Amazing boba tea, waffles and ice cream! Super friendly staff too!

Im always searching for Snow restaurants ever since I went to South Korea. Its such a light and refreshing dessert and Im always craving it. So Im happy I found Sno Tea because now I have a spot close to home I easily drive to, to get my fix.

Good boba drinks, especially the almond milk tea. Sad that they are closing next month for good.

Best shaved ice! They have so many options and I love their condensed milk on top.

Crepes and teas are really good. I like the chocolate crepe although can be too sweet for some, maybe try the Strawberry one. The flavored teas are really good, I like the peach or mango green tea, again those are on the sweeter side. If you like more citrus try the pineapple black tea. they have free WiFi and board games.

Hip, minimalist decorations and plenty of photos to help decide what to order. The staff was personable and helped think through different options on the menu. The waffle pop with melted chocolate can easily get job. In confident you can over do the shaved ice cream with toppings. My opinion on sweets can be simple. One sweet one topping would be just enough. In the future I will try that and be satisfied, but this time there was too much going on lol.

Pretty good shaved ice joint! The shaved ice itself is a very creamy type like youd find in Asia, not icy. They offer a lot of traditional toppings like boba, egg pudding, red bean, etc. Just wish the portions were bigger. We got the large and it came in a paper cup, a bowl would have been nice. Location isnt the best, not much going on in that complex but worth going out of your way for.

This is probably the closest place I will find Korean style shaved ice similar to my favorite location in Denver, CO call Sno Lab.

I had a small Strawberry Green Tea with Boba and it was just over $4.The cashier was very nice.Seating is not allowed inside currently.The menu was organized and on digital menu boards when you walk in to the right.

If you like tea houses, Sno, or ice cream try this place! They have a good selection of tea and drinks with boba topping and jellies. They also feature Sno, which is similar to ice cream with a slightly different texture. They have plenty of toppings to go with their flavors, with some favorites for first timers like myself, and the employee had good suggestions to which was popular. I got a chocolate snow with Oreo, MnMs, and chocolate syrup (chocoholic). My wife got a milk flavor with fruity pebbles and usually cinnamon toast crunch, with sweet & condensed milk drizzled on top for a cereal kind of taste (cereal killer) They have games if you want to hang out, and a punch card if you want to keep coming back. recommended!

We have had amazing snow ice in Austin and we were looking for snow ice in Plano and found this place to be quite good.

Sno-Tea is so delicious! It was my first time going and I brought some friends along and they loved it! I had strawberry lemonade with strawberry boba! My friends has crepes! The place is really nice and simple. I love it! I will be going back to try more items on the menu!

I went there Sunday evening to get a drink for me and my friend & our drinks were made incorrectly and extremely sweet

Saw this place on the gram, and wanted to try it. My friend and I drove up from south dallas so it was a drive. It was WORTH IT!! Forreals so yummy, the ice cream or whatever the heck it is is sooooo fluffy and a light weird amazing texture. We ordered a few different things so we could try different drinks and treats. I was worried that this stuff would be disgustingly sweet, BUT oddly it was not and was seriously so enjoyable. If it wasn’t sooo far from me I’d probably be here all the time but I definitely recommend it to people if you are considering going OR in the area 😛

This place was amazing and I cant believe this place isnt world wide the fact that they only have one establishment is very disappointing to be honest the waffle pop was one of the best desserts Ive ever had in my entire life and that is the truth paired with ice cream you cannot believe how absolutely delectable this dessert really is... five-star all the way around and great customer service its such a small butt just unbelievable place and youll enjoy the atmosphere as well also try the Crepes I didnt get a chance to I would love to know how they are.... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Way better bingsu in other parts of DFW. Would not recommend. Strawberry flavor reminded me of a frozen go-gurt.

Got the coffee milk tea with boba and it just doesnt taste that good. Hardly a coffee taste and the boba was harder than any other place Ive tried. Wont be back for the boba or milk tea.

Strawberry banana crepe... Hmmmm will go for it again! Their mango green tea with mango popping boba and strawberry green tea with litchi jelly is amazing.

The bubble pops taste so good and it was fin to have lemonade with mix of strawberries and lychee bubbles in lyche lemonade!! Surely I am going to visit aagain and again

Delicious! I was there two days in a row, shaved ice was amazing! Today went back for a crepe and tea.. it is so good!! Its nice to find a place that offers the bubble tea and does it right! Highly recommend. Will be there for a weekly treat for sure. Place is also very clean and nice.

Great as usual! The milk tea and the sno tea are both good, but the sno tea will surprise you with its size. I find that the regular size is plenty. Large is actually perfect for sharing with somebody.

Tasty and not too heavy although I personally found the mochi to be too sweet.

We went to try their new Waffle Pops, which were nothing short of sugary heaven. The honey/rose milk tea was great as well. It was completely uncrowded when we went there, and we were the only ones in the store. Would go again. However, not the best boba Ive had in the area.

Yummy!!! Im obsessed with Boba at the moment. You can ask for no sugar, low sugar or full sugar for your drink mixture here. Very happy about that! Coconut milk boba was great! Cant wait to try the crepes and what not.

Ive had my share of bubble tea and consider everything at Sno Tea to be top quality in standards and consistency. The place is always clean and the staff is always helpful if I have any questions. The location is very convenient and its easy for me to get in, get my dessert and continue with running errands. A+++++

This was our first time visiting. It was on a slow Sunday afternoon. But we got a milk tea and a sno ice and both were great! The girls working the counter were prompt and nice! The sno ice was different and I loved it! We are certainly going back. Like their wall says, treat yo self!!

I definitely enjoyed this more than I thought i would. We got the mango flavor with some strawberry and jelly toppings. The shaved ice is creamy yet light. I highly reccomend this place. We will be back!

I went there close to closing and the man in charge let me and my fiance know there would be a waiting on strawberries since they ran out but his helper would be back soon. It was worth the wait to receive fresh strawberries on my banana, strawberry, nutella crepe and the rose milk tea with no sugar was really delicious. Ive been here multiple times and the food and service keep me coming back.Update as of 11/4The manger here is such a cool dude, for real. I had a bad experience at a previous establishment and wanted a lemonade and was straight up ignored and went out of my way to get to Snowtea to be treated like a real customer. He even went above and beyond to alter my lemonade to make sure it wasnt too sweet, this is why I keep coming back to this place. If you want to be treated with respect and enjoy delicious tea and sweet treats, come here!

Staff was very slow or severely understaffed. Took us over 30 minutes to get an order if snow ice and a milk tea.

Overall this has a good variety of drinks but it did disappoint me that the fruit offerings on the menu are not actual fruit but rather fruit flavored. Ive been to a few similar places with either snow cones or bubble tea and this place is pretty good, but less healthy. Love the vibes of the interior and the staff was very nice though. Would go if I was nearby but would not make a special trip here as I do for Wicked Snow.

Says they open at 12 waited till 12:20 so we decided to try Hi sweetie. As we were leaving they just opened. Glad we left because Hi sweetie is so much better.

Very Good Snow Ice that seems like cotton candy in texture. The toppings were good, and fresh. Its less expensive than similar places near Old Denton and George Bush (H Mart Area).

Honey Mint Lemonade & Strawberry Mint Lemonade. seasonal items. one word:AMAZINGGGG. never thought id like lemonade this much. love being able to adjust the sweetness & amt of ice. friendly staff too! will definitely be back to try more.

Been 2 times now, very clean and adequate seating. Bubble texture is good and I request only 1/3 sweetness as most places are too sweet for me. Havent tried shave ice yet. Only thing better would be more slush flavors - they only have 4 and all are fruit. Friendly staff.

I had the strawberry with strawberry and cheese cake topping w/Carmel drizzle. I find it amazing how it looks like shaved ice but is amazingly creamy. I beg to differ from the other reviewer that the strawberry had no taste. It was full flavor and very satisfying. I will certainly be back.

The honey milk tea was a delicious warm and comforting drink to compliment this cold weather. Atmosphere was nice but the Christmas music was a bit too reminiscent of gospel music to me, which threw off the overall vibe. Next time i come, i want to try the waffle pops! Great spot for a quick break!

Good boba

This used to be a favorite place of mine. I’ve been coming here to get the EXACT same drinks made the EXACT same way since I found this place 6 months ago, but I think the rewards points are a scam because somehow my numbers/points always disappear when I’ve never opted to use them & today I go in to get the SAME thing & they’re trying to charge me a dollar more without any valid explanation. It’s the same thing. It should be a consistent price. And if there’s ever an issue the manager NEVER comes to the front to address the situation

I saw this place on Instagram and came to check it out.I like how spacious and clean the environment is. The marble tables look really nice and they even have a cute backdrop for that IG picture.I tried the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Waffle Pop which was so good. The cereal pieces to waffle ratio was on point. Its not overwhelmingly sweet but sweet enough to fulfill me. I also tried the Lychee Elxir Lemonade drink which Ive never seen before with multiple layers of colors. Its not only pretty but has a super refreshing taste to it. I usually opt for the Passion Fruit Green Tea but it was nice to mix it up and try something new.They also have games so you can play while you drink and eat. Overall, I recommend checking out this place with friends to hangout, take a picture or two and eat/drink!

Surprisingly I found this place on ubereats and thought Id check it out without having to pay a delivery fee.I was disappointed with the customer service. I asked for extra powdered sugar on my banana crepe and with a blank robotic face she said, no.I was the only customer and the awkward silence that followed even when I commented on how interesting it is how crepes are made.I wouldve paid extra for the powdered sugar had she said there was a charge.Not worth it. Milk tea tasted like perfume and the crepe was drenched in so much chocolate I couldnt taste the bananas.

Drinks were tasty and had fun colors. The fruity pebbles waffle was really good with vanilla ice cream

My favorite place to have sno. The matcha with red bean is my favorite. Tried a few other flavors such as cookies and cream but it wasn’t as good. Noticed that the sno isn’t as good when we come here during the colder months than in summer. I think they don’t sell as much so the texture isn’t as smooth. However, the taste is good, not too sweet.

This place was okay. Cute! I got the Sno tea and wasn’t impressed. Definitely want to come back to try their teas though.

Recently stumbled upon this cute little shop while visiting Dallas from Houston! I have definitely had my fair share of tapioca, but I would have to say this has to be by far one of the best. Service was on point, everything was SUPER clean and the menu items were amazing. (Btw they don’t skimp on the tapioca malls in the drinks!!)-Classic Milk Tea (5/5): tapioca ball was the perfect consistency and just the right amount of sweetness. The drink itself was so smooth and not too overwhelming in sweetness. Can you say perfect amount of tea and milk!? -Oreo Milk Tea (5/5): I hate when people get stingy on the Oreo, but I promise you not here. Again, sweet to where it needs to be and a great balance.-Waffle Pops (5/5): I’ve never heard of such thing but I seriously love it. The batter was perfect and the toppings only made it better. The waffle itself would’ve been fine, just make sure to order me like 5 call because I’m obsess.-Snow Ice (FAVORITE): I love how concentrated the flavor was and it just didn’t taste like ice as in the name. The texture of the ice wasn’t something I was use to but the consistency for the ice was so smooth. Literally my absolute favorite thing here!I’m so excited about this place that I wished it was in Houston! Everything was so fresh here and the apparently it’s all made in house! This was our first visit here and had read about it on social media. Nicely cleaned location with a couple of employees working. The sno bowl was really great and the combination I closed worked! On a hot day its was refreshing!

Great tea and treat options here. The shaved ice is only 250 cals not including toppings. If youre into healthy eating there are not many options that satisfy that sweet tooth without breaking your diet. This place fits! I get my ice cream fix without the ice cream calories.

The ice was like shaved ice and ice cream together very different and very good.I had Mango ice and my husband had Pineapple ice. The place was very clean and the employees were very friendly. I definitely will be coming back very soon.

My favorite place for iced Thai Boba tea. Their green tea snow ice is also delicious. I like it with sweetened condensed milk and mochi. I’ll stop by anytime for the Thai tea though. They add just the right amount of sweetener, in my opinion, as often milk tea drinks can get a little too sweet. Love that they have a digital rewards system. Great overall experience. I’ll be back soon!

Crepes are delicious and nice little hang out spot for a group of friends to get together and play various types of board games.

Ordered a the Honey Milk Tea w/ Mango Boba, the milk tea itself had a slight sweetness from the honey and quite refreshing, then the mango filled boba bursts with a nice mango sweetness.Customer service was welcoming and casual.A short 10 minute wait for my drink in a cozy setting.Enjoyed myself and would definintly come back again!!

WOW. Moments like these are a rare occurance. I was looking for a unique sweetness and while driving home looked for a creperie and stopped by. I ordered 3 creppes to go for me and the kids and asked about those great looking drinks and was asked to try a sample.. You should have seen my face. It was heaven.... I swear that I never had a better limonade in my entire life.. bar none, not even close. I immediately said WOW... my oh my.. have no words to describe their mint.. ordered that and another mango and something for the kids then drove home.. WOW again.. at every bite I was in heaven.. every bite... AND to make matters even better, the chocolate glazing oh my.... never such fine chocolate in any restaurant, store, sweet made deserts... Eclairs another fav of mine use for example a third rate chocolate in comparison to the one used by this Creperie. On behalf of myself and my two happy kids we can all say that this became the best desert money can buy and is well worth it.. Price was little steep but oh my.. sure worth every penny.. saying this as a heads up to avoid disappointments from someone who looks for a cheaper solution.. I will come back.. my kids want to make this a weekly stop after or before guitar lessons on Saturday morning.. its that good :) I will do commercials for free for them - its that good...

Every time i come i ask if they have chocolate ice cream they say yes then say no when i ask for it on my crepe. Only Chocolate icr. Chocolate is the most popular ice cream get chcolate already.

First time visitors, drinks were made wrong. Also the cashier taking my order had a cut up t-shirt with her tummy out. Made me extremely uncomfortable and I will not come back.
