The girl helping me out at the register was super patient with typing in my super long and complicated email and did a great job helping me understand all the rewards programs! The manager (I think?) came by to help at one point and he seemed good at his job too. Great service! :)

Love this place! They always have a very large selection, not only in the main store, but also in clearance, and their service is friendly. I bought several different Christmas presents for my family here and even in the busy holiday season the lines werent too long, they moved fast, and the person checking me out still held a conversation with me and made the experience nice. Definitely would recommend this location to a friend.

Super friendly and helpful staff! I noticed the men’s section is smaller and the store overall is smaller than some of the other store locations. Nicely decorated though! Especially the dressing room.

We shopped Urban Outfitters for my daughter - looking for dorm room accessories and clothes for college. This location is a smaller store than most in Dallas but sales associates seem to enjoy working here. We found accent pillows and decorative lights.

Wish they would actually carry a valid mens shoe selection, because they have some cool ones. Same thing 3 times in a row after they only have a very few mens shoes in stock and mostly smaller sizes....and they carry more of those smaller sizes of unisex shoes so they will also fit women.

Not worth your time. Smallest of the UOs that Ive been to. Mens selection is limited and doesnt stock the incredible wall-art that are available at other locations. This store has clearly squeezed in what they could and got a poor result. Managers are ex-Pac Sun and dont represent the brand well at all. Make the drive to North Park or Mockingbird Station for better selection and better shopping experience.

NIce staff, great selection! Vinyl Albums were a little over-priced, but hey I wouldnt come here for the vinyl anyway.
