I have been a customer here for around 20 years. It turns out the new ownership is great. I really like coming in here to do my mailings, etc.. I was critical at first because I thought they were expensive, but it turns out the rates for shipping have gone way up and is no reflection on this business. I appreciate all you do.

As you can see the majority of these reviews are from years ago when the previous owners owned parcel post. They were absolutely friendly, helpful, amazing and just made you feel welcomed. These new owners are rude, have a stank attitude, condescending, and are of no help whatsoever. Before acquiring a PO Box at a third party forwarder, let me forewarn you in advance, you will not be able to forward your mail the normal way by going online and updating the address or putting the card in the mail, literally, the third party forwarder (Parcel Post) after you close your box will forward your mail for a fee. When I closed the box I was told by a lady there that I can just come and pick up any mail without paying however, per the owner she says not true and that she will not release my mail. Initially, I wanted to say F it and have her return to sender all my mail but I ended up paying $5.00 to receive my mail and I told her anything else to return to sender. The female owner and male owner in lack of other words is a bad word I will not say, she overtalks, seldom speaks even if you do say hello. Always has an attitude. The other women who work part time have been friendly and never had issues with them. But I knew when the old owners sold, there would be customer service related issues. And even after paying the $5.00 half of the damn mail was junk so now I wish I told her to return to sender everything then. But it’s cool, I guess they really need and struggle for $5.00. I don’t anticipate them remaining in business long as I’m quite sure those that had boxes with the old owners have probably been closing or will close soon. After 5 1/2 years of dealing parcel post it really sucks to be left with such a bad taste in my mouth and to top it off to argue and get out of character with someone like the owner who totally wasn’t worth it. But I no longer have to see or deal with them again.

Very expensive. Much cheaper and easier to get shipping done online.

Wonderful experience. Reasonably (or even cheaply) priced, and simple - you pay for the finished product, not the time you spend completing your jobs. The staff was great and very helpful. My visit was very quick as well. I will definitely be back.

The folks at parcel post are friendly, knowledgeable and more than helpful. They get to know their customers on a first name basis and are just genuinely good people. No wonder theyve been there for as long as I can remember. I never ship from anywhere else.

Very friendly service and convenient to the neighborhood. They off a variety of services... shiping, shredding. They have some local food products (honey), kid toys, cards, gift bags, etc. They have postal stamps too.

My cousin needed a document notarized. She is no longer able to walk ...so getting in and out of a car is a lot of trouble. I asked the gentleman inside if he could come outside to the car with his Notary Seal/log book and notarize the document there. He did so, and was so gracious. I will go out of my way to give this Owner my business. Thank you !

THE BEST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR COMPUTER IN PLANO!!! I discovered Parcel Post off Alma and Hedgcoxe last week and couldnt be happier with the service they provided. I had been looking for a good PC repair place in town and this place totally blew me away. Their degree of customer service and expertise while helping me with my computer was by far the best I have ever experienced. Not only did they remove the malware and trojans that had infected my PC, they sat down with me and really explained the different protection software that is available and walked me through how to keep my computer safe in the future. They were so incredibly helpful and really treated me as if I were family and not just a customer. I can honestly say that I will never take my computer anywhere else...THESE GUYS ARE THE REAL DEAL!!!
