Plano store. Fantastic merchandise selection, high quality, elegant and one of a kind pieces. The store is very well kept, everything is neatly folded, hung properly and clean. I have shopped her several times and love all my purchases.Three stars because of unprofessional behavior from the ladies. I heard them bickering about a business problem for appx 20 minutes. Please dont talk problems in a way your costumers hear it.

I have had great shopping experience with FABINDIA in Plano, Texas, USA. Mamta Chaudhary helped me select dresses by sending pictures and recommendations, shipping was fast and customer service great. And of course FABINDIA ethnic and modern styles are something we use to miss while living in US but now FABINDIA USA is providing equally great service .

Very good collection and excellent staff.They got dresses for different sizes and have good variety to choose from.

I live in newyork and order from fabindia over whatsapp. Mamta is patient and extremely helpful to send pictures of whatever my requirements are. This is my go to place for ethnic wear. Great collection for kids!

This is Indias one of my favorite clothing store. Unfortunately today when we went to shop their system was down and we couldnt shop that we wanted to buy. As its about 45 mins drive for me so not sure when i can viait them again. Shop is well kept, clean and lit.

Giving 1 star as there is no option for zero stars. We were put off terribly for one and one reason that the staff /owner whomever it was, was most arrogant. Back talking in another language about us thinking we do not understand the language. We were looking at collection for kids and all we were told was dont touch this and dont that. If that was the case why is there a showroom ?? Just have a board saying oh these are the clothes you can buy but you cant feel the fabric how wonderful that be. When we were offended and spoke about it, the owner was extremely rude and couldnt even muster a sorry.Pathetic pathetic service and staff. We would never go there or would we recommend anyone to do so in future.This is In reply to the owners message. I can only edit my comment on reviewing message.1. We are just visiting friends and have absolutely no gain from targeting your store.2. Kid didnt open all clothes. We told the staff that if you have problem dont shout at our kids come and talk to us.3. My complaint is not the first comment in this genre. Almost 50 % of the reviews talk about poor customer service. There arent any other negative comments. So instead of saying there is no incident like I described happened, please consider as a genuine feedback regarding the service. We have no grain of salt in in targeting you as a store whatsoever.

I’m not the tiniest so I know it can be difficult to find something in my size in store but they had the most perfect outfit. They were so helpful in finding different color combinations and flattering bottoms. I can’t express how much I appreciated their help. 10/10 Do recommend.

I went 15 minutes before closing time and I was told I could not enter despite there being a customer inside. I told the lady I was doing a quick purchase - but she said she had prep work to do for the next day. That’s not acceptable.

We visited the plano tx store today and all I heard all the time inside the store is “don’t touch that don’t touch this” have visited so many stores across India and never had such rude sales team. Owner of the store is right fit to run a prison.collection was good as its Fabindia

Very poor customer service and arrogant staffs. I want to give zero but there is no zero so giving one. If they don’t want us to touch and see any clothes then better close the shop. Very very poor service and harsh to customers. Will never go there again

This time around the collection for women and men were super cool. Shopped for mens kurtas this time for Diwali! Loved the experience. They allow you to try on clothes too (amidst this Covid crisis)! Its slowly growing into the brand I used to like back in India. Back with a bang!

This is the only Fab India Store in USA. Great to have it in plano. Got my sons diwali kurta. Kids kurta prices are from 18-40$ which is reasonable from US standards... Cherry on the cake. They gave complementary diwali candle and sparkle to my kid..NOTE:- there are no returns so buy what u need after trial

Went back to Fabindia store after COVID and my experience was amazing as always. The festive collection this year was classy and impressive. The store staff was helpful and patient as i tried multiple sets of kurta and jackets before deciding on the best one for me.The store is also decked up with a beautiful traditional festive decor this year that added charm to the shopping experience. Overall a very satisfying experience and my 5 star rating to Fabindia Plano store which continues to be the best option for tradional indian clothing in DFW area.

Clothes for adults were trendy, kids collections were just handful, customer experience was pathetic, I was checking out some earrings that were inside a cabinet and I was almost yelled at by a lady staff, it was so bad that everyone inside the store looked at us, it was so embarrassing, I made sure I let this lady know how I felt, I would not visit this store for the experience I had, I do not know the name of the lady but she had a very short haircut, I hope someone can teach her how to treat customers well and what customer experience is all about. I left this store and purchased earrings on a nearby store

Its a good place to shop. The girls are very sweet and really help you in selecting and choosing the stuff. I recently visited the store for an exchange though i got delayed in my return due to some reason but then the team still tried in their best interest to help me out. So a Big Thank you to all. Its a great store with really unique piece of ethnic clothing.Do not go for negative reviews and give them a chance to prove themselves:-)

The staff was so helpful here! I was looking for a simple kurta a few days ago, and they helped me find my perfect style and fit! So helpful. I am glad that I went there. Also. I love the huge selection of embroidery styles and colors that you get to choose from. Love this place! :)

Beautiful selection of dupattas, accessories, and clothing separates! However, they do have a different exchange policy than the website: no returns are allowed, which is printed on the receipt but not mentioned clearly in store. You are allowed to exchange, but only for the available stock. If you plan to match your dupatta with something you have at home, its best to bring the item in person. Browse carefully!

Loved this store! Went today for the first time, and completely fell in love with it!! Customer service is excellent compared to the next door Indian store customer service! The ladies in the store are very warm & welcoming! And the garments are really beautiful! Will go there in future too!

The clothes are lovely and good quality. Like the range and style of clothing. Prices are reasonable and considerably less compared to online. Prompt and efficient service. Would love to shop in fabindia again and again.

Though small, the store has a good selection of womens clothing (and a smaller selection of accessories, mens clothing, and bed linens. Both salesclerks were knowledgeable and very helpful. If you appreciate Indian handicrafts and textiles, its worth checking out.

Worst shopping experience with these guys.

We bought indian kurta for my brother got the size wrong so went back next day to exchange it with my brother to get the perfect size. Lady Owner of store behaved so rudely and without giving any reason refused to exchange it. even though we were told at the time of purchase that if there is a size variation it will be exchanged. The attitude of the owner was not at all acceptable and was very rude with only five customers in the store she had no time for the regular customer and no time to address and resolve the problem of regular customer worst fabindia franchise

Im thrilled we have FabIndia in Dallas! I usually buy casual kurtis there, but I was also able to find a suitable outfit for my husband to wear to a friends wedding in Kerala (he got lots of compliments, too). The selection isnt large but its well-chosen, the quality is excellent, everything is well-organized, and the staff are helpful as well as kind.

I have been to Fabindia many times. I love their simple and chic selection of Indian clothes and accessories. Even their bedding gives a back home vibe. Today I went to shop for a matching kurti for a dupatta of mine. Anu helped me and she found the perfect match. Anu is very helpful and friendly. I had a great experience!

Hi all,Recently visited this store and what an awful experience. I visited this store with my kid who is 10 years and was searching for the suitable attire for him and the staff approached and asking me directly what he eats and how come he is so fat?? My kid started crying after leaving the store. I was really disappointed the way the staff is treating my kid. They don’t have any right to talk about anybody about their physical appearance whether he/she may be a kid or an elder. It’s a shame as you are criticizing your own country people. Never visit this store again!!!

Its nice place to get Indian men and womens clothes. Its famous for cotton stuff like kurties, kurta, leggings, juties, Rajai etc.Everything is made in India and most of them are hand prints.

Dont have great collection and stock, esply for men. Pricey as well...better buy when visiting India...

The ratings reflect mostly the return/exchange policy which is quite stringent

I feel so lucky to have Fabindia in our area! I had the best experience there on my first visit. The quality of the clothing construction beats anything else in the area and the staff was very patient and helpful with me as I tried to keep track of all the dupattas, kurtas, salwars, churidars, etc. I look forward to wearing my purchases on my upcoming trip! Say YES to Fabindia!
