Sami is absolutely amazing!!! Not only is she knowledgeable about all of the different types of cigars, but she goes above and beyond for her customers!! Definitely the best in the business and why I ONLY shop at Cigar Warehouse!!!! Thank you Sami for the great customer service!!!

I had a great experience, they had a large variety of cigars to choose from, and the staff was very helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area or anyone just passing through like we were that was interested in picking up a cigar or in need of picking up a cigar in the area.

Yes I smoke cigars. lolNot that cheap sh-t though. This is the place you want to stop by if you want a good quality cigar. They have the best. Ive only been here twice in the past 3 years. But thats only because the cigars are so good that Im satisfied with just smoking one or two per year. Fancy, natural tobacco cigars. Love it!

My experience here was amazing! Dana was super helpful. I couldn’t have had a better experience because of her service. I am new to the smoking cigars and she was so willing to help. I would recommend this store based on the customer service was really great!!

Cigar Warehouse Plano has the biggest and best selection in Dallas bar none and maybe the entire metroplex (maybe idk) good prices good staff. I wish you guys would put together a rewards system since people buy there often.

Id give this place five stars, but Ive had a recent issue. Ive been going regularly for over a year and their selection and customer service is almost always excellent. Recently, it was suggested to me by an employee that they could move inventory from their Highway 75 location in Dallas to their Plano location to make it more convenient for me to stop by. I was appreciative of this, and called to have my favorite cigar taken to the location next to where I live. After passing the date that was supposed to be the latest it would take, I called the Plano location to inquire as to if there was some issue. I was frustrated, calling on my lunch break, but I was still attempting to remain polite. I have worked in service industries before and I told the representative that I was not mad at anything that he did personally, just frustrated that something that they suggested to me had not panned out. Instead of offering alternative suggestions or any type of explanation, I was instead told to check my attitude. This obviously is not something you say to someone you are trying to calm, and this is also when I realized that it must have been the tone of my voice that had initially off put him. I tried to start over and explain things from the beginning but again instead of any healthy recourse I was met with you need to watch who you talk to like that. I again tried to say that he did nothing wrong, and that I wasnt accusing him of anything, but he simply hung up. It may have been a dropped call, and I wanted to give the benefit of doubt so I called back. A different representative answered and I explained the situation. He told me that they didnt have any of my cigars in stock, to which I told him I understand. I said that they did have it at the Dallas location, but he insisted that they were probably sold out too because it was so popular. I have been buying them from this company for a year, so I understand how popular this brand can be. I gave up trying to even bring up the idea of having them delivered and called the Dallas location instead. They answered, were very polite, and confirmed that they did indeed have that cigar in stock. Im going after work today to pick them up from the Dallas, but I really dont feel comfortable even going back to their Plano location after this. I dont mind confrontation if it is justified, but I feel this is just a case of crossed wires. Unfortunately I think any attempt to try to make things better with this employee or his fellow representative would have the opposite effect. I understand we all have rough days. No one deserves to be berated or yelled at over the phone or in person. But in a service industry if you cant field a complaint, you might be in the wrong job. Still going to give this brand my business, and hopefully this will become water under the bridge.

Great place for Cigar lovers.

Staff was nice, lots of choices, however the whole store humidor concept will keep me from returning.Had two sticks crack after buying. The humidity just isnt as controlled as a dedicated walk in, and the cigars are at uneven moisture levels. You can tell by picking up sticks throughout the store. So while the Staff was great and selection nice, I cant make it my regular shop.

Very informative for my first time in a cigar shop. The associates were very nice to me and good at giving me a rundown on cigars. They helped me get what I was wanting even though I did not know what I was looking for! 10/10, will be visiting again.

This place is a GEM in the Cigar Business in Texas, Best Prices on cigars and they even price match. The people who work at this store are so knowledgeable and friendly that i love to go to this place twice or thrice every week.And not to forget they have so many cigars... its just unbelievable.

Best Cigar shop in town. Bob and the staff are fantastic, and can help you make good selections. The variety is huge, with more sticks and brands thane just about anywhere, and the prices are significantly lower than most other shops. They also have a great selection of accessories such as humidors, cutters, lighters, mags, ashtrays, art, etc. I refer all of my friends and family to CW!

I drive 20 miles out of my way in order to go to their Plano location. They have a fantastic selection, and I have found their prices to be the best in the metroplex. More importantly, they give me great advice on new cigars to try. They have always been courteous and professional.

Great cigar shop with smart helpful staff that will fix your lighter, point out good new stuff, and sell you the cigars you want vs what you think they are trying to push. If you want a couple of Big Timer $15 cigars, they got it! If you want a couple of weird $3 cigars to try, they got that too! Just a great place with nice folks who have always maintain a huge selection of ACID and Drew Estate weirdness that I am so fond of in addition to the regular brands civilians seem to go for. And they are always nice to my daughter!

Be very careful about being ripped off here. They claim theyll price match anyone, but recently requested a price match & they refused. Told them Elite in Addison has Tats The Michael cheaper & requested a price match...they refused. So I bought the boxes at Elite, saved money, got a whisky at their full bar, and enjoyed their patio as I smoked one. Lying to customers in published advertising is a BAD way to do business.

This place has just about everything. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the whole experience was amazing. Very friendly and great prices. I will be back even though I am in West Texas.

I have been here 2-3 times now and my experience has been outstanding. The staff is helpful and always pleasent. I was impresssed that the whole store is the humidor which means a huge selection. They have low priced cigars which I smoke daily and low prices on my premium cigars as well. Pricing is competitive with Thompson and other online retailers.

I found the prices better than other establishments, but the customer service was off-putting. I will not be coming back.

They will have just about anything youre looking for in a cigar. A little on the higher side of pricing, but you can find some good deals every week.

Theres a black gentleman whose name I dont know that has been working the past few nights. He has been extremely rude on the two successive occasions Ive been to the shop. I came in near closing time, and knew the exact cigar I wanted. Both times he was extremely pushy about kicking me out if I didnt make a choice in two minutes and the next night 30 seconds. I understand informing a customer that closing time is approaching, and then theres this guys rude, offensive, pushy, and over the top incessant demand that we get out of the shop. Yeah, the selection is great, and I drive 5 minutes down the road the selection is great there too. Guess who just lost a would be loyal customer.

I dont know who Treasure Coast is, but the situation they wrote about was mine, not theirs. Plus its been handled and Ive been price matched. Its extremely rare for any shop in DFW to have better prices which is why they get my business. You can tell treasure coast is unreliable as they try to hide their identity. But we now know who wrote that fraudulent review and its a disgruntled employee of elite. Do not listen to it.

Wow! 2 years ago I gave this place 5 star rating. Since I live 60 miles away, I try and visit the cigar warehouse every time I am near. I visited February of this year, and what an insulting experience. I wanted to know where a favorite cigar had been moved to. Rather than show me where, the guy behind the counter just kept yelling over there in the case. As I was the only customer in the store, I could not understand why he would not just walked over and show me. Not seeing the guys I usually see, and noticing a change in the layout, I asked if the store was under new ownership. The guy starts asking loudly about my inclinations to visit McDonalds. Totally confused I asked him to clarify. He just kept asking to which I replied that I had been to one. Instead, I got lectured about asking whether or not a McDonalds would be under new ownership when it was remodeled. I usually try to visit more upscale places than McDonalds, and suggested that he not compare himself to them, and turned to walk out the door. What a condescending fellow to work with fine cigars. With a Specs right around the corner, I wont be back.
