didnt even receive a courtesy call to let us know the other half of the delivery would be late .. we will not use party city again

Its my first time in a Party City. I brought in some balloons and Jennifer informed me that they usually dont accept balloons out of their original packaging but that she would make an exception for me. Im extremely grateful as its only 2 hours before the party. Everyone was really nice. Mary said Hello to my sister and I while shopping, its nice to get acknowledged. Sydney was very quick to fill the balloons and was very pleasant when handing them to us. Great service! Thank you!

Came to get some balloons and stood at the counter for several minutes waiting for someone to assist me. The workers ignored me and instead prattled on to each other about how busy they were and to just “keep your head down and keep going”. A simple “sorry we’re busy, we’ll be with you shortly” or any acknowledgement really would’ve been better than ignoring your customer. I’ll buy my own helium tank and fill balloons myself if it means I dont have to come here again 🤷🏼‍♀️

Had a pleasant time shopping there. Ms. Roxane made it fun. I was looking for cowboy attire and she pointed directly to the Dallas cowboys attire. I started laughing because what I meant to say was western cowboy attire😄! Either way I got what I came for and got a laugh out of it also.

Very empty store we went last week for in outfit gor Halloween and not much to choose only they have is coming up custom so we walk out right away nothing else we can find

Great customer service! We went in for costumes. I recommend checking them before you pay because I bought a cheerleader costume and the top was missing. Luckily I had to exchange my sons costume for a smaller size anyways so it worked out. Sydney was amazing! They were so busy but she helped me quickly with getting the new costumes and making sure all the pieces were there. The girl that helped us before, I could not remember her name, I’m so sorry. But she was an Hispanic girl that had pigtails. She was there the first time and she was so sweet and made great small talk with my kids!

They did not offer Sukkot decorations 😔 Would like to see them stock Jewish community decorations.

This store is cool, but a lot of things shown online in store are out of stock. And everyone minus 1 guy restocking was chillin behind the counter. Seemed to be the place to be.

I have been trying to get a hold of somebody at this location for multiple days m. I’ve been on hold multiple times for 10+ minutes at a time. The woman just now that picked up the phone was extremely rude I explain to her what’s been going on over the last few days of me trying to get a hold of somebody. She then proceeded to tell me “well your not gonna like me because I have to put you on hold” “we’re busy”... I will never place a balloon order at this location again.

Costumes extravaganza.. for all occasions

Let me tell you first that I only write reviews when Im highly satisfied. If I could give this location a rating of 10 I would! The store manager and the associates has exceeded my expectations. When I told them the ideas of my custom balloon order, they offered me suggestions, and even gave me time for me to think about it.During the days I was waiting, they called to notify me the recent change of store hours and have rearranged another pickup time which I thought was really considerate! I managed to create my own garland balloon weight and when I picked up my order, they assisted me in attaching it to the balloons!I later had some questions about the nature of my balloons because I didnt know if it was defective or normal but when I called, they had such a welcoming greeting and offered me to bring it in for them to take a look. They inspected it, told me what happened, and then offered to recreate my order!! They even took the time to know the story of my occasion and was very understanding of the situation ❤! I couldnt give enough thanks to these folks and wish I could give back to them!If youre skeptical about making a trip here because of other reviewers, listen, just have patience, kindness, an open mind and understand that whatever online availability there is about certain items, its not always accurate. Its like that with all retail stores.

Found everything I needed for 2 mother and daughter Halloween costumes! Minnie mouse and My little Pony Rainbow Dash, being older Im very impressed with the stock for myself and my almost 3 year old daughter!

Balloons in had to be purchased twice for service, no high float in them. Shorted on original. Eventually, after several attempts a refund.

Customer service is very slow employees doing more talking to each other than work.

The cashier didnt tell that the return policy is changed. I bought a few items and returned a few of them 2days later with original packaging and receipts. They said we cant accept it at the Halloween time!! If I knew that the policy is changed, i was not going to write the review and was not going to buy additional items.

Got exactly what we were there for, but bought a st. Pattys day light-up novelty necklace also, and the battery was dead.Returning it soon.

Has a good selection. Lines are long and slow. Past holiday decor is never labeled as a price reduction which is frustrating! Staff is not the friendliest or offers help.

Rude staff!! No one pick up the phone and no voice mail!! After so many attempts, finally someone picked up. Unfortunately, she put me on hold immediately before I could even say a thing. I was on hold for a while, and finally hung up an called a again. The same girl picked it up. I told her no one answered the phone and I got put on hold forever. No apologies whatsoever.

The store was good but the person you had to ask for costumes was not very good. You ask about a particular costume and she would say that it was in stock so you walked to pick up only to be told no we dont carry that one. After 2 times I gave up. Found some other things I needed and checked out

Great store. Clean and organized. I had so much fun shopping for cool party stuff. I will go back to Party City but maybe to a different location. Checkout staff was a little disengaged. Do they hate their jobs or just having a bad day? They seem to disappear and hesitate to approach the cash register as if maybe they are hoping I just leave and dont pay...? For a moment I wasnt sure what to do and I actually apologized when she rang me up as if I had interrupted her day with my purchase. She didnt acknowledge it respond! Fun time over. :(

I looked, but I couldnt find even one party. Also, I dont think they understand what a city is, because its not a city. Its a store. They should call this place no party store. But they do have a lot of great party supplies, and the store was nice and clean. So they got that going for them, which is nice.

Hmm.. I don’t know how I felt about this current visit. The staff were helpful towards me but felt tension amongst the staff. There was a lack of communication with my order. They got my order a bit mixed up but luckily I spoke up just in time and corrected the issue. I’d go again, I just hope the staff have a better relationship with each other because it shows.. and it’s not cool to see as a customer.

The merchandise is good, but the lines waiting for cash register could use improvement. Do yourself a huge favor, go with at least two people, and while you shop for your items, the other person stands in line. Yeah, its like that, and its terrible. Still the people working are nice, they cannot help their working conditions, blame management for that.

I was just going to drive there to buy lots of stuff for tonights group party. Went online right now to check out prior to going there. Based on so many Negative Reviews Im not going to waste my time. How do retail stores stay in business if the reviews are as bad as I just read. Thanks to those before me for saving some of my time this morning.

All the employees had masks on. They seem well stocked for party supplies and costumes.

Customer service so bad I left without buying anything and drove over to Spirits, where they were helpful. I had to go hunt down a worker, who I had to force to acknowledge me at all. Told him I needed help in costumes, and there was another woman over there who needed help too. He refused to move at all. Do you know the costume number? me-well no, because I have questions. Look down that Isle. He pointed across the store. Refused to come show me. Not at all concerned with the other costumer that also needed help. I just walked out. I will never go there again.

Picked up pre-ordered balloons for the Superbowl at 11am on Sunday. I had 45 latex balloons, and more than half were deflating when I arrived. They tried to tell me it was because it was hot in the store, and theyll blow back up after I leave (they didnt). They replaced some of the balloons that were clearly falling. Which took time I didnt have. When I got home, 7 more balloons fell within 5 min of getting there. When we were at the store I looked around at the other pre-ordered balloons, and there were others that were falling too. Ill never preorder balloons here again.

I like this store mainly because of the location, convenience and the staff! I do think the products are a bit over priced but really only use them when I need party items in a pinch! Every cashier Ive had here has been very pleasant and courteous! Very clean store!

Party City is great for holiday decor. I like their selection and the prices are usually great. Every time I’ve been there’s been a bit of a line for the cashier though.

Short staffed but they were patient and nice. Went to get 2 balloons blown up for Grandma’s 74th Birthday celebration the same day and was told they were short on helium so they were only authorized to blow up 1 even though they had just blown up a pretty decent size Spider-Man balloon just before. Very disappointed.

It is a nice place where you have so many party options and that too theme based

Called the store to check availability of an item, which was in stock. When I arrived at the store, I was immediately assisted and directed to the location of the item (which I may not have located on my own) and then quickly checked out. Kudos!

When it is not Halloween there are great things, such as table and wall decoration for parties. They may have a wig or a hat but it is not really for dress up costumes. These guys have been up-to-date for whats in for kids parties (tv shows) and on the timing of graduations, proms, etc for older kids.

I had a party over the weekend and needed 8 24in balloons. I got the balloons blown up a day before and was never told about the hi float that needs to be put in them for longer use. I spent $60 on these balloons just to have them deflate over night. After fighting them and being accused of not purchasing them at their store (because they looked awful) they did give me new balloons to replace. Customer service was horrible. Will not be doing any more business with them.

I like party city because they always have all the little knickknacks you need for any kind of party. Only complaint is they are pretty expensive and if there are more than two people there then the lines take forever.

We went to Party City yesterday and had an awful experience. There was a huge line of customers and only 2 people working the registers. The manager was coming and going but not helping at all to reduce the line. The sales associate behind the counter was rude and threw the receipt at us while he processed our transaction. The wait was 20 minutes long which is ridiculous. This is totally unacceptable.

Easy to find whatever youre looking for and staff willing to help with other suggestions for whatever occasion you may have. Favorite place to go for just about any gathering our party we have.

My roomie and i got an Alice in wonderland themed Halloween costumes, We had a really fun time and the staff was friendly and helpful!!

Terrible customer service from employee on October 26 at 7:00 PM in the wig department. Brownish blonde wavy hair with an attitude was working. She was frustrated with the way I hung a wig on the aisle and stormed over, ribbed it off the wall, sighed, and hit me with the bag while she was walking away. Will not return. Disappointed in the kind of employees part city decides to hire.

Needed some latex balloons, was told theyd only last 4-6 hours unless I paid extra and then they would last for up to 24hrs. Im sure they know what they are talking about, but over $5 for 3 plain balloons seems a bit excessive. Also, their solid colors get a bit pastel once they are inflated.

Lots of stuff to decorate and use for your party. Lots of costumes for halloween. They have stuff for all types of parties and themes.

They had a pretty decent selection of costumes and supplies, and most of their workers were actively engaging. There were several people that Im assuming are seasonal which you could tell did not want to be there.

I was looking for 80th birthday decorations. They only had one balloon with 80th birthday and nothing else except some cocktail napkins. I was disappointed. I guess they think nobody lives that long. I will try another store to see if they are better stocked.

All staff was exceptional!

This location needs work. No one ever greets me when I go there or voluntarily offers me any assistance. In several different occasions, the only time I was spoken to by staff was if I made a purchase.

I like having a place to go for supplies, but felt frustrated that the inflatable banner we bought for our party turned out to be a prwviously returned product that had a leak. The nearest Party City couldnt replace it on time and we had to make do. Poor management.
