I have been coming here for years. But this place is slowly going down. I would love to have a conversation with the owner. The customer service is poor. The women working here are absolutely rude, incompetent, and need to be fired. I will no longer be shopping here. There are other beauty stores here in Plano. Ill take my business there.

Pay attention to the prices on the stickers and what they ring it up for. They cant hear you asking questions because theyre so focused on trying to see if youre stealing. I only come here if last resort other than that I go where Im welcomed.

I purchased 8 bags of hair and few other things totaling $100. I made it home to discover there was an item in my bag that I was charged for but it was not mine. The next day, I returned the item, and I was told I can only get store credit. I refused it. After informing the ladies I will dispute the item with my credit card company, I received cash for the product amount but they didnt include the taxes. One of the ladies try to keep my receipt after I told her I was going to return all the items because she was yelling at me. I left the store and returned today with the rest of the items. They refused to refund me my money and began speaking in their native language. I took a picture of the 2 ladies in the store and proceeded to leave. One of the ladies ran from behind the counter, jump in front of the door to prevent me from leaving. I had to call 911- Plano Police in order to leave out of the store. Officer came they only refund me the pre-taxes amount. I have been shopping at this store since 2005 and today will be my last day. I WILL NEVER shop there again. They get very disrespectful when things dont go there way.

A well stocked beauty shop. Wigs, hair products, shawls and accessories etc sold here. Prices are a bit lower than other Beauty shops. Customer service needs work...Not wheelchair accessible.

I do not recommend. A lady stopped by asking for a donation for childrens summer camp and she even went as far as to explain/show to the employees/owners that she has the appropriate credentials. They refused to give her a donation. Note best, this is a store whos main customers are Blacks/African Americans and the solicited donation was for this race of people. I will never again shop at this store. Truly heartbreaking and disgusting. Even when the lady informed them that she would provide a donation slip in exchange, they still did not budge. People should shop where they are represented well and the owners value their patronage.Never again. I will inform everyone I know about this. Furthermore, they have a limited selection of products. Shopping anywhere else would save you the trouble.

Very basic shop. Nothing special. Not many options and not the best setup, but decent.

Overall I really like this Beauty Supply. I’m a black woman and most of the time I stay away from Asian own Stores because of racism and mistreatment.However I really like the guy who works there, he’s very nice and have great customer service and on one occasion he let me exchange something. Which is rare.There was one incident where I tried on a display ponytail and the lady literally stood over me. I didn’t like that! The guy never do that..I would recommend!

Great store to buy beauty supplies. Love to visit this store all the time, the staffs are very helpful whenever any assistance is required for a product. Good location of town and easy to reach from most places. 4 stars bcos they didnt have a product I need, they ran out.

The beauty supply store I wanted to go to is closed on Sunday, so I decided to go here for the first time. As soon as I walked in and started looking around I was followed as if I were going to steal. No thank you. I’ll wait until the store I wanted to go to opens on Monday.

Everything is very nice and they have a great supply of hair products and wigs.

This is an older store but at least the product I needed was in stock.

If youre looking for authentic kojie san soap and good management, DONT GO TO THIS PLACE! Go to Gold 7 around the corner on Parker. If only for better people. I returned the FAKE kojie san soap I bought from this store and they tried to give me a store credit instead of a refund until I protested. Additionally, the store manager raised her voice at me like I didnt know what I was talking about. I went to Gold 7, purchased the real thing and took it back to the store and she still insisted I was crazy instead of looking at the differences in the products to give the owners the heads up. DONT GO HERE!

Great place to buy inexpensive but good quality make-up, wigs, and tools ect.

The price are very reasonable. One lady bought 15 wigs for Women.I think she is a hair dresser even the owner would not BELIEVE. She asked her if it was hers or Christmas gift but she just smiled.

I loved this hair and it lasted about 6 weeks with proper attention.

Very poor quality of materials and very poor customer service. I was constantly followed around the store while shopping. So very rude. Will not be returning as I took my business elsewhere. Definitely do not recommend.

Im never followed around whenever I go. And I havent encountered any rude or disrespectful behavior yet.Prices are about the same as other places. At least they act a little more professional than some of the other places.As for now theyre on my good list, but Ill still be watching!

They have good hair products but not a go to place for hair itself...not like it use to be.

The staff is always nice and helpful. They dont follow your every moves and peep at your every move like other hair stores. My experience have always been nice and pleasant with them.

If your business says it opens at a certain time my understanding of that is the door is unlocked for customers to come in and you are taking phone calls. Very unprofessional.

I give one star because they have whatever it is im looking for, however youre watched going from aisle to aisle. I didnt even have a purse and went on aisles on purpose to see if I was being followed and watched and yes I was. I dont care how cheap the products are. I wont spend my money here

Owner came out and told me that she didnt care if we (blacks) shopped there or not and that she could do without your busy. I was shocked and confused. She doesnt have to worry about me coming back. Furthermore, I believe that if we (all blacks) didnt shop there for a 3 month span, they would feel it and come off different. This is the location in Carrollton off of Josey and Frankford.

Everything is crammed into this small store. So based on what you need the section maybe small but that isnt my biggest gripe. The constant following around the store is unnerving and just plain rude. I really hate that someone made them like this if that is the case. Nevertheless I will take my business elsewhere.
