I feel like I became a little bit cooler just by being here. Typical small hipster-esque coffee shop on the historic square- very chill atmosphere and low lighting, lots of seating options inside and outside tables. The vibes and location are worth the visit. We had the Bees knees latte (honey and cinnamon) and purple hazel late- with lavender, pretty good. They have Taco deli breakfast tacos and pastries are available also.

I love the laid back and hipster atmosphere this coffee shop gives! If you’re looking for a quiet place to study/work, I’m not sure if I’d recommend this place. But it’d be the perfect place to grab a delicious cup of coffee and catch up with a friend.Their purple haze was sweet and flavorful. It’s a latte mixed with vanilla and lavender. I got it iced on a hot day and it was perfect!

I came here for the first time this afternoon and I very much enjoyed it! The coffee was excellent, the staff was personable and had great recommendations, and the atmosphere was perfect for chatting with friends or studying solo. I had the Sgt. Pepper Latte, which was Maple and Brown Sugar, some kind of roast beef sandwich, and finished it off with a slice of Key Lime Pie from Emporium Pies. 1418 Coffeehouse is a hip spot in downtown Plano, and I will most certainly return whenever I’m in the area.

My mom and I had a wonderful time at this cozy coffeeshop in downtown Plano. The shop smelled like coffee, Christmas music played softly in the background, and the shop was all decked out in Christmas garlands. We ordered the Purple haze, which had beautiful latte art as well as the snowball pie (coconut cream), which was creamy and flavorful. It was such a nice afternoon; we will be back!

My wife and I come here every now-and-then. The coffee and quite good and the pastries are nice. Its a good place to meet with friends or have a laid-back conversation.

The cafe has a very casual environment that you could enjoy a fresh cup on one of their comfy seats. Their hot chocolate is great and have an efficient staff running the show. Give the place and a brew a try!

We met to go over his inspection report from freedom property inspections.This place had what I would call a rustic antique modern vibe with elements from all eras playing modern jazz at the time. It was busy. Plenty of seating from boothes to lounge areas with deep comfort seating and a out door patio in downtown plano. Definitely worth considering if you are in the area. The service was top notch.

Cozy little coffee place in downtown Plano. The coffee is very good, and customer service excellent. It is certainly a bit pricey, but worth a visit to hangout with friends.Closing at 5 PM on Sunday evenings seems a bit odd though!

Stopped in to get a quick coffee before heading home and this place was a pleasant surprise.The staff was welcoming and super friendly. They made the coffee immediately and wasted no time getting into my hands. They also do not serve the coffee scalding hot.One of the baristas named Paul suggested one of their signature drinks, the Beez Kneez cappuccino and it was 10/10.Fourteen Eighteen Coffee is a gem. So glad I came across this coffee shop. We will be back again!

Amazing place! We’ve been here a couple of times as we recently moved to Plano. LOVE it! Have tried all their specialty coffees my husbands fave is The Sgt. Pepper, mine The Beez Kneez!! The entire crew is amazing, super friendly, kind and welcoming! It has been a cozy place to spend some time during this winter storm when we have no power at home. Nice dark vibes and a decent variety of chairs. Saturday is def busy for sure, so I took it togo. But if you show up at a slower time and want to study it can be a decent place to study.I had their special Purple Haze ( lavander sub oatmilk) Large for $7 after tax before tip. And it was decent. I for sure taste the lavander, the coffee was good too but sliiightly not up to par with what I remembered from last time.They use good beans and its a fun location with a variety of good options to check out after you grab coffee :)

Great atmosphere at this Coffeehouse! The coffee was delicious, and me and my wife had an amazing brunch. We enjoyed our chat, coffee, sandwich, and dessert. We are definetely coming back.However, it was a little packed around 12pm. So they did not give us a coffee cup for our coffees, instead they gave us a paper coffe cup. We were hoping for a better presentation of our coffees, but it was still delicious.

This is up there with my favorite coffee houses. One area 1418 stands out is that the baristas they hire are always friendly, conversational, and seem to be in a good mood. Very laid back and welcoming attitude. The design and atmosphere of the place is warming and cozy. Great for working or meeting friends. The sandwiches are decent if you’re hungry and I have never had a bad cup of coffee here.

Very nice coffee shop. Spacious many different settings. Free internet. Nice food mix including Emporium pies. But the best of all are the baristas. They are very nice.

One of our couples had the 1418 Mobile Espresso Service at their wedding. It was truly wonderful and matched the aesthetic of our venue and the couple’s wedding style perfectly! The drinks were amazing and they have so many options to choose from! We absolutely loved working with 1418. They have incredible customer service and the owner was very friendly. We can’t wait to work with them again!! If you’re a coffee lover, we definitely recommend having their Mobile Espresso Service at your event!!

I recommend this coffeeshop to anybody near the downtown Plano area. It has a great atmosphere to study and work, great coffee, and awesome workers. Every time I come in, I get greeted with a smile. At this point, I have visited this place so much that the baristas usually remember what I order, which is another plus!

Semi decent place but service was not too great. Went here on my birthday and they got our orders wrong. Ordered a flat white and nobody told us that they would serve a traditional one sized flat whites. Then they didnt change our milk to oat milk like we ordered. The place was decent, too dark for my personal preference. Had a pretty bad experience with our orders and that was my fiances coffee. So yea, you guys kinda get it right? Parking was hard too since its in downtown plano. Dont think Im going back if I dont absolutely have to.

Great coffee shop! Love the ambience and the pour over was delicious. The beans were El Salvadorian and it was so well balanced--not too earthy and not too acidic. The owner also gave me a free refill, so that was sweet. It might have been because she overheard me talking about recently becoming a local guide. But hey, she successfully enticed me into giving a 5-star review, so go her!

The coffee and atmosphere make this a busy and popular coffee shop. It is located in the historic portion of Plano and a good area to take a stroll. I have it 3/5 stars because the hours are TERRIBLE. As someone who actually has a job, its impossible for me to get here during the week. They are open from 7am-5pm. Like most people with normal shift jobs, that makes this coffee shop inaccessible during the week. The only time I could come is Saturday because...wouldnt you know it, they are closed Sunday! Such a shame! I wish it were available for customers who have jobs. I will add that I used to work in a local coffee shop and we were open until midnight or later every day.

A fantastic local cafe.. I’ve been to this place three to 4 times.. If you are into trying different flavors of coffees, this is the place to be. Purple haze is my favorite here. The baristas are friendly. It has good ambience to it. Overall a great place. Must visit if you are near by.

Basics are covered. From the menu to the amenities. Simple menu, and friendly staff. The flow of customers were controlled and no sudden rush. Then again, it was Friday morning. Ill come back here for Mondays morning rush.

This place is very dope! It has a relaxed vibe and makes me feel like I’m back in Colorado in a small mountain town where everyone knows your name. The staff is extremely professional, efficient and kind. This place speaks for itself as I’ve never seen it empty. All food here is also recommended. Drake sandwich and Key Lime pie is to die for, and they have super cool merch too! This will be my coffeehouse as long as I live in this area.
