They serve only coffee, and the coffee is good. As for customer service, one employee was great, but the other made me feel very unwelcome.

Visited for the first time the other morning and loved it. The coffee was amazing, the vibe was great, and the service was excellent. We chatted to the owner for 15 minutes or so, and she couldn’t have been more kind and welcoming. Support local!

Tried this coffee downtown Mckinney at Chestnut Village Farmers Market! Wonderful!Had a touch of chocolate and lemon flavor. Really enjoyed!

Stopped by here for a quick cup of coffee with a friend; not a lot of options but that doesnt diminish from the coffee. I wasnt certain what I wanted so the owner asked me a few questions - I had a delicious cup of Brazilian pour over coffee and would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a good supplier.Fair warning - there arent a lot of places to sit so dont expect a place to work or hang out all day.

This place is amazing and I’ve been going here years. You’ll find it hard to beat the prices for their coffee beans and they’re great quality also. Coffee del Rey is the only place I’ll buy my coffee beans from. The customer service is great and I love that they donate to the food bank, this is definitely a local business I can wholeheartedly get behind. They even have a small coffee bar so if you’re ever in the area and needing coffee, go here!

I’ve never had anything but a wonderful experience.The quality of the coffee, the customer service and the knowledge of the staff is always 5 stars.The environment is clean and the only smell is coffee. No dust, signs of water leak, mold or unsanitary practices. It’s obvious they spend a great deal of time cleaning and it shows to someone like me who is constantly looking.Support your local roasters and businesses or you will one day find your choices limited to burned and nasty #StarSucks or Maxwell House delivered by Amazon drones.

Nobody was wearing masks. Feel like I should probably warn others. If you value your health, I’d avoid this place, because it’s clear that they don’t.

I’m really sad to write this review because we’ve had their coffee before and enjoyed it and wanted to support a local business, but unfortunately when we walked in both of the workers were not wearing a mask and it made us feel uncomfortable because we were both wearing masks and live with immunocompromised people. There is a mandate in Texas for businesses to wear masks so I shouldn’t have to walk into a store and see employees not following the rules. They had a small plastic screen in front of the cash register, but why bother if your employees are maskless and talking and it’s a small store. It’s too bad because we won’t come back because of this.

This is a nice place, with good ownership and staffing, and great coffee.Local, personable, and of high quality.

I came in to get a couple pounds of coffee as a gift. Obviously I had to grab myself a cup while i was there, and the girl behind the counter was super outgoing, helpful, and personable. Wonderful customer service, and the coffee is amazing too! I got the Ethiopian roast.

Loved this place however when I went in there this week five people were inside chatting without a mask and not social distancing, including a police officer.... disappointing. Please look out for your community. Will not be coming back.

If you arent getting fresh roasted coffee youre missing out. I got a bag of their medium roast Rwanda coffee for espresso on a fine grind and the flavor ... POW! The difference is amazing. A lot of locally roasted coffee tastes like soap or a dirty rag but these guys really produce some quality clean tasting coffee with robust flavors straight from the region the beans come from.

Small place for serious coffee fans. Not a coffee shop where you can sit and drink your coffee, but if you want freshly roasted coffee beans and knowledgeable people, this is your place.

Great stuff. Locally and freshly roasted. They care about where they get their beans from. If your focus is on experiencing the coffee then look no further, they have brewing methods that allow just that. The staff will even probe some questions in order to set you with the brewing method that is best for you. Like a great match maker would, they will also set you up with the right kind of beans for you. Dont be afraid to tell them what you really like.

While the owner insists it is not a coffee shop but a coffee roaster, she has included all the essential elements of a great coffee shop: a variety of well roasted and well brewed coffees, reasonably priced, a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere that encourages conversation, and a barista that engages with customers from the time they enter the shop. I highly recommend you drop by this gem of the Dallas coffee scene and give it a try. You wont regret it.

Best cold brew ever! Has a natural chocolately flavor. I am always sad when I get to the bottom of the cup. The staff is really friendly. Walk-ins arent the main source of their business, but youd never know that because they treat you so well. So glad I found this hidden little place. Its behind the Kabob restaurant.

Quaint little coffee roastery, tucked on the inside corner of the shopping center. This is not a coffee shop, though Kimberly will brew her coffee for you to sample. I purchased a few sample packs to brew at home, I am eager to try more after the wonderful cup I had in store. I will be returning to buy coffee in the future.

Our first time in...The roaster herself helped us select coffee based on literally just our 20 second description of what we like...and she was SPOT ON. Her decaf Americano was solidly the best Ive had anywhere and the Papua New Guinea she picked for my husband was exactly what he was looking for. We got a few sample size bags of beans to try at home and so far those are good as well (Brazil decaf, Philosophers blend). We will absolutely be back and be spreading the word about this gem! Note: this is not a frothy sweet latte type shop...slow brew coffee only, V60, chemex etc.

I just discovered this place in Plano. Two thumbs up, way up. Four thumbs if you count my friend David.They are mainly roasters but they also have a coffee shop ... one that has no milk or milk products.You can pick from about 20 different beans and he will then brew you a cup in the method you choose, Hario, Chemex, Aeropress, etc. I had one of his blends in a Chemex with an Able Kone filter.He has two commercial drum roasters and sells to several restaurants.I loved the place from the minute I walked in and liked it even better when a woman came in to order a pumpkin spice latte and he told her Sorry we have no milk or milk products. My kind of coffee shop.

Stopped in while waiting for an oil change down the street and so glad I did. Amazing micro roasted select coffee beans. No fu fu frappies or maciatto here. No artificially flavored butter pecan or cinnamon. Just great coffee from small harvest fron around the world. You choose the brewing method...french press, pour over, espresso blend. I took a pound of brazillian blend home and its seriously the best coffee I have ever had.
