Mocha incredible. Worth paying extra. Store immaculate and calm. Barista had a think accent but she was kind and accommodating.

I tried the pumpkin scone, it was delicious! If you are a pumpkin lover, you have to try it! The frosting was wonderful!

This location has outstanding customer service, from the moment you walk in and when you walk out. Also, very quick service,I waited an estimated five times if that! I would not only return for the delicious coffee, but just for their customer service alone!

Love this place! Just moved to the area and this is the first Starbucks I tried. I had a little hesitation based on the surrounding area, but inside are the sweetest people! Such great service I will definitely be coming back for a while

Manager Caitlin and her coffee make me feel like I can take on the world. Her staff is the following three things. 1- friendly. 2- knowledgeable. 3- helpful.

Had a Grande Cappuccino with four raw sugars. They made it prefect and was ready in time it said it would be. O had used the app to order ahead.

Love every Starbucks and this was no different.

I want tp change my original review:I told employees there about my bad experience the other day with my Flat White and they made me this real piece of heaven!*********************************************Jacob is really good of making coffee and how he greats the customers but there is a young lady who makes terrible coffee with so MUCH attitude!!! I don’t like my coffee today, she needs more training. My flat white extra warm is not warm, full of milk with no foam.

The staff is remarkable. They greet me by name. Good product, great staff, whats not to like!!

Regular old Starbucks... small font on the signage so its already hard to read the sing board but now they moved the register so its hard to see the words especially trying to read through the plastic barriers. Just needs better flow and bigger font size would help too, ah-hem, corporate...

Good staff with good tea & coffee. The parking can get a bit messy here. The location is ok. I drive down here all the time, so it was good to check out this location.

By far the best Starbucks Ive been to. The young lady really made my morning. Such a beautiful person inside and out. Loved everything about her from her cool hair color to her welcoming personality. Definitely a great start of my day.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks! The staff are very friendly and for as long as the line can get they are very quick to move it along. They even let me come in and exchange a drink that was made incorrectly from another store! They care to make their customers happy!!

Wow! This Starbucks has FANTASTIC leadership and you can see that in the employees engagement! I don’t live in the area but I will be sure to skip the Starbucks by my house when in this area and visit this one! I was literally in here for 30 seconds but they greeted me, made sure my drink was perfect, asked if I needed anything else and THANKED me for my business.GREAT job!

I broke my mask before walking into Starbucks and one of the employees was kind enough to bring me my drink outside even though they were very busy. Another employee even brought me a mask to have for the rest of the day. This location always always has great service 👏 👍

Sitting in the store just listening to the store manager Caitlin talking to both her customers and employees - she is incredible! So patient, so kind, seems like a great person to work for. Coffee is standard but the management and employees here are above par.

Not vegan friendly. Have gone to numerous Starbucks and they’ve able to make me a pumpkin spice cold brew dairy free but here they turned me down and said they can’t do it and don’t know how. Super disappointing.

This is a staple of my Sunday routine, have to keep it to that otherwise Id be all the time. I do the mobile order and its always ready right when it says it will be and Im in and out, super convenient.

Im not a coffee drinker BUT I love the lemon cake. The employees are nice and professional. I love the atmosphere. The vibe is very chill and laid back. I recommend this place to try their lemon cake and enjoy the atmosphere.

Great Starbucks! Visited to sit and read a book and ended up walking into an unexpected happy hour by one get one free situation. They were kind enough to let me wait until I was leaving to get my free mocha. I thought that was very nice of them. Staff was very friendly with each other and seemed to enjoy their jobs.

Starbucks is Stabucks. They are very consistent with providing quality products and having a friendly and helpful staff. I had an ice tea and it was fine. It would be better if this location had more space.

This Starbucks is the friendliest one Ive ever been to. They make you feel welcomed and appreciated. I left my former regular Starbucks and drive out of my way to go to this one. Great staff! Perfect on the drinks even when you customize them.

Friendliest Starbucks staff in Plano. The bar area is really cool since four people can sit next to the baristas. There are also comfy chairs and an eight person table in the back. There is no drive through, so customers are typically locals, high school kids and people who work/live in the area. The manager, Caitlin, is very customer focused...if you have any issues (which I doubt), just ask for her!

The only thing I like about this place is the table setting. I come here to study and this is one of the less crowded Starbucks. The Americano was bland like water with a little toasty flavor.

The service was 5 star but the fact that I cannot get Dark Roast coffee after 11a is ridiculous. You are a coffee company. SERVE COFFEE! I dont want to wait 10 minutes for pour over. And Pikes Place might as well be QT/Racetrac coffee.The food options are good and this location is always packed with business people and interviews. Staff is hard working and friendly.Its disappointing that Starbucks has so many great options for coffee roasts and after 11am, they choose to feature their most average coffee.

Like all Starbuck the quality of the coffee is good. The service here is INCONSISTENT!!!! The young folks in the store do a good job. The lady who if frequently taking orders is HORRIBLE.

Great service and really nice people. One time their machines werent working and they gave us free drinks! The drinks can vary in the way they are made each time you order them, although this is an issue at multiple Starbucks. Definetly a good place to do work and chill.

I just left this location... The lady at the register was great....bad after that. Two women were behind the counter and after a few minutes i asked about my Iced Tea and the original lady asked them to make it. They ignored her and acted like i wasnt even there. A few minutes later I asked again ... finally 5 or 6 minutes later the woman with blue/green hair finally made my drink without even acknowledging me when she set it down. There were no customers ahead of me they were just rude and lazy!

This is my neighborhood Starbucks and I’m so thankful. Friendly, quick, and just the right amount of chatty. I also love the community that gathers here. Eclectic and kind.

Standard Starbucks experience and fare. Interesting interior layout but hard to get to condiments due to display shelves, good outside seating in afternoons, plenty of shade. Convenient location if headed north or east.

Capital coffee, excellent chi tea Frappuccino. They followed my instructions here. (Good job Starbucks!) No whipped cream, no cinnamon... There are several professionals here... couples, moms & kids, 2 octogenarians. Considerable client mix. Lively chatter. Favorable for quiet conversation. Service was a little slow, but got my drinks & they were flawless. A sprinkler was left on (or some such), resulting in iced-over sidewalk/parking lot. Had to take care getting to the front door.Good wifi!

Always enjoy my time at this location. Clean, has good service. The only thing is late afternoon the sun is pretty hardcore and sometimes those blinds arent enough, but thats just a gripe.

The ladies at this place are always so happy and friendly.

OUTSTANDING employees and service. They are always smiling and make you feel welcome. This is the only Starbucks store that we will go to purchase our drinks and goodies.

I go to 5-6 different starbucks on a regular basis. This is one that I enjoy going to and just relax and people watch. There is good diversity and the atmosphere is relaxing. The baristas are kind and knowledgeable as well.

The staff including Jacob,Caitlyn, Jenny, Marcus, and the whole morning crew seem like family and really help to start your day off right! The lines here are always contsant but the staff takes care of you and gets all the orders done quickly and correctly every time! They always are quick to greet you and even go above and beyond to double check to ensure you have what you need and remember you by name. I always have huge orders and they are nice enough to group them all together before I even get there. After visiting this location, coffee anywhere else just doesn’t taste the same. They really care about their customers! So thank you morning staff for all you do!! I can’t ever go to another location!
