Plenty of parking. Clean and organized. Unique items. Several check out stations.

When I visited, the parking lot was full and busy. I know this because an accident happened in their parking lot. I was amazed how quickly I was able to shop and pay for my purchases. My cashier moved with speed and her helper was friendly and helpful!

Loved my first Costco visit. I have been a die hard Sams Club member for 20 years but I think Costco stole me away. They have many more healthy organic options and oven ready meals that make life easier.😋 Great prices and friendly customer service. Great job Costco 👌

I absolutely HATE Costco!I gave up my membership many years ago because of shoddy products and truly horrific customer service.Today, case in point. My significant other went in to pick up a Perscription and I had my car in the loading area waiting for her.I was harassed by one of their employees. She told me i could not park there. I was actually idling behind a car who had a treadmill being loaded in their Lexus.There were no parking spots in the parking lot, I had already driven around twice looking.This Costco is the reason I gave up my membership years ago.

Love this location actually. Employees are always attentive and act with a sense of urgency, store is always clean, was proactive on cleanliness even before covid19 became a big deal, which is why I am so surprised by this particular experience...I and several others that I know of, have pointed out to store employees the sticky and gooey substances that are all over their carts (ALL plastic and metal surfaces, minus the handles). It is caused by chemical being sprayed on each cart return, then baked to dry under the sun, over and over again. It’s layers of chemical with dust sticking on it, dry, get wet again, then more dust/particles/lints/whatever....rinse and repeat...This is concerning for parents with toddlers. I actually stopped putting my kids in the cart.I’ve personally raised this concerns twice, with two different employees, on two previous visits in the past 2 months, and nothing has changed.Cannot just spray then leave out in the sun to dry. Good intention, poor execution. Hope this gets addressed.Edit - 10/25 update: went today, seems like carts have been power washed, didn’t find a cart that was sticky. Kudos to this Costco location.

I love the deals I get at Costco! The inventory is generally rotating though, so you’ll want to nab that sweet deal when you see it. There have been a number of times I intended to come back and the product was not carried.

I still dont understand why you pay a membership fee to access food and groceries thats rarely cheaper than their competitors.Great baked items though. Their food court is all kinds of wonderful.

I have an issue with Costcos process at check out but not very much to say other than I stop shopping there.

Great place to shop and a great environment. The only major concern I had was there were people wearing rubber gloves and spreading germs everywhere. How can someone wash their hands, use hand sanitizer with rubber gloves on? These people are super spreaders and they think they are protecting themselves. Have they been properly trained on how to Don and Doff PPE? I seriously doubt it. Have they been trained on how to dispose of used and contaminated PPE? I seriously doubt it. The masks are useless but the rubber gloves are albsolutly insane! So use caution around the super spreaders when you visit.

We are Costco fans for sure. Great clean store. Friendly and helpful. This Plano location is busy though parking can be daunting, store packed. Park far out and walk. We are in Allen and equidistant to McKinney and Plano. McKinney is slower paced. Both equally nice

They need to sample these out. I cant believe how good they are for the price point. Melt in your mouth soft! Sin fully delicious, but must stay true to the allotted serving as to not be glutinous, but worth every calorie!

So fortunate for me that I was near the Plano Costco on Central Expressway. Patrick G. helped me with my return and he is everything the Costco associate is suppose to be. I looked around and all the associates in Customer Service were happy.I also appreciate that they still disinfect the carts. The numbers may be down and the state may be open; COVID-19 and the mutations are still roaming about. Well that and people dig scratch in places without washing their hands. YUCK!THANK YOU COSTCO!!!

This particular location is more then worse. Specifically the tire department all the workers are rude and very very slow . It took me over an hour to serve me on the register there was only 5 customer ahead of me when I complain the worker replied its what it is. I just had enough and walked out the store. I will not recommend this location to any one.

Just like any other Costco. Awesome! Some food items that we were used to buy in PA Costco are not available here.

We had fine dining today and costco was great except out of two products we use ongoing...the most important being pampers diapers.

Even though it was crowded for a Saturday afternoon, they kept the process going well. Rotation of product was happening constantly in the meat section. Self-checkout was kind of assisted self-checkout since someone was actively using a handheld scanner to scan everything and move the process along quickly. In and out faster than I expected for a Saturday afternoon.

Choice is a bit limited - not do many cheeses as I used to see in other Costco locations. Also there are no frozen puffs, Naan and other good. From a good side of is clean, with friendly stuff and very small lines. Do it its not perfect, but not so bad.

A Costco which has the most unique Chinese food. If you dont find you want, you wont find it any other Costco in DFW.

We find so many items to take care of our home needs, along with the great price on fuel purchases.

Had a bad experience with Courtney the Front End Supervisor. There was a misunderstanding but she took our items out of our hands and had them placed back. Manager Philip was able to take care of us thankfully.

I came to this Costco for gas. I believed most people know that you have to be a member to purchase their gas. This location perhaps has the lowest gas price in the whole DFW, beside another location. I am so glad that I live close to this location. If anyone decides to come to this location for gas, make sure you come either earlier in the morning or in the mid-afternoon. There are the only time where the queue is short. Outside these times, be prepared to wait in the long line.

I purchased pork belly yesterday and it looked fine on the top. I grabbed a pack and brought it home. This is what I found underneath the “good looking” meat. All uneatable pork fat! I paid for meat, not the fat. This was intentionally hidden on purpose to weigh more to get more money. I talked to the manager and she said it comes from the vendor so they wouldn’t know. I hope this vendor with no conscience gets no business with Costco.

Get harassed at the door to see your card when you have to have it to check out anyways. No isles are labeled and they rearrange it every time I go there. They dont take American Express. I joined mainly for briskets and other meat. Was $2.89, then $3.89 then $4.89. after checking online I went to Sams club and I was able to walk right in and look around, isles was labeled, they have store pickup in the parking lot, there is a lot more room to navigate around.

We were able to find different items not available at the Arlington Costco

Probably the worst Costco I’ve been to. An employee here was very rude when asked a basic question of where an item was. Costco, please train your employees to show better customer service.

I usually have a great experience at Costco. But today, I realized the returns/exchange procedure at Costco is no bueno. I simply had to exchange a lavender laundry detergent for an non-scented laundry detergent. At Kroger, Walmart, Target etc. you bring your receipt with the detergent you are returning and the new detergent and they do an exchange and you are good to go. At Costco they have to return your money to your card, and then you go wait in the (usually very long) line again to purchase your new detergent. This put me behind about 30-35 minutes just to do an exchange. Please rethink your exchange/return procedure Costco. Keep up the good work.

Totally neat and organized Costco store in the area however customer service today, 04/10/2021, 12:51pm, was poor in assisting guest member and lack of courtesy in Card/No Cash Only line.John, Costco staff, was *STANDING IN FRONT of the register where a guest member will have to SCAN the items. I’ve asked him to stand back and he responded to scan my items. I’ve told him how am I going to be able to scan the items if he was standing in front of the scanner machine. He step backwards and he was still standing less than 3 feet away from me. I’ve asked him for the second time and he finally complied.I’ve approached Courtney, one of the Supervisors, and she was truly apologetic and totally concerned manager. She mentioned that she will speak to John regarding the incident.Kudos to Courtney! She handled the situation in a timely fashion and she represented one of the leading wholesale store in DFW towards guest members to value, to respect and to provide great customer satisfaction.*The validity of the incident may be checked in store’s video.

I adore Costco! Because of the Pandemic they are not giving samples as they used to but my visits are always well worth it. Buying in bulk is a beautiful thing especially when your going to be inside for an extended period of time. This store is clean, located right off the highway and has lots of parking. The staff is helpful and friendly. The store is well stocked and most things are easy to find. I definitely recommend visiting Costco, getting a membership (especially if you have a large family) and enjoy the perks of being a Costco member. Oh, those pizza, hot dogs and smoothies they sell at the outdoor counter are delish!

This Costco location has a great selection of product and nice staff. The major downside of this location is the terribly congested parking lot. The parking lot should be redesigned for better efficiency with parking, car flow, and egress/ingress.

I have been a frequent customer since 2014 and spent lots of money at Costo. However in my most recent visit they have lost me forever. The manager is like a wall. You explain to him and he gives you blank stares. They made us return all of our groceries. Where is the professionalism? If I could give them less than a star, I would. What a horrible costumer service.

Has at least some plants based food alternatives other than the fruits and produce that look fresh and they also carry organic and non gmo if that floats your boat better. With kids their huge boxes of snacks lower the trips to the store [make sure to have a sweater ready for kids if you plan to go into the freezer sections]. If you are looking for gifts this is also a good place to save some bucks. I have visited 4costcos around the Collin county and so far i like this one better because of the selection of everything.

The layout of this store is horrible and the aisles are marked with only numbers so you cant find anything without having to go down every aisle. Sams Club is WAY better

Half star lost for lack of variety. Half star lost because I did have an encounter with an employee who was quite rude once... I almost cancelled my membership over it.So glad I didnt!!!Seriously, the variety is often found wanting. Yet you are sure to find something you want or need within the line of products they do stock. For example, we bought eyeglass frames online and had fully upgraded lenses installed at Costco for $80! With anti-glare, blue light filter and all... $80! Awesome!$aving money is a byproduct of shopping here. I put off joining because I thought there had to be a catch. However, after being a member for almost a year now, the savings is well above and beyond the cost of membership.The major downside to this Costco near me in Plano, TX is the crowd. Its often like being at a theme park damn near. A bit of a pain to deal with if youre not used to it but, well worth the hassle nonetheless.

Love everything at Costco! excellent prices on everything, but lately what I love the most if how they are including a lot of varieties of stuff that is keto and paleo friendly at excellent bulk prices. You can definitely not beat those prices at a regular store, or probably you will find it at a same price but smaller size so definitely Costco will be your better option. Here are some examples of keto friendly products and prices, and this is just a few! there is a lot more for paleo and keto! 💗

I love this place for their premium selection of meats ranging all the way to prime cuts! The flow of the store is impeded by the numerous people that could give a da** about anyone else but you cant knock the place for that. Downside is needing a membership but its not a bad price for the savings. Also this membership will get you into their cos6for business sights that carry a vast array of products sold in even better bulk varieties!

If you are a Church and trying to get an account for the Church you might get better assistance and understanding from Sams Club.

I had the best experience shopping at the Costco in East Plano the past couple of days. I needed to get a lot of food including several frozen items to serve at a community event, and had to get it within a short window of time as I couldnt pre-buy and store large quantities in the freezers at my house. After speaking with the managers and explaining the situation, they went above and beyond to help me get the order processed and ready to go on time! They went out of their normal routine to help, given the situation and I was very impressed as to what a great service team they were! Unfortunately I couldnt get everyones names, but Elvis, Robbie, Bryanna and Ryan are a few that I remember. You all showed the true meaning of customer satisfaction and dedicated team work. I wish there are more service and sales personnel like you all over, making this world a better place.I am truly grateful for all your help. Stay Blessed!

My wife and I drive more than an hour to shop at Costco because were such big fans.But this Costco did not feature the friendly and professional customer service weve come to expect.Our cashier was pretty rude when I asked him to check if an item rang up correctly. Didnt make eye contact and just said I cant hear you man. He wouldnt pay attention until I had pulled my mask down and re-explained.Of course were both wearing masks and talking through a plastic shield, so I know communication is harder than usual. But the complete lack of effort on his part turned a simple question into a rather unpleasant interaction.Other staff members were also pretty cold and seemed disinterested in providing a positive customer experience. I expected better.

Different location then I usually shop but the layout was almost identical. Only problem was they didnt have the dog treats I usually get. Not out of stock, just not carried. And its a Costco brand. Still, everything else was there. Good staff and helpful.

Costco usually had great customer service but not this time. We bought a Groupon deal for Costco membership when we came in to redeem and setup account, the representative messed it all up. The person got my name address, my secondary cardholder profile messed up too. This resulted in my $40 coupon and $40 gift card NEVER came in the mail. We have since tried coming in 4 times just for this issue but Costco REFUSED to acknowledge it was their fault and REFUSED TO GIVE US our coupons. Today was last time we tried, store manager Renee was VERY NOT accommodating and INSISTED it was our fault and ASKED my elderly mother to personally come in so they could figure things out. My mother is 70 year old with disability so we refused and that’s $80 down the drain. Bye Bye Costco, we will NOT be renewing membership at year end.

Did self checkout and it was a nightmare. Clothes dont make the sensor go off, shuts down computer till help comes. The store is great but I DONT recommend self checkout.

Wide selection of Chinese consumer goods. Good groceries too. This stainless Chinese toolbox looked sweet, but had no price. It was too crowded to ask for the price.

I got the bulk mac and cheese, took it home and put it in my own pan, added some more cheese and parsley, cooked it as directed, and it came out great. The taste and texture were spot-on.

Has a lot of variety but too pricey. I prefer Sams.

This location is clean and full of helpful staff. We have been getting our glasses made here for a few years now and they have consistently been the best quality at unbeatable prices! I can think of two cons:1. Getting a parking spot feels like winning the lotto.2. They dont offer the brisket sandwich anymore in the food court :(
