Best selection hands down. If they dont have it you didnt need it anyway. And just about the friendliest staff Ive met at a store of any kind. Ive been in stores where one or two employees was super nice, but for these guys its like a culture.

1st knew about this place when we serviced them as a customer. I like the fact they got a rewards program and offer curb side pick up for when your in a rush. They have a good selection like Specs and beverage Depot which I also shop at. Definitely would recommend.

The cashier Elise provided very cold and rude service while checking out today. I merely said Hi to which she replied what, and then oh ok in such a cold manner that I have never experienced before. I am okay with indifferent or nonchalant service, but the service today was just just plain rude.This stores employees and management should take pointers from the store south on 75 in Dallas. Their customer service is always on point.Frequent customers deserve better than to be subjected to blatantly cold and condescending service. Very disappointed!

They have RED STRIPE. I was extremely happy to find my home countrys beer here. Made jerk pork with it. However do note that Google will take you in a circle to get there.

I appreciate their selection and they always have fair prices with a very wide selection of choices. The staff is always helpful, although sometimes they’re very busy and it could be hard to find someone to help. That said, my family definitely shops here and I appreciate the knowledge advice I receive from them on what to buy that meets my tastebuds.

I loved the decor/halloween decorations in the store. The samples were great and I love that they really advertise all of the local stuff from Texas! My favorite liquor store!

The stock is well maintained and the staff is always helpful. If the staff member you ask is not familiar with the item you are seeking, they will engage another staff member with more expertise regarding your question. Prices are competitive and the breadth of selection is good. However, for more specialized items, it pays to call ahead regarding availability.

Big place, a wide selection of adult beverages (not just wine). Adequately staffed for a large facility and every employee I spoke with was Knowledgeable and courteous. There is a humidor on premises providing nice variety of cigars to go with any of your chosen libation. Clean bathrooms, and plenty of parking. If you can’t find it here, chances a good you’re not gonna find it.

Walking in you expect to see high prices but Im always surprised at the selection and the prices. So many things to choose from it takes me so long to decide but gladly the samples help me muddle through. Great Place for any party. Cheers!

Please believe the other posts when they say this store is rude. Not only rude but dishonest. They offer help with your wedding but they limit you on certain items. What is the point of helping customers with their wedding if you limit your customers then how am I suppose to supply my entire wedding? We went up to the store and spoke with a man and he said they had a case, which he said was 12 bottles, then he said but I can only sell you two. He walked away and we spoke with another lady and she said no we cant sell you any cause we do not have any in stock. How can you go from a case of 12 bottles to zero in a couple minutes? Save yourself the time and headache and do not shop here. Please beware and the other posts are a red flag.

Key people are no longer there and it now seems really disorganized. I had my first really negative customer service experience a few days ago. I am looking for a new place to shop.

Was looking for a few hard to find whiskeys for an out of town buddy, the staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in locating them.

I was able to get the cream liqueur I wanted. Great variety of drinks and staff were very friendly and helpful. Will come back again.

Thanks to JP for excellent customer service. We met with JP to discuss selections for our upcoming wedding. We came in without an appointment. JP stopped what she was doing and completely focused on us for the next hour. We were able to find great selections within our budget that the guests will greatly enjoy. After our outstanding service, we will definitely be coming back to total wine for all other events and personal purchases. Also, thanks to Pat for directing us to JP and helping to move our carts to the front. There were many other employees who also helped but I do not remember their names. Seems to be a really strong team culture at this location.

Me and my friends were wine tasting peacefully and a guy that works there named Richard was really rude to the employees that were working there. He interrupted them as they were talking to us and I believe he was the manager. There were other managers that were monitoring us closely which was also really rude.

This is my go-to liquor store. It looks very nice and professional inside. They also have a lot of vaariety & offer curbside pickup. One of my favorite things is their website which lets you look at reviews of products before choosing something new. Theyre also priced competitively... At least on liquor. Overall this store really great in every way.

I was shocked to see that alcohol can cost as much as $18,000 a bottle. It really really made my skin jump out of my flesh. I had never been to a place like this since I do not drink. I escorted a friend. As a small business man, it shocked me that people out there have $18,000 to spend on a bottle of liquor. That money can change the trajectory and direction of my business. I built my business 6 years ago from $400, yes four hundred dollars and now with cash in hand and inventory, my business six years later is worth about $80,000, yes Eighty thousand USD. I can never even spend $100 to buy myself a pair of shoes coz I have to think about my business. Who has $18,000 to buy a bottle of liquor?!!!!!. I guess money has levels and i just have never been exposed to those levels yet.

Easy pickup. I dont like that certain liquors that are frequented by African Americans are locked up here. Its demeaning to have to request for it to be unlocked and taken to the register.

Walked in looking around and was quickly asked if I needed help looking for something, and was taken right where it was.

They steered me towards ABK6 Cognac. And it is/was fabulous.

Prices are the best by far but the snobby, arrogant attitude by floor staff in all locations is really hard to understand. Its like they train the staff to be snobby .I will spend a few more bucks to avoid bad customer service.

Whats not to like. Excellent variety of fine wines and liquor. They have my favorite tequila, Riazul and a nice selection of mescal if your into trying something new. Be advised though that mescal is a bit different flavorwise.

Sorry to all the mom and pop stores...but for great selection, value, and quality...shop here. They literally have everything and at great prices.

I only shop here once a year for champagne and thats mainly because I never feel welcome in this store. The only reason I gave them another chance today was because I was close to this particular location and didnt want to make the drive to a better liquor store. From now on, I will be making the extra effort to avoid this franchise in the future. Theres a million employees stalking the aisles but the moment you need help or have a question they are nowhere to be found. When you eventually find an employee, they act like youre bothering them. They seem to reserve their better treatment for older, whiter folks. They are always out of a very popular champagne with a yellow label. Frankly, they purposefully make sure its unavailable this time of year so you will buy other champagne/more expensive champagne/their champagne. Go to a Mom and Pop liquor store instead of this national chain; youll have a much better experience.

Worst experience ever. We used to love TW for their respectful staff, but they have been berating and discriminating those with disabilities lately. I cannot wear a mask (literally) and was yelled at and refused service unless I wore one. Staff did not exercise ANY compassion or empathy. Oh, and they broke their own rules and had staff in the humidor when there is a sign saying 2 persons only. What gives. Will never shop here again.

Ordered a keg and was told it would be there the next Wednesday. Called them to see if it was ready and they never even wrote my name down to order it. Now i have to wait another week to order it from a place that actually knows how to do their job.

Tonight two guys came into total wine wearing sidearms when I was there. I flagged down a manager who advised they couldn’t do anything about it, so I called 911 and let the Plano PD explain the law to the manager who pled ignorance. Honestly, don’t these employees have a minimum IQ standard?

Outstanding selection and inventory just like the other stores. We dont shop here often as another one is much closer to home. As of Mar 10th store requires customers to wear masks.

Price ranges for all tastes and budgets. Also there is glassware, bar tools and mini/trial bottles. The staff here is knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. There are Wine Specialists, Bourbon Specialists and tasting bars setup with Associates that can answer all your questions. To say we are impressed with this store is an understatement. We have recommended ot to our friends and family and will continue to shop at this location. Go! You will not be sorry and YES it is worth the drive.

Good prices, helpful employees. The issue is that they are scanning licenses. Now I thought this was to verify age but when I showed the back of my ID to the cashier she told me to turn it around so she could verify my age and then still scanned it. The only thing they can be doing is storing your information. They now have all the info on your license and will definitely sell it. I always went out of my way to go here and now I will just go where people dont sell my info.

Ive been going here for over 2 years and spent well over thousands of dollars at this store. Went with my buddy to get some beer today and store manager didnt let us checkout cause my buddy forgot his wallet.Thats how big chain stores treat you. Do yourself a favor and go support a locally owned small liquor store, they actually know a thing about keeping customer loyalty.

This store is great, I always find something unique that I end up loving. I recently discovered a Finnish beer that tastes like Sprite Zero and Im officially an alcoholic now, yaaay!

Wonderful selection of alcohol. Youll be able to find just about any brand of whiskey, tequila, or wine that you need. The only real sparse selection is with the sake and soju varieties. The service is beyond excellent here. Everyone working there is well-versed in their respective alcohol knowledge, and they can give some informed recommendations.

The only liquor store that I go to. The prices are really competitive the selection is awesome; if you are looking for spirits, wine or beer they have an ample selection. The staff is really helpful if you are looking for something in particular or if you need a recommendation. They had classes before but they are probably on hold because of COVID. Still my go to store for alcohol.

This is a great one stop shopping place for all things liquor, and liquor related. Knowledgeable and helpful staff are easy to find and the stores layout is easy to follow. Their pricing is fair, and the occasional discounted liquor, beer or wine, make shopping an enjoyable event.

Ill never set foot in that or any other stores of these......I will do my shopping @ Goody Goodys!
