Awful company to deal with. They give all kind of excuses to get out of their commitment on shipping mistake and will not admit their mistake. I have been given different story every time I talked to their customer service. Save yourself the pain and agony, deal with a reputable company who care about customer service.

Our shipment got lost by FedEx which is not Rackmount Solutions fault. They did get the issue handled, however they need some improvement with communication to the customer. We got the rack and it did not have any of the mounting hardware. I called and was told he was going to contact the warehouse and get it sent to me. So a week later I didnt get anything in the mail. Called back and was told that this model I ordered does not come with the hardware...All racks should come with hardware or at least be advertised on page that it does not come with and give options to add. It would have been great to get a call telling me the screws were not going to be sent out!

My organization purchased some custom racks from Rackmount Solutions a few months ago, and everyone here is very impressed/pleased with the quality of the equipment (solid/heavy-duty construction, precisely engineered and installed). John Ferraro worked with me from day one, and was very quick to respond with CAD drawings of the custom racks for my project. He went above and beyond by finding a unique way to use a custom shelf to store specific-sized equipment as we requested.We have recommended them to other organizations since our purchase, and we also plan to use them again for rack equipment in the future.I had to get multiple quotes from several different companies before purchasing custom racks, and from the initial contact, to the equipment selection, quote process, and even follow-up after the purchase to resolve any issues/answer questions, John has been very pleasant to work with and very responsive.

They recommended and shipped a server rack that didnt quite fit the equipment I had. They were quick to ship a replacement rack and to return and refund the initial rack. Pleased with their products and helpful service. Thank you very much.

Weve recently purchased for my R&D organization, portable server racks in SKB shock mount cases from Rackmount Solutions. These units weve found in online searches, are great for in-the-lab prior assembly and compact shipping of networks of servers for our external demos or show cases. We havent used these products before and were not entirely sure how well they would address our needs. The random people I got on the phone to inquire about the product as well as John Ferraro, the account manager assigned to work with us were very helpful and accommodating in getting us the units quickly.

Excellent customer service and help in resolving issues. I did experience a slight communication delay when an issue first arose, but they were quick to jump in and resolve my issue and get me a rack that would work for my customer in the time frame needed.

Dave Dowdy was wonderful to work with, he took time to help me understand what all the server cabinet specs meant, reviewed and re-reviewed the measurement specs with me to ensure that the rack server would fit in the Acoustiquiet cabinet that i chose, and that I had all the accessories I needed to successfully mount our Dell Poweredge. What amazed me most, however, was the grace and patience with which he handled the very end of the sale when I had to cancel last minute and postpone due to an unexpected budget issue with my husbands college tuition. Incredible customer service at a very solid company, I definitely recommend them!

We recently completed a new training room. The powered tables we acquired thru Rackmount Solutions far surpassed anything we were able to find elsewhere. We are getting compliments daily on the quality, beauty and functionality of these training tables.Susan WD has provided excellent customer service. There was an issue of a cosmetic flaw in a table top and Susan had a replacement out to us right away.The quality of their products and great customer service will keep us coming back to Rackmount Solutions.

I’ll give them a 4 out of 5 for a decent product and pricing, but did not receive next day as ordered/promised. That was the only disappointing thing about my purchase.
