This place is freaking awesome. Get ready for Christmas its almost here. And this place has it all. Rooms and rooms full of decorations and fully decorated trees.

This store was amazing again this year. & staff was so helpful and nice! Line was long but moved fast, but the cashiers were personal with each customer. Masks were written by all, several employers did nothing but help if you needed, but kept everything wiped down. Amazing good job they were doing. I mean every little thing was being wiped down. People touched of course but they kept on it! They had so much Christmas things. Few changes than last year bigger room for the Christmas lights. Husband and I really liked how they set it up! Cut the lights to your needs. Thumbs up for holiday warehouse.. and cute Army ornaments

Beautiful place to visit if you love Christmas. I enjoyed the larger then life decorations. A bit pricey, but it was a happy place for me to visit.

Christmas.....christmas.....of course I walked up and down every aisle. You have to go. One of a kind finds. I love the tree with a face. Just have to convince hubby to install/build....lol.

This store is absolutely beautiful! Their things are fantastic quality! The only reason for my 4-star review is because I was hoping for more decor versus ornaments. It seemed that the store was about 80% ornaments, 10% artificial trees & sprigs of things, and only 10% Christmas decor items. Their things are so beautiful that I was hoping for wall to wall decor, wreaths, etc!

The place is a bit messy, especially in the Christmas light area.Must have deep pockets to shop here, the prices are rediculous.

Holiday Warehouse is a world of it’s own. There are so many different themes and Christmas worlds to visit. The only bad thing is having to make decisions on what to buy! You can see how much time and work goes in to making this place amazing. I have never been disappointed with a purchase and I will continue to support this awesome store thought the year. Christmas might be their major holiday, but they have amazing Halloween and other seasonal decor too!

Excellent for full quality and special Christmas gift

Stunning find right here in Dallas! Its very unassuming from the outside, but dont be fooled. Be prepared to spend some funds: its very expensive. But I feel that its warranted because most everything here is unique and something you cant just pick up at a HomeGoods or Tuesday Morning. The high quality is obvious just by looking at the products. Gorgeous items that had me drooling and checking how much cash Id brought. Also did I mention they do all holidays AND its open almost all year? Will most definitely be back--with friends!

Amazng store! I love all the decor. I do have one question; is the store open all year? When I am not at the store at Christmas time, I feel like it is Christmas. Amazing place! I can not wait to come here agian! I totally recomend this place!

I went to Holiday Warehouse today (12/5) and they were very busy, yet I was approached by multiple friendly sales people and offered help. I bought 4 custom made items (wreaths, etc) and they are exactly what I was wanting!! This store is my go-to for all things Christmas! Yes, masks are required..like every other business trying to stay open during covid. Highly recommend!

This store makes its money in just a few months out of the year, naturally it is so expensive! They have a large amount of inventory and are well stocked— 9ft mediocre garlands for $140, fake wreaths for $130, ornaments for $15. If you have wire or a hot glue gun and you know where your local craft store is— you can spend a fraction of the cost making your own.

TEMPORARILY CLOSED. Stopped by today (February 20th) to check out the store. The employees there let us know that they suffered a severe setback when pipes burst in the back of the store. One of them mentioned that itd be a few months most likely before things get back to normal. Dont know and sure hope it doesnt impact their business online. Keep this business owner in your thoughts, prayers, and meditations.

Not what I was expecting. I was looking for Christmas decorations with charm and nostalgia. It was mass produced, generic items, poorly painted, and overpriced. Just had no charm at all. Place awas clean, and staff were happy and courteous.

I purchased a 2 ft. tall Santa and couldn’t be happier. The products at Holiday Warehouse are of the highest quality. You’ll find everything for the holidays at Holiday Warehouse.

I have shopped at the Holiday Warehouse for years and they ALWAYS go out of their way to make sure I find what I am looking for. In fact yesterday I was there looking for a certain fuse that is needed in a 6 plug electrical light cord that goes up the tree. I blew out the fuse and Elliotts thought she might have one. They too were out because they havent been able to get them in either. But she spend 20 min. looking in her storeroom until she located an cord that they no longer use and the fuses were in order and working perfectly. She wouldnt let me pay her either. What a kind thing to do at CHRISTmas. What is a tree if the lights dont light up? Needless to say she deserves a 6 Gold Stars! Thank you, Cami Gorsky, Plano, TX

Everything was way too expensive for me, but it was fun walking around pretending it was winter in the middle of summer.

Winter wonderland, great place for high end Christmas decorations. It is however quite pricey, so be prepared to spend a shiny penny.

Oh my gawsh, there was an explosion at the North Pole. If you are into over the top Christmas decorations, this is the place for you.

We went after Christmas and they still have a lot of stuff. Lights not included in sale.

I find it extremely odd that they would turn off their online store so they could focus on IN-PERSON shopping during a worldwide pandemic. Terrible decision on their behalf and saved me a 1hr+ drive. Maybe next year, if they figure out how to run a business. All their stuff is overpriced anyways. Is the exact same stuff for much less online or Amazon.

ABSOLUTELY loved this place! They have every Christmas ornament possible and in every colour of the rainbow. The place is ginormous. I literally could have spent all day there. Staff was amazing.

Reaction to comments: you’re right, leave the kids at home. I have seen out of control children in here every year. Rude employees? I have shopped here every year since they opened. I have NEVER had an employee exhibit a bad attitude. Cheap merchandise? I guess the hand blown glass ornament collection from Poland isn’t quality? Prices are lower than Neiman’s. I understand that. If you think the prices are too high, then shop at WalMart. You are harshing my mellow. I used to find wider variety in lights, but that was before incandescent ended and LED/LCD took off. This store cannot control what China suppliers offer. I’m dead certain the meeting every year confirms what worked, what didn’t, and what would be a knockout next year. It’s called “fighting to stay in business”, something H.W. Has done for years. Vote with your feet, you don’t like it stay home.

Few employees are available to help customers, they seem to be out of stock on a lot of different things.

The variety us amazing and prices were fair here is a tip either get there before Thanksgiving or when they open for the xmas season they sell out fast

LOTS of beautiful pieces but this Is NOT your average store. You must be VERY well off making above average (middle class) to be able to purchase anything In this store. Most things are HIGHLY priced but they had a lot of nice holiday Items!

Me and my wife were treated rudly! We both have medical exemptions from wear masks and have medical cards saying that masks are a significant health risk to us! We were rudly told there are no medical exemptions to them which is a violation of The Americans with Disabilities act!

I signed up for a wreath making class. Everyone, staff and attendees, were all very nice. It was a fun two hours and I came home with a beautiful wreath that I made myself for Valentines Day.

Im very happy that they are open, but the selection was rather limited.

I went after new years to check out the sales. Lots of beautiful things, but not many options left. Seems like they sell mostly big decorative items.

I loved the ribbon selections. I got frowned at for touching ornaments on trees. I usually shop off trees in my hometown stores...Oh well.. I will go back though...just because I like shopping at different places.

Holiday Warehouse is by far the best holiday decor store and shopping experience. I see so many conments about high prices. Rediculous! You get what you pay for and Holiday Warehouse is definitely worth spending a little more. If you expect quality, then that comes with a price, otherwise shop at Walmart. You dont walk into Rolls Royce and expect to pay 50k for a car! With that said, I love Holiday Warehouse and always will. The staff are helpful, friendly and extremely talented at showing how to put decor together. You get what you pay for.

Love it so much to see and buy

I went here to find something for a childs school project. Definitely not very busy on a May afternoon, but wow, someone could really enjoy spending time here. The staff was extremely helpful, polite and attentive, even for the meager item I was looking for in the clearance area. Sure, lots of Christmas inventory, but plenty of other decorative items for all occasions and creative ideas.

Oh my goodness, this store is amazing! Anything you want to decorate your home for the holidays is here! The staff is friendly and helpful, and then may I say that Addison, one of the owners, is a most generous man. He chose a couple of the most beautiful Christmas trees for The Community Nativity Exhibit to use. One of them was used as the centerpiece tree and it was magnificent! We are so grateful for people like Addison and for companies like Holiday Warehouse. btw, their decorators are over-the-top talented!

I really love this store for its unique Christmas decor, stuff you wont find elsewhere. Fun to shop here! Just like a Christmas wonderland. Gets me in the spirit of the season. Very friendly helpful staff dedicated to customer service. Store is large but easy to navigate and well organized. Checkout is fast and friendly. Great location in Plano. Bring plenty of money! This place doesnt have warehouse pricing and never seems to have anything on sale. The high prices are the reason for 4 stars.

Not too many choices but what they do have are absolutely stunning! The store is sorted by color and they even have a Christmas tree section. Lots of beautiful large baubles and ornaments.

Holiday Warehouse is awesome. It is the place to go especially for Christmas. They have other holiday stuff during the respective seasons, but they have some Christmas year round and during the Christmas season it is out of control how much Christmas stuff they have. Fun place to just go and look around even if you arent looking for anything in particular.

If you are looking for Christmas decor, this is the place to go! They also have quite a bit of Halloween as well. They have so much to look it, it is really overwhelming the first time you visit. It is sorted by like items, and by color, so it is easy to find something specific. The staff is extremely helpful, polite, and inviting. Just note: most of their inventory is not run of the mill low quality department store decorations, and their prices reflect that... consider leaving your little ones at home.

For those who think the store is overpriced, think again. For the quality you get, the price is very reasonable. I have bought and seen at Holiday Warehouse Florals about anywhere from 2.99 on up each depending on the floral. They have a variety that is very pretty and I have seen florals that are very ugly at Michaels and Hobby Lobby that also sells around 6.99 or 7.99. For the 6.99 and 7.99 range, you should go to Holiday Warehouse and look for those. Much much prettier. The merchandise here is amazing and sometimes they have specials. You just have to look around and you will find very reasonably priced nice looking items.

I went through the drive through and ordered one pint of eggnog ice cream. The ice cream was so delicious and rich. I wish they would make it year round!

Very high end prices to match one of a kind merchandise. The decorations to choose from are the most unique and beautiful I have ever seen other than at Bronner’s in Frankenmuth, Michigan. My budget wouldn’t allow me to purchase any item, but I thoroughly enjoyed walking through your store and looking at everything. Only thing missing was Christmas music and the aroma of Christmas.
