Having been a customer at this Merle Norman for many years and having spent hundreds of dollars over that time, I am extremely upset that I have not been refunded my $200 in a timely fashion. I returned merchandise; I got the receipt that $200 was owed to me, and have waited patiently for over 30 days. The last time I called, I was told that the owner was on a trip. That made it perfectly clear that the owner was not taking care of business in a professional manner. Today, I called again and was told items bought in the boutique could not be refunded in dollars, but had to be refunded in merchandise only. Well, I will certainly go select merchandise for the $200+ that I am owed, but I will no longer be a customer at this location. Maybe its time I tried Mary Kay.

Excellent customer service & products. I bought a few gifts for my wife and Marla made us feel like special. Highly recommended!

Great product and a very nice and comfortable store....however all my future Mearle Norman purchases will be at another location....I purchased several items as an early Xmas gift for a friend here....spent several hundred dollars...my friend went in to exchange ONE item on the forth day after Xmas and was told that she was 2 days past the 30 day time period that the store was obligated to allow an exchange for a different product....words were exchanged and it all went downhill...very snotty and rude attitude for any retail establishment, especially when directed at a repeat customer, but honestly, not the first time I have noticed such an attitude at this store....plenty of other Mearle Norman stores where customers are appreciated and customer service is valued.....

Excellent products, service and selection.Good prices keep this place a bargain too.

This is a cozy place, atmosphere of her store is just adorable clothing shoes makeup foundation of all kinds at a very reasonable price
