I already love LUSH because of their Vegan friendly products and this location is one of my favorites. Firstly, parking is always a breeze so you can always get in and out which is already hard enough at Lush lol! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I usually come right after work so they are usually getting ready to close for the night; but you would never be able to tell! They can be up on a ladder, packing away boxes, or even stocking shelves, it doesnt matter.... they always stop to greet you and act as if they were waiting for you specifically to show up :) One of my favorite things to do is watch a demonstration by them and they are always happy to oblige. And even though at this point they have seen the lush bath bombs a million times they somehow manage to make the demonstrations as exciting and engaging as if your demonstration was the first time, they also had seen the bath bomb demonstration! Not an easy feat as someone who previously worked in retail. Maintaining that same energy every day for at least 8-9 hours a day is COMMENDABLE! The employees at this location go above and beyond every time to make sure you have the best experience possible and keep coming back.... which I do! :)

I walked by the Willow Bend location today and just happened to go in (I had never been to any Lush store before- I can’t swear I had ever heard of it until today, but that’s on me for not keeping up with things). They require everyone to wash their hands or use hand sanitizer (provided) when you enter, and everyone is wearing a mask- so they make sure customers feel comfortable being in the store. Olivia and Sam were AMAZING. I hope management reads this review because you have two great employees right there! They went out of their way to make me feel important. They gave me a history of the company and answered all my questions about the different products. I bought more than I thought I would, but everything smells amazing and I can’t wait to try them all. I will be back! :)

Great place for those with different taste than Dove, or the normal brands of hygeine products.The two women there were very helpful for finding a gift for my wife for mothers day

Products are overly fragranced, over priced and body washes broke me out all over so bad. I don’t have sensitive skin.Save your money

LOVE this LUSH! The staff here are amazing and really care about the health and safety of their shoppers. They always make me feel welcomed and suggest so many great products and give samples of things they suggest that I try. I love LUSH in general but this cozy store is so welcoming and always has a great selection to choose from.

You can actually go into the shop. They are so afraid of Covid that they have a glass partition at the door. They will bring you what you want to see/buy. That said...the girl behind the glass with the Mohawk? Ignorant and rude.I have been buying Lush since a trip to London 15 years ago. I know the product. I asked the girl how Olive Branch had changed since it was all one color (amber, clear). She said it hasn’t changed. I told her her that it obviously has since it no longer has two colors. She insisted it’s the same. I suggested I have been buying it longer than she has worked there and that SOMETHING changed. She kept insisting.Y’all need to hire someone with a clue.I won’t be back to that store, or likely ANY Lush store due to the political BS shoved down my throat when I’m there. Sell soap and shut up. Simple.

Wife loves the bathbombs

My boyfriend and I went in looking for more Bath Bombs because the ones we used had been in the cabinet since winter of 2016 and didn’t do much of anything to the water in the tub. We couldn’t even smell them. When we went into this Lush location, we asked someone for help, and I don’t remember his name but he was super sweet and helped us find bath bombs that would be dramatic, like the Experimenter! When we told him about our sad previous tries, he mentioned Lush bombs don’t have a shelf life, but they do become less fragrant and after giving his advice to us on the best dramatic bath bombs, he tossed in a freebie because of our sad previous tries! :)

Very friendly and helpful staff. They have everyone wash their hands upon entering the store which I really appreciate given the circumstances.

Simple the best skincare products

I have a Lush store closer to my home, but drive to this one as it is more accessible and their staff is fantastic.

I went in after a really really terrible day due to personal issues to get smell good soaps for a pickmeup. The cashier who checked me out was absolutely sweet and gave me a little gift without hesitation on Sept. 30th. That kind gesture alone brought me to tears because it was so kind during a difficult time in my life. People forget to be nice to others and I have definitely experienced that at various shops where retail can become monotonous but thank you for making my day.

It was ok but lil expensive

Every associate in here has an awesome customer service spirit. Very pleasant as soon as you enter the store. Their products are addicting because they are so good. They already have new holiday products out that are wonderful as gifts. Lush at the WillowBend location is a must stop. 😄

The fragrances and quality of the soaps, lotions, and body splashes are superb! Many of the body fragrances are also unisex, which is very nice! Your body chemistry reacting with a fragrance is your only barrier, so the sky is the limit!! The associates are very helpful as well!

This Lush has the most amazing staff. Lush is one of the few places that I can buy bath products that my skin agrees with. The staff here are always so helpful, kind, and caring which is great. I have a service dog and the store can be a bit hard to move around in together- but without fail as soon as I walk through the door I have someone helping me gather what I need. They are so respectful of my service dog as well. I wish all stores had employees like this one.

Plenty of items in this shop. Prepare for sensory overload. Soaps, washes, cleansers, bath bombs, solids and liquids of all kinds. Excellent place to purchase gifts. You are able to get any item in multiple scents which is really nice. The staff is Knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. The pricing is reasonable for what you get.

Colorful fun environment, helpful staff

A couple days ago I went in to pick up a bunch of things since I dont get to shop at LUSH often. I love LUSH and this store is always clean and well stocked. I knew what I wanted when it came to bath bombs and bath melts, but I was uncertain about face masks. I just moved and have been having a really tough and stressful month so I wanted to treat myself. Thats when Danny showed up and saved the day! He immediately helped me by introducing me to all the different masks available, and helped A LOT when it came to working around my sensitivity to cirtus (which is really hard to do when it comes to skincare).As someone who works in customer service, I know its part of the job to recommend products and assist a customer, but Danny totally went above and beyond by being honest with me and making me feel like a friend that he just wanted to help out. He let me know what he likes to do with products as opposed to just telling me oh yeah its my fav or telling me that it was popular etc. Normally in stores I just try to get in and out because I get anxious, so the fact that he got me to stop for a minute and figure out what I needed without being abrasive is impressive lol.At the end of the visit when I had decided on a face mask and was just taking one last browse through the store, Danny went and wrote down on some receipt paper a list of ALL the items we had discussed that would suit my skin well. Im addition to that, he also got an info booklet of all LUSH products and highlighted the product names. I forget things a lot and it was a lot of information, so I really appreciated that he took time to do that for me. Danny is a amazing person, and I probably wouldnt have found a face mask that works so well for me if he hadnt come up to me to ask if I needed anything, and insisted on making sure I got what I needed.Anyway tl;dr I came to buy bath bombs/ face masks and leave, but Danny had me feeling like I came there to chill with a friend and talk about skincare. Loved meeting him, and I hope he gets rewarded for being such a cool dude!! 💖☺️

Katie helped me out when I visited, and she was really sweet! She had a great personality and was really easy to talk to. She helped me pick out toner, moisturizer, and face masks that I ended up really liking, and, since we had really similar skin types, it made it really easy to find good options. She is insanely personable and really good at what she does. Everyone seemed to have really positive energy, and Ive never had such a pleasant experience at any other Lush Ive been to.

I love Lush and their products. The smells are amazing, the products last a long time and are great for skin and hair care.This particular shop has been rearranged and feels much more open and less crowded than it used to. The sales people are also less intrusive than in the past. They were still available when we had questions and friendly, though!

Love. . . Love. . . Love this place! The aroma when you get within a few feet of the door. Just yum! They are always helpful. Especially if youd like a sample or to try something. Give them a try!

How can you NOT love this place? This is one of the few places I truly believe are trying to create earth-conscious products. Every year they come up with more and more ways to reduce waste. Their products are pricey, but they are amazing. Nobody elses bath bombs even come close! The bubble bars are even better. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. You can also get samples of ANYTHING you arent sure of.One thing I will say is to be careful of the henna hair dye. Most people dont know this, including the staff (since they are hair stylists): it will never come out. You cannot wash, dye, or bleach it away. The color is beautiful, but be ready to commit forever.

I stopped by the Willow Bend location of Lush a few days ago and the experience was amazing. My roommate and I were just there to browse--I havent been to Lush in forever. The ladies were so helpful and made many suggestions for products that would meet our needs. They also gave us a bunch of samples and were very sweet about it. I definitely recommend this location!

It always smells so darn good in here! Almost to a fault, because the overall aroma is so powerful, it can overwhelm your sense of smell and can distract you from being able to smell individual scents. The staff was phenomenal. Super friendly, and eager to make me so many samples when I couldnt decide what I wanted. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

My husband bought some bath bombs and a gift card from here for Valentine’s Day, and when I received them, I decided right away to use my Pink bath bomb that day. I LOVED it—however my bathtub didn’t. I ended up with a bright pink ring on the bathtub from the water level down. I called LUSH right away and asked if they had any recommendations to remove the stain as this was in an apartment that I was renting. Beth was SO helpful and offered some tips on removing it. After every attempt to remove the ring, that pink stain STILL wasn’t coming off. So I called Beth again asking for some more hardcore cleaning tips, and she gave me customer service’s number in the hopes of fixing the issue. Customer service was fabulous, and the gentleman helped as best he could, and immediately offered to send me some goodies to help rectify my crazy Valentine’s Day cleanup—but I declined because Beth at Willow Bend had already beat him to it! She blessed me with a free bag of goodies for all my cleaning troubles and I was blown away at the amazing customer service she and the customer service representative had provided. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy and had other products to enjoy. So THANK YOU to Beth at Willow Bend—I will be singing your praises for years to come!

I absolutely love LUSH products. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the inventory. I appreciate that they allow you to test products. They have a great range of options for all skin types. This particular store is a bit on the small side so if you are planning to take a stroller, I recommend trying to go during the week when they’re not as busy.

The people here are incredibly friendly and always willing to show you samples of everything they have. Everything send a little bit pricey for those who arent used to spending a ton of money on beauty and care products but every ingredient they use is fully natural and the prices are very low for everything that goes into it. All in all, a wonderful location and such sweet people. Highly recommend

I cannot stress how great the staff made our experience today! I was hesitant to make the trip with my 3 year old since I know she can be a handful and I wanted to be able to focus on the products. They stepped right in and told me not to worry about her and that they were happy to help entertain her so that I could smell a few different things that I was interested in. I wish that Id gotten their names, but it was honestly the whole staff that was there this late afternoon/early evening that was incredibly nice and helpful. Thank you!!! 😊❤

Emily at The Willow Bend location is an absolute sweetheart. She gave me and my hubby all the answers we needed and we love this location so much. I believe the manager who checked us out on todays date is as equally as amazing and heavily helped us with a ton of questions we had.

I came in today because I was just wanted a bath bomb for myself as a treat. I was helped by Avery and she was really nice. As I was leaving she mentioned an act of kindness and handed me my bag. I didnt check it right away but she had put a treat for my kiddos in there (with a managers permission). It made my day. I was able to find her to thank her personally, but I wanted to share how nice it was doing something like that when they didnt have to

The employees at all locations are friendly and helpful. Youll never be left to wander alone. Most are knowledgable and have been using the products longer than their employment which I love. Ive been a Lushie for years. Get the Rose Jam unless youre allergic to rose. Shampoo bars, bubble bars and more.

The bath bomb.- Did not fizz.- Did not disintegrate, I had to grind it up for it to dissolve.- I did not really smell it once I put it in the water.- Left my skin sticky yet also very dry.Rose lollipop lip balm- Very gritty.- Relatively hydratingIt could be better.Customer Service- Attentive- Very cheerfulDisplay- Very goodOverall, in the store it was great but once I actually tried out what I paid $20 for, it was lacking. Maybe I just got a defecrive bath bomb, but I am not sure I will go back.

It was an amazing time the staff were informative and very enthusiastic to work there and help you. The displays were beautiful and I love there organic bath bombs and soaps. I will certainly be going again.

Awesome staff, great products. It was our first time visiting a lush store. Our youngest (4) wanted to go pick out a bathbomb because his favorite Youtuber did. The girls at the store were super helpful, and sweet. They let him try a bathbomb out in their bowl. Then the both of them picked the ones they wanted to buy. The lady at the register was super sweet as well. She patiently waited as the kids paid for their own stuff. Truly nice people, well definitely be back to get more stuff.

Lush products are amazing, I usually order their bubble bars online so my review is based on customer service. I came during Christmas season, bc shipping takes a while, so it was PACKED; shop is extremely small. After trying really hard to find assistance an overwhelmed woman finally asked if I need help. She was frantically trying to hurry me up to help the next customer.

I love lush products and i can name many good things about their products. Their customer service is very good, whenever i go there is someone assisting me and their bath bombs and shower jellies are very mousturizing. Their products are very healthy for your skin like the face masks and new skin products. I personally love this place overall.

Three stars because they need to move to a larger location. Felt very crowded inside with just a handful of people and one person working (maybe one in back?). I grabbed a couple of bath bombs and left... but I was behind two teenagers that wanted free samples, so that added about 5 minutes to my wait time. As a first time customer I wasnt sure what some items were supposed to be.... I had to Google them while I was there. I feel a larger location and additional staff is needed.

Fun experience. Smelly experience. Lol. Ive been multiple times. If you are sensitive to loud smells (yes, thats an actual phrase, and you will know what it means if you visit lush) and the oil/essence craze thats going on right now, avoid. The assault by the workers has either been very toned down or Ive gone when there are larger crowds the past couple of times (so Im less singled out). There are some gloriously glittered bath bombs if youre into, well, smelly glitter. They definitely appeal to my glitter, iridescent, unicorn flesh loving eyeballs. But soooo expensive for what you get imo and so smelly. Like, headache smelly. But everyone must go at least once. I go for friends who partake of their products.

Ive only been in to visit the store i havent used any of there products yet. But the insixe of the store is very nice and eady to navigate around. It smells amaxing in there, nut if your sensitive to smell be careful entering. My favorite thing are the shark signs bringing awareness to how close shark are being endangered. Staff was very friendly and kind.

Lush is AMAZING!Its located inside of the Willow Bend Mall! You can smell everything before even entering the stores.The service here is AMAZING! They will help you find the best product for your needs! The only bath bombs I will ever use come from here! They are big, dont stain your tub, and always smell amazing! They even have some for little kids too!They also sell a variety of other things! These include lotions, bubble bars, masks, hot hair treatments, etc.Pricing is pretty good, and they also have gift products that are super cute!Today I was super surprised to get home and find that they gave me a random act of kindness gift! I totally wasnt expecting it, and it made me smile!Ps....the lotion from lush is one of the only things that will help my daughters eczema!

I love Lush, so much so I would likely be termed a Lushie. But I dont love this store. In fact, I could go as far as to say it was a terrible in-store experience. I know enough to know that Lush, as a brand, prides itself on being able to connect with their customers in the store. In this store, I wasnt spoken to once. There was no help to be had. It wasnt the experience that Lush global wants to serve up. Beyond this, the store was dirty, disgusting. The fresh face masks looked like they had been out for weeks, maybe months. The bowls and dishes displaying products were empty. Tubs of dirty water were not appealing in the slightest. I can say for certain, as a Lushie, I will never visit this store again and I will be sure to tell other fellow local Lushies to visit another Lush store in the Dallas area.

I would suggest they stop being cheap and start putting stickers on their products so she could chill out !!! Other than that the products are colorful ... but the staff and store are WAY TOO In your face
